Spacious hote rooml at a reasonable price. Bigger room than those at the same price range. Very comfortable stay with a nice bed & pillows. What I love the most is the smart toilet with warm seat and auto flush function. Breakfast is delicious. Overall a very pleasant stay, love it.

I've always lived here, and the price dropped this time, I don't know why. It's in the central area, so I recommend it. Restaurants, delivery services, banks, and taxis are all easily accessible nearby. The only downside is that the bathrooms tend to leak everywhere.

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance. Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel.

Bali hotel is my family as I stay here ever month when business trip in Phnom Penh. Their Pest Control is good and hygiene standard is meeting standard. The hotel staff is helpful.

The hotel is quite far from the city's main airport (about an hour's drive, which is lengthy) and is also a bit distant from the main street and the flower market. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant resort. I enjoyed the spacious room and the lush greenery surrounding it. The breakfasts were fairly good, though they could use a little improvement. Clean, peaceful and great amenities. At first, the reception assigned me to a room that could not be opened by the key card so I had to call the attention of the hotel staff and I was assigned to another room. Accuracy of room assignment from the receptionist is important specially that guests are tired and inpatient to wait. But overall it was a great stay.

Service is amazing however the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are needing some updating. Every time you use the shower it floods the whole bathroom and the water isn't directed to the plug hole on the floor so it just sits there.

Found a hair on my bed but otherwise room was acceptable. Interior of the room felt a bit weird with washed walls and scrapes to the rattan room door. Door is hollow so you can hear other hotel guests running, talking and slamming doors very clearly. Gym was barebones but usable, pool was quite small.
