Very cozy and nicely decorated boutique hotel with very friendly and mindful staff. Situated just on corner with the Pub street it still provides you felling of peace and privacy. This hotel is very good, a very central but quit location. Everything is on walking distance. Rooms have everything, spacious, a balcony etc. The breakfast is à la carte and buffet style. But what is most amazing the people they prepared a really good welcoming drink and some snacks. Every time you enter the hotel they offer cold water and a cold towel. A magnificent, clean hotel! The cappuccino is delicious! The staff are very pleasant and friendly! Daily cleaning! One small downside is that the neighbors have a rooster that crows :) But this didn't spoil our stay at all, we would have loved to extend it.

The double bedroom is nice; it is big, especially the bathroom. There's a huge bathtub and another area for an overhead shower, which is efficient. My room also contains a space to chill outside. What was mid was the pool. It is pretty small but still swimmable. However, their breakfast is delicious, and there is a lot of choice to choose from.

I always get a warm welcome when staying in siem Reap at the Apsara Greenland resort. The pool is lovely the gardena are lovely and there's even a pool table. Highly recommended.

The Palm is in a more secluded area which is very nice and quiet. It is close to Angkor Wat. There is a temple nearby and there is chanting during certain hours of the day. Very nice location: oasis in the dusty surrounding area. Nice pool surrounded by green nature. Few kilometers away from the noisy city center, mid way to the temples. Nice bungalow with a huge bath tube. Very nice services. You can rent scooters directly from them (highly recommended to explore the temples), order delicious food or get massages directly there (not tested). My friend forgot his boardshorts...

The food here is amazing! Their Tom Yum is so delicious , full of flavor and perfectly balanced. I really loved the Fish Amok, and the Sweet and Sour Seafood was also very tasty. The Pasta Bolognese and the Matcha are both really good too. Everything we tried was satisfying and well prepared. Definitely recommend this place ♥️

The environment is good, but just the cooperated restaurant “Fat Goose” not worth the price… We ordered 3 dishes for 2 people 60 USD was spent with very simple food quality and taste… It wasn’t that good until me and my partner had to go to another restaurant rather than staying there. Hope resort could pay attention to that because it really affects the review overall.

Stayed here for one night in January 2024. Just across the road from Otres Beach 2. Nice swimming pool and rooms are clean. Lacking hot water for the shower but apart from that included breakfast was nice and food in the restaurant good too although somewhat expensive.

One of the best hotel I experienced.

This is a great hotel. There is limited car parking, but it did not seem to be a problem. The staff were good. I had an issue with a water leak in the room. They switched me to a new room, no problems. The corner rooms are a little hot in the afternoons, but the AC was good and kept up. I will stay here again.

Had an issue with the A/C air con so they moved me into another room. The room is spacious, clean and modern. However, the noise from outside is clearly very audible in the room. So loud that at time, you thought you were sleeping outside. It really was that bad. So get a room that is not city view. If it had been quieter, i would have given this hotel a better rating.

Toilets could not take toilet paper. We are supposed to put used toilet paper in the waste bin, but there were no notices telling us that. Also, the waste bin is not lined with plastic bag, so we are supposed to put dirty toilet paper in a bare bin, that is a little gross. My toilet got blocked after half a day, and I couldn’t use it anymore. The best part of the room is that the bed is very comfortable

Great location. After my stay, I was able to leave my belongings in a safe place. There is an elevator, so there were no problems with luggage. There is a coffee shop on the first floor. There are also brochures and advertisements for tourist routes. This is a great hotel for tourists.
