I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you're visiting Sofia. Despite claiming to be a welcoming establishment for international guests, the reality is far from it and utterly unacceptable. The breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had: a meager selection, poor quality, and served in a depressing dining area. To make matters worse, the tablecloths were constantly stained and rarely changed. But things took a turn for the absurd when I asked the night porter for a bottle of water at 9 PM, only to be told to drink from the bathroom tap. When I politely declined for hygiene reasons, he suggested I go to a self-service store 10 minutes away on foot - in -12°C weather. Unbelievable. This hotel's behavior is shameful and shows a complete lack of respect for its customers. I had hoped for a pleasant stay, but this was a nightmare.

Stayed here for one night due to a late flight arrival before continuing our trip in Bulgaria the next day. Very good choice instead of the hotels that are a bit closer to the airport. Nice, spacious and quiet rooms. Food at the rooftop bar and restaurant was good. We especially liked that they had rooms for three people since we were travelling two adults and one child.

I had tons of problems with my room, most of them were ok, but one was too much to bare.
The blackout window was getting out of the rails, the bathroom was flooded after every shower, but the worst one was finding a red stain on the pillow case after the room was cleaned.
The person in the reception treated as if it wasn't a big deal, THERE WAS “red stain” IN A "CLEAN" PILLOW CASE!
