It has 152 rooms spread over a six-story building with a variety of room types including standard, economy, classic, and apartments, some with balconies and park or sea views. good room, location but lots of hidden charges, such as charging for a safe per day, if you leave to much food on your plate, also a charge etc , food is almost inedible , paid all inclusive but had to eat out most of the time due to the lack of anything that was not a mystery cold meat or dry crunchy pasta. There were a few notable staff such as the receptionists and a man who helped us with bags that were nice, and the snack bar bartender , but everyone else made us just feel bad for being there, the looking you up and down and talking and giggling and dirty looks just takes away from the experience. Wouldn’t say it’s abysmal here, but just don’t go all inclusive unless you want to waste your money, however the hotel location and room were perfect so no complaints there!

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray.
Also door to balcony is in dire need of a service(my job) as it does nit close properly and sealing gasket missing from frame. Other than that, very good. Breakfast is fine also. Staff lovely.

This is my 3rd year coming to Sunny Beach and I can't give a good review of this hotel! If you want a hotel that is just to lay your head then this hotel would be for you. But if you have been to other hotels you will know how bad this hotel is. We were all inclusive (what a joke!) There was a notice stating if you leave too much food on your plate you would get charge (another what a joke!) The food was that horrible cold or Luke warm you couldn't eat it! We had a room w8th a lovely view of the rook which had the air-conditioning fans blasting 24/7 i would rather stay were the music was at least it would be entertaining. There was no entertainment during the day and music blasting from the Glarus bar which you would think was part of the hotel as they served food and drinks! Oh no! If you went there you had to pay for food and drink and if you went to the Asura which is also part of the Glarus you got 10% discount on drinks or food! The only positive about this hotel is it is near the beach nothing else. So if you are like me who has been to other hotels stay clear of this one! Crap cold food crap accommodation and very rude staff. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

We went all inclusive and the food was lovely, good variety of drinks and alcoholic drinks, everything is so close to the hotel, rooms are clean and staff are pleasant apart from the waiter in the bar by the pool, he has been abit nasty a couple of times because he couldn't understand me, I got upset and I think someone had a word, and the lobby toilet stinks thats the only things I have had a problem with, everything else has been a really great time

Stayed here for 2 nights after our flight home was cancelled; they gave us a room with no hassle at all; went bed and breakfast even though our previous hotel was all inclusive; breakfast selection not vast but satisfied us; rooms are spacious very clean; sea view amazing but you get noise from bars so not for everyone would definitely stay here again in future

Stayed at worst places, location right next to the beach, bars are right next to the hotel, if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs, rooms facing the sea are the ones affected, we were round the back
Room was clean , shower was amusingly low !,bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen clean, room was cleaned daily to a good standard, cleaner's were friendly and spoke.
Room lacked a safe , hire a strong box at reception around £25 for a week.
A number of people, not us suffered from bad stomachs and diarrhea, they'd complained to the rep regarding this , we found the food ok , it's a matter of choice, personally I don't usually go all inclusive but we did this time , we're not picky but plenty of folk moaned.
Staff were helpful but not generally chatty, the language barrier doesn't help but then again being arrogant and ignorant back helps neither!.
Would we go back , probably not, it's just not our cup of tea,Nessabar old town is wonderful,we were told that the resort after Sunny Beach is ok but generally it's a five out ten.
If you like tat shops and getting p@#£ed all week, fine whilst rotting in the sun but hey ho .
This is my honest opinion, go and make your own mind up , happy holidays peeps.

The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful, rooms very dated and small for a family of four. The bathroom always flooded when you have a shower. The sofa bed that's provided was pieced together with timber. Food was hit and miss for quality was usually cold or slightly under cooked, we were all inclusive and tended to eat out on some occasions.
The pool area is very tidy but only three slides available no other entertainment in the evenings. The bar to the resort closed at 23:00.
Location why's, it couldn't be faulted, straight on to the shopping strip and onto the sandy beach which was immaculate. Would I go again? Maybe to the area but not the Hotel.
