The hotel itself is “old school” luxury and it has lots of nice details and an impressive lobby area, but I think a little modernisation in some places would do well

There is a Jasmine spa here too, but its menu offerings are more comprehensive in all the treatment areas. I had Five separate treatments and therefore spent almost 5 full hours there

The beach bar was good. The place clean and great view. The swimming pool open until 11pm. They also have gym and spa. Include hotel and casino. Great place to chilling and enjoying view.

Natura beach near Sok San, particularly lovely. All-in-all, a lovely, though not inexpensive stay. The tranquility of Tamu was worth it

Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was a mix of delightful hospitality and frustrating miscommunication. Positives: • The staff were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles

• The massage itself was excellent — relaxing and skillfully done. • Resort facilities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay

Areas for Improvement: • Communication between the reception and the spa, as well as between staff during shift changes, was poor. Despite confirmed bookings, our itinerary was disrupted multiple times

Overall Impression: Memoire Palace Resort has wonderful staff and excellent facilities, but operational inefficiencies in communication and booking management significantly impacted our experience

Our room is located on the 2nd level without a lift. Hence the staff had to carry our luggages via stairs. The outdoor area is good, but because of insects, we hardly make good use of it

The Hotel is Low-rise Resort-style. It features a relative big outdoor area in the family suites attached to the Master Room. The bathrooms are lovely with full amenities

It is probably the cleanest beach 30 km round Sihanoukville. Perfect breakfast and dinner perfect and always adapted to our needs

Everything was perfect, the staff were wonderful and the amenities were great breakfast was fantastic as well  as the restaurant menu next time we are coming straight here and spending the entire time at Sohka Beach Resort

Location is great just in front of the Otres Beach, easy to access to the beach just cross the street. Bed are comfort to sleep as we booked Family Ocean Suite, with the view of the sea from our balcony

Go to stay location is nearest to the beach. I booked on the app the room which is at the ground floor but when I arrived they choose my room on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Buffet breakfast not good for foreigners, only local food provide and doesn’t have much food in the morning

Additionally, a few recreational amenities such as a pool table, ping pong table, cornhole, or darts would be a great addition for guests. Lastly, a fire pit would have a nice touch

The place was charming, the service was top notch, there was no need to go to the center because everything was right there. There was even live music 🙏🏼

A true paradise on earth! We’ve recently returned from The One Resort on Koh Rong, and it was unforgettable! The island welcomed us with a pristine white beach right in front of the hotel — the sand is soft as flour, and the water is crystal clear

Clean, big, nice house in the beach, white send, great pool, beautiful sunrise and quite relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to all the stuff our stay was unforgettable. We will come back with our daughter and grandson ❤️

It's quiet, there are no crowds, and the beach feels like it's all yours. The restaurant serves delicious food, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. You can rent boats and SUPs for free

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience

So so so so beautiful! You fall asleep hearing the waves, the water is clean and the bungalows are beautiful with AC. The staff are the friendliest I’ve met so far and they have cute lil doggos on the beach.

It's the perfect place ifyou'reulooking fort calm and peace. The beaches have some dirty plastics from the cities that arrive on the san,d but they clean it ass much as possible

Family room, double room, garden room are all the same. The stairs to the bathroom are too high. Toothbrushes, towels, hair dryers, slippers are all available. But the price-performance ratio is still not good

The room and toilet is too old. Pool view room is better than river view room. The location is good , just walking 5 minutes can reach night market

Great trip! Nice room, comfy bed, friendly staff. The food was excellent but due to our trip being off season, the menu was limited. Fortunately, there are plenty of places to eat up and down the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the beachfront villa we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was slightly weak at times but not a major issue

There’s a direct path (15 min walk) behind the resort to Lazy beach where we watched the most amazing sunsets both nights of our stay, would highly recommend!

About a 10 min walk along the beach to other hotel restaurants and a shop. Free paddleboards and kayaks to use

The facilities are a bit rundown but still decent enough to use. The location on the beach is amazing its very beautiful and peaceful. And it's always nice to sit on your bungalows deck and look over the water

The resort offers some activities for guests, and the one we definitely enjoyed the most was kayaking. We also took the opportunity to swim at the beach, which is very clean and calm — there are almost no waves

The hotel is like a wild island, situated on its own cape, in its own bay, and you can...

The service everywhere is excellent! The staff are very dedicated, polite, and cultured! Not all of them speak English, but they try very hard! Even environmentalism is important to them, and the hotel is constantly involved in initiatives

 The guy who works in the restaurant however is really lovely and helpful.  We also discovered a few days in that the cost of the food in the restaurant was twice that of the other restaurants on the main strip of beach

 It’s right at the end of the beach which is rocky so you can’t access the water from there and you have to walk through the less attractive part to reach it

We booked this because we wanted a hut on the beach but actually it is not

If I went back I would stay in one of the beach huts on the beach further down but the place is still nice.  The beach and island are beautiful regardless
