Beautiful environment, good service attitude of staff, delicious breakfast Tuk Tuk takes 10 minutes to the city center
Great location. Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in here in Cambodia.
Location looks not bad(anyway toktok(?) is not expensive and also no rip-off) Breakfast was not bad(nothing special but clean) Accommodation : I used just gym(swimming pool outside) Staffs were friendly(English OK)
Fantastic place ..Fantastic staff friendly , very helpful with Professional management that helped with any need required, could not fault the staff . Rooms are very spacious , clean , super comfortable beds and pillows , kettle coffee tea etc Large modern bathroom, hairdryer toothbrush etc Spa , sauna , steam room jacuzzi all very good and clean and modern very large swimming pool and furnishings...

Not a good customer experience, no pool side service and they charge for every little thing
Great hotel for children (great pool and playground) and safe beach setting. However, they allow smoking indoor and at the restaurant, and smokers surrounding children that is less than 5 years old... need to gazette area for none smokers if they prefer smoking customers.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and private beach. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in.
The lounge area outside was also very cool, live music in the evenings. Breakfast buffet is lovely with many choices and well staffed. Many choices of hot foods, omelet and pancake. High quality rooms...
I was impressed. It’s a very nice hotel, deserve as a 5-star hotel in Cambodia. Located right on the beach so you can access directly from the pool, which is very nice pool for the whole family. Environment was great, remind me of Vegas. I wish the staffs were friendly, I would give a 5 stars on here. Nice bed, clean, smell good, great bathroom. Plenty of parking.

The place is big, there's a pool if we walk down a little bit there will be a ocean that you can see. There is people playing music at night, the morning buffet is very good. The hotel price is affordable.
Has always been our top 1 hotel option since I grew up. Clean and helpful staff. hotel has their own beach that we can easily access
Beautiful Resort with Private Beach – Perfect Getaway! I had an amazing stay at Sokha Beach Resort. The private beach is absolutely stunning – clean, quiet, and perfect for swimming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, both local and international. I especially...
It is a clean and friendly hotel. Check in is fast.
It has been operated over 15 years if I recalled my memories. Surrounding by China campus and unfinished building , ❤️sokha still maintain their greenery and coconut big walking park with peaceful private beach. Also I am happy with their breakfast choices. The room is cold even we off the fan. Hope they can maintain and improve quality to get more attractive guests.
Nice location, private beach But it is kinda old.

We stayed at a 4 star resort. Pool is ok. Not many people. Quiet. Free breakfast for 2.There’s so many resorts. It’s hard to choose pictures are deceiving.
The Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-appointed rooms. Its location, a few kilometers away from the city center, means guests will need transportation, such as a car, taxi, or tuk tuk, to reach the town. Tuk tuks are conveniently available at the hotel (for a fee). The on-site restaurant might have limited dining options. If you’re planning a visit, it might be a good...
Fantastic hotel and great service. A short tuk tuk into twn for pub street and night Market. Haven't checked the official rating, but it feels like 5 star.
A five star hotel located in the middle of the city. Large rooms, swimming pool and spa with gym, in house antique shoppe and restaurants. Rooms had wooden furniture with ample amenities. Tubs for bathing. Breakfast spread was quite good as well as the dinner we ordered. The staff was exceptionally polite and courteous. We were a group of six with three rooms and were quite satisfied with the hotel
It's an out of town location, Service was excellent and we were in the 5* area. There is an outdoor swimming pool but the pool bar and Spa Area were closed during our visit at Christmas 2023.
Lovely staff. Nice rooms. One of the tourists going with us dropped her purse on the sofa at the lobby and they kept it safe until she got it back. *****Highly recommended!

Nov 2019-great place and good service.
Big room nice hotel except the air-con (the air-con) is not cool.
Feels like I am recharged after 4 nights stayed in this beautiful resort. Hotel is nice, calm and clean. I Love spending my early morning breakfast at the swimming pool side ( we have to bring the food ourself from their breakfast restaurant, but it's not big deal since the environment around there is super good).
Big hotel and This hotel is a bit far from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty big pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here .. much better options elsewhere .. they have big meeting room and big space and big environment.

Amazing rooms, really spacious, neat and clean. The decor and aesthetics of the hotel is so good that half the satisfaction is driven by living in such a beautiful property. Wood carvings, beautiful swimming pool and extreme care to details.
Stayed two nights recently. Best star hotel with nice breakfast. Room service and housekeeping need a special mention. Best choice to stay
This hotel and its lovely staff made our stay in Cambodia truly comfortable. The service was way above anything we saw in the last two weeks of our travel in Vietnam and Cambodia. The staff, under the able guidance of the front desk manager Mr Sarik, conducted themselves in an admirable fashion. They were ALWAYS polite, and very willing to help with any queries. Others such as the Asst manager Mr Souen...
We had a lovely stay at the Empress Angkor. The room was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the impressive pool area. However, the bathroom needs renovation, especially for a 5-star hotel! The breakfast buffet is quite wonderful. The staff is helpful, yet some might be better groomed.
I stayed at this hotel with a friend on a tour. The air-conditioning in our room was not going below 28°c, and we asked for it to be checked. After checking we were moved to another room which was great. The internet was intermittent but this seemed to be across Siem Reip, not just our hotel. My friend was unwell and staff assisted her to our room and often checked on us. Cambodia is a beautiful...

Formerly called Intercontinental Hotel, but it’s name has been changed when there’s a change of ownership. When COVID-19 hit Cambodia in 2020, it was since used as treatment facility for patients with mild symptoms.
The first 5-star hotel in Cambodia as InterContinental Phnom Penh. The hotel hosted mostly dignitaries, celebraties head of states, Royalty, President, etc. It is rebranded as The Great Duke Phnom Penh.
6 starts hotel. Nice for high class level.
An old InterCon hotel. Now it’s Great Duke. Make the Duke great again! Lol
We stayed here last year when it was still the Intercontinental. It's a large hotel a bit dated with a great swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff was courteous and food was decent and reasonable priced. The only minor con is the location is not as convenient to stay for independent travelers like us since it's a bit far from all the tourists' spots.
Great ambience. No free Wi-Fi, unless you are overnight guests.

Nice Oceanview Hotel with two swimming pools!
The site itself is already good just not really fits my vibe. They have a casino on the ground floor which makes it quite uncomfortable for locals to stay. Beautiful hotel, the back door is the sea, and it's worth the money.
Swimming pool (ground floor) should improve hygiene, and environment (bad smell surrounding the pool area).
Good hotel and recommended with your friends and family in a very convenient location
The pool is great and deep(1.6m) but there's no lifeguard. Restaurant and shopping choices are very boring. More catered towards China Chinese but low end. Casino staff are friendly but counter staff are not. Check in was ok and smooth. The room doesn't have a safe. Room was noisy in morning. I guess its from the person upstairs as floor is wood.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Pros: The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind. Cons: I would have preferred to have a full-length mirror in the room, as it’s always helpful to check your outfit before heading out. The hotel located at floor 28-floor 41 in an office building. It's 30' to airport and nearby central. There is a supermarket/mall very close to this hotel.. with walking distance. The room is clean and modern. It's well equipped with everything you need for a short business trip. Gym and sauna is very nice with best view (view from floor 27)
