I recently stayed at Hotel KVL and found so much to like. The design is excellent, the staff is professional, and the overall atmosphere is great. It clearly has the potential to be one of the best spots in the city. It’s a beautiful property with so much potential, but until it adds more for guests to do on-site, it feels more like a boutique sleep-spot than a complete hotel experience.

Cheap, staff are nice and helpful, room are very large and have nice view, swimming pool also large and so blue. The service in this hotel, the receptionists, the doormen even the car parking attendant was the best I have ever received. Everybody was amazing. Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options. Apart from that everything was great.

2nd time staying at this hotel and once again very happy with the stay. The location is perfect with Pub Street right around the corner but also very quiet from the noise. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfy. Highly recommended.

The location is very closely to the Pub street and easy to find local foods but the heat water is not working.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed here for 6 nights. They helped us arrange bikes. Everything was clean and there was plenty to choose from for breakfast. Swimming pool was also nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only suggestion I would give is the option not to change the towels every day, as that is really not necessary for us.

We had a fantastic time here. We got upgraded to a family room. Everything was clean. The gym was out of service when I was there so they sent me in a tuktuk to their sister hotel. There is a grocery store beside the hotel though it is a bit pricey.

A nice property, rooms are good, service impeccable, location is convenient. Could have included the breakfast in room tariff, but they don’t charge for drinking water that’s a plus point. The restaurant has sumptuous breakfast spread in the morning. The restaurant is not exactly open for lunch or dinner, but the kitchen is, you get a la carte food either at pool side or at the lobby restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would like to praise our driver, Tey, who took great care of us. He was very professional, punctual, and helpful, always knowing exactly where to take us and where to pick us up. He also made excellent suggestions and knows the roads like the palm of his hand. This was our second stay at the hotel, with our previous visit three years ago. The room is well maintained compared to our last stay. The staff provided good service, the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient.

The bedding in the room was old, but the hygiene was decent. It was noisy outside, so I needed earplugs to sleep. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, and the open-air area was bright and sunny.

Classy hotel is a great space to stay in Battambang. I came here for a one night stay and I could do so much in just one night. There’s a big swimming pool, gym, massage and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was spacious and the room was like staying in the 90s. I really recommend this hotel if you’re going to Battambang.

What a hidden gem. An absolutely amazing hotel with coffee shop, restaurant, pool and bar, roof top dining and a viewing deck even higher all with bar service. Sometimes there's no hot water in the room, and you have to wait a long time for it to come back on. The hotel was alright, but was only a 3 star at best. The room was hot and the a/c barely did anything, the pool wasn’t working, the hotel felt eary and dull, and the food wasn’t great. The service wasn’t that good aswell just mid. This hotel is very mid.

This is a big hotel in phnom penh, inexpensive for us because they're have a good service,staff friendly and careful for customer stay here. The location is ideal, being right at the heart of downtown Phnom Penh. Strong wifi coverage and speedy connection, but due to perhaps the limoted space, there are simply too many stairs. Though the handicapped are supported, it leaves one puzzled how they can navigate through those staircases.

On Feb 22, I had to take off to airport at 8:00 am. I went to the restaurant and asked for my breakfast packed. But they refused and said the coupon is for dinning only. I asked him to talk to their manager and he also refused. Very bad experience.

The resort is ideal for families, it's very convenient because it has a private beach, pools, and it’s peaceful in the evenings. The café and restaurant are located right by the beach.
