The hotel is tired. It's clear it was beautiful a few years ago—the atmosphere is still there, but the rooms haven't been updated. Cons: The furniture and windows are old. One room had a very strong moldy smell. The air conditioning didn't work in another. Pros: The staff did everything they could to ensure our comfort, and they even replaced the smelly room.

A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. A clean pool and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Turns out my husband and I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago! It was lovely to relive those memories. This time, we came with our family and stayed in connecting rooms. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool below. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a city view. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and although there was no elevator, they were willing to make repeated trips to help deliver things.

I will say the room we got was spacious with a window and balcony that invites plenty of natural light in! The room itself and shower especially was spacious but the toilet room is pretty small. We had a great 4 nights stay in this hotel. The room was very well soundproofed and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Swimming pool was appreciated l but I think they put chemical treatment at night without putting a sign to notify guests… Food is overpriced, so we never ate at the restaurant. Location was very good, in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk from pub street.

The Siem Reap Palace Hotel & SPA is excellent and offers extraordinary value for money, thanks to its facilities and friendly staff. I really loved this hotel, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the air conditioning. I stayed here for half a month, and I found the bed firmness to be just right for Chinese people – neither too soft nor too hard, which was quite comfortable. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit dim. The food was absolutely delicious.

The hotel is not bad, but there are some quirks. The room is very dark, with little light and a small window, making it feel like we were in the dark all the time. The furniture is old, but otherwise okay. The worst thing was that the shower drain was clogged and no one cleaned it, so water quickly accumulated in the room. Hotel didn’t look like pictures, breakfast was minimal, no buffet. When I arrived my fridge wasn’t plugged in, no hot water, no tv full stop (apparently government cut off the aerial )! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Helped move our luggage to our rooms, no complaints. Staff made our stay much more better. The only downside is when the shower was on it flooded the bathroom. Other than that we 100% recommend and would come again all thanks to the staff.

We been there for our family vocation, our room js face to pool and the room is fine just some point I don’t like are : - People come out and drink in front of our room till 1am - People come to swim pool so early around 5am from swimming - they don’t have mini bar in the room

Go to stay location is nearest to the beach. I booked on the app the room which is at the ground floor but when I arrived they choose my room on the 1st and 2nd floor.

The place was charming, the service was top notch, there was no need to go to the center because everything was right there. There was even live music 🙏🏼

This is paradise on earth. It's quiet, there are no crowds, and the beach feels like it's all yours. The restaurant serves delicious food, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. You can rent boats and SUPs for free. We also rented a motorbike for $10.

This was our second time in the Secret Garden hotel and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Everything was as great as before and the food was even better. The sea view villa is really great value. The room is large, clean and tidy. The glass floor-to-ceiling windows allow us to lie on the bed and enjoy the sea view. It is very comfortable. The beach is quiet. There is also a small waterfall nearby, which is also nice. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. Overall, it is a great hotel choice.

Nice. I had a v quit room in an otherwise noisy central area. There is a good cheap lebanese restaurant around the corner and museum a few steps away. Tv programma ok. Ok hotel fairly old fashioned. Door key is a chore to open and close, it's like trying to crack a safe lock combination! Great roof top bar and pool is open till really late. Hotel is just a short walk to all the action yet is quiet inside. Breakfast has freshly made omelettes.

This is a great classic hotel. There are really only two room on each floor that has the view of palace and rivet. I stayed in 503 and view spectacular. On Cambodia standards the rooms are great, western its a 3 at best. Staff are awesome 100%. Pool is good but few loungers and people camp out all day on them. So shade is a premium. Breakfast is poor. Staff reluctantly and quite belligerently dealt with a booking issue and were more interested in passing the blame than trying to be helpful. Cannot recommend staying here.

The sea view from the balcony of the top floors is amazing. The staff helped us with every little wish we had, crepes on demand for breakfast, an extra table and chairs - they went the extra mile for us with a smile.
