This hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a traditional building, but it has a pool, gym, restaurant, and cafe, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruit. We was especially pleased with Mr. Sanbo's attentive hospitality.

Nice and simple hotel for your simple needs and right in front of the beach! Nice pool in front of my room for a quick swim. The service is great and breakfast is delicious but a la carte so no wasteful buffet here! Overall a great place to stay in Kep if you are on a budget.

Bali hotel is my family as I stay here ever month when business trip in Phnom Penh. Their Pest Control is good and hygiene standard is meeting standard. The hotel staff is helpful.

The hotel is quite far from the city's main airport (about an hour's drive, which is lengthy) and is also a bit distant from the main street and the flower market. At first, the reception assigned me to a room that could not be opened by the key card so I had to call the attention of the hotel staff and I was assigned to another room. Accuracy of room assignment from the receptionist is important specially that guests are tired and inpatient to wait. But overall it was a great stay.

We had a great stay. Booked 3 rooms (1 twins and 2 double), the hotel upgraded our rooms to deluxe room. Everything just perfect for the price. The only draw back is that it is a bit inside and won't be too convenient with public transport.

I think this is a very good hotel within walking distance of Aeon Mall. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was fine, had a balcony, and was very well lit. It's also close to NagaWorld, so I think it's in a great location.
