Family business so we felt like home! The rooms are clean, the hotel has a nice pool and the around is very nice arranged. The food is delicious and the owners are very kind and nice people.
The beach is very close and a free zone is available.

Very good location, 150 m from the quietest beach, which also includes a nudist zone, one of the three beaches in the city, near a supermarket and the new town with a promenade, a pleasant walk to the old part of the city, approx. 15 min. Family hotel with friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, breakfast and meals in the hotel restaurant are delicious, which follow commercial trends and are more like Greek cuisine. A big bonus to all the good things is the pleasant staff, a lot of greenery around the pleasant pool.

I had an excellent time, everything was perfect. They have a big pool that you can relax in and have fun. The staff is really friendly and will gladly help you with anything you need. The food at the restaurant is very delicious and the rooms are very spacious and tidy. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here with three of us, breakfast included, for under thirty euro total. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from two Sozopol beaches including a nice beach bar. The swimming pool was clean and very well maintained. The restaurant was great for dinner, ordering off the menu, or for breakfast, with a buffet.

Very clean, amazing atmosphere. Comfortable beds - I’ve been on a sofa bed for five nights and slept very comfortably. Expected less, and was positively surprised. The restaurant is good too, with a proper pastry chef making the cakes. Family run business and you can tell their hearts are in it. I will definitely come back when I return to Sozopol. Wifi is well enough to do work calls on, however it isn’t as strong by the pool. Fair enough. Should focus on other things than the internet at the pool anyways.

Moldy bathrooms, parking is unattainable, and the pancakes were undercooked.

Stay away from this place! The most of the staff are Not friendly unfortunately . The price over the phone and online price too, was cheaper than what they actually charged us. The bathroom has mold and smells bad all the time. Even worst, our lower level room (-1), did smell urine like as well for some reason. They gave us a spray bottle to fight with that smell, really! Asked for other room, they say Not possible, enjoy your stay! 🤦‍♂️
