Great place, beautiful nature, places to walk outside, clean room, clean spa zone, well equipped fitness center, delicious food and amazing staff! There were 1-2 things we would like better- the pool could be warmer and in the room the person who slept on the additional bed was cold as the wind was blowing through the closed windows.

Not only was the property beautiful the staff was exceptional as well. The 24 hr room service was much appreciated. The front office staff was very accommodating to my needs.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. Although the room initially looked clean, it was full of stink bugs, and behind the curtains there were dozens of dead ladybugs. Great hotel with a decent price, evwn low I might say! For breakfast we had a vhoice between mixed breakfast and omelete- the mixed one was great! Cheese, some jam, ham...very delicious! The rooms are spacious and clean.

Booked on site for just 1 night just for transit. Staff were pleasant and helpful, but be advised that they only speak Bulgarian. On the outside hotel is not impressive, but rooms are fully refurbished, very clean, the bathroom is nice and clean too, air conditioning and TV. We could order pizza at 23:00 upon arrival and some desert. Payment with card. Recommended.

The food was not something special, I would say it was just average. The place is very nice otherwise, and has an outdoor lawn with children's playground. Along with chairs on the outside, next to the lawn, though in the summer a lot of flies are to be fount there. The desserts were probably from a store, with the exception of the pancakes, and way too expensive.

I don't know anything about the rooms, in fact I don't know they offer rooms. We were there just in the restaurant. As meals the chicken and pork were very good, the fish I do not recommend.

Our car broke down in the area and they were a god send. They drove us back and forth to the mechanic, helped us translate, allowed us to stay late in the room and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this lovely family running a clean and peaceful hotel. Thank you!!!!!!

Its a place to stay if you've come to play golf, or possibly if you're on the road to somewhere else. Nice enough, and the restaurant was certainly fine, which is good because there's not much else around. Room was great, pretty big and warm enough. Its a short car journey to Pravets golf course if the main big hotel isn't open or costs a bit much.

Very nice hotel close to airport

The roads around the hotel were steep, which made walking difficult. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Even though I only stayed for a few hours to get some sleep, this was the hotel with the best-smelling bed sheets I’ve experienced so far. It really left a great impression on me. The only issue was waiting a bit too long during check-out. But I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Bokked this hotel multiple times, and have never been disappointed, nor have I been particularly impressed. In general cleanliness is ok, although that time,.some rust in the bathroom snd black marks on the wall near the bed gave some bad taste. Room is clean, but quite small. The shower area in bathroom has only partition without a door. There is no toiletries, no kettle and welcome coffee/tea. No refrigerator. We have our breakfast in the hotel. No halal meat, thus we just have our coffee, bread, and fruit.

Lovely hotel, we have stayed many times but on this occasion they had no breakfast facilities on as the restaurant was closed. Although they have a vending machine near reception the coffee wasn't up to much and there wasn't any kettle available to use although they did say they would give us boiled water if we asked.

I booked the hotel for only one night stay. Early in the morning (5:30) there was no warm water to take a shower before my flight. Really disappointed.

Stayed here for one night due to a late flight arrival before continuing our trip in Bulgaria the next day. Very good choice instead of the hotels that are a bit closer to the airport. Nice, spacious and quiet rooms. Food at the rooftop bar and restaurant was good. We especially liked that they had rooms for three people since we were travelling two adults and one child.

Great for the price they offer, especially with the breakfast they offer. The reception area has a lot of seating area so you don't have to sit close to strangers and make it awkward for everyone. It is a basic hotel but has an old time charm. If you want to see what the old soviet world looked like, this is the place. My only real complaint is that it is cash only. Which is a bit too old fashioned for me.

Very beautiful and wonderful live

Very close (6 mins) drive from the Sofia airport. Very convenient as we were driving to Bansko for our annual skiing trip. Very clean, Family friendly and easy to book.

The facilities are modern and the service is excellent. However, they do not provide bottled water. You have to take your empty bottles to the water dispenser in the corridor to get water.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is very clean. It must be a new hotel. The facilities are also new. It is very convenient to be next to a supermarket. The front desk service is good. The check-out was two hours late on the last day. Thank you very much. I hope to come again in the future.

They don't clean the room every day, and even if they do, they don't change the towels. That's really not good.

Nice hotel, great location, very close to the airport!

The proximity to the graveyard is very convenient. I like to go there at night and touch the stones with my bare skin. It makes my inside parts feel special. Also the front desk associate has very well produced hair and likes to flip it back and forth which makes for a nice added visual experience. Mashallah.

Breakfast was a cold buffet with lots of options. We were particularly impressed by staff, however, who let us in past midnight, called us a taxi in the morning, and were generally very helpful. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Views aren't beautiful, as the surrounding buildings are scrappy, but that was our only complaint.

The hotel has a great location at an intersection, and it even has a bar and an open-air restaurant, which is very convenient. It's also close to a shopping mall, just across the pedestrian bridge. Good accommodation conveniently located close to Sofia Airport. I have been a loyal customer for many years now and I never hesitate to book a room during a long trip. The rooms are decent and clean and the customer service is top-notch.

If you get a room for three, one of the beds will be quite troublesome, as I found out myself. I literally slept with mattress on the ground because it was more comfortable. But other than that it is very nice.

It is ok. Sometimes in the wordrobe smells like kitchen which is not very nice. That also doesn't have software which makes difficult every time for the invoice. The breakfast is good but the chairs are not comfortable.
