We stayed in this family hotel for 4 nights, we liked our room as it was spacious and very clean, you can hear the sea and also it is few steps to actually reach the beach and in the morning to view sun rising. They offer selection of breakfast - it is not a buffet and we were asked to select what we wanted a day before. The location is also in quieter part of Sozopol but still within walking distance to all attractions, I really recommend this place as all people running it were extremely helpful and polite.

Next to two beaches, a good breakfast, everyday cleaning and changing towels, nice stuff, perfect for families.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The beach is almost at your steps (and the view is amazing), but you can also easily walk to Sozopol Center :) The staff is the kindest and very helpful. The breakfasts are tasty and served with a smile. And the restraint is very good :)

Barex Family Hotel was great. Rooms are big and clean, service great, breakfast good and the location just beside beach comfortable. Sozopol City is not too far away. The only problem is parking, If there's not free spot onvthe street, you have to pay for parking.

A clean and cozy family hotel, directly on the beach (stairs!). Very helpful staff, rooms clean. A walk to the old town.

This is our second stay here this year the hotel is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble the staff are very friendly the room is very clean with our balcony leading out to the small pool with sea view will be booking here again next year. Thank you for looking after us so well 😆

A nice small hotel on the black sea. Comfortable and at a good walking distance to Sozopol city centre. The breakfast is good.

This is our third time staying here and we enjoyed it again. A very friendly and warm welcoming. Very clean. Definitely book again next year highly recommend this gem

Moldy bathrooms, parking is unattainable, and the pancakes were undercooked.

Stay away from this place! The most of the staff are Not friendly unfortunately . The price over the phone and online price too, was cheaper than what they actually charged us. The bathroom has mold and smells bad all the time. Even worst, our lower level room (-1), did smell urine like as well for some reason. They gave us a spray bottle to fight with that smell, really! Asked for other room, they say Not possible, enjoy your stay! 🤦♂️
