Extremely clean and always having a great smell, the rooms are not getting too hot during the day , so that’s another plus. Cleaning ladies are so friendly and always smiling, really nice atmosphere. Location is good too

Not exactly downtown, but within walking distance. Friendly staff, good breakfasts, spacious room. Our room was completely infested with mosquitoes, but there were huge gaps in the doors leading to the balcony, and under the door there were as many mosquitoes as in the Siberian forests during the high season.

It was real nice good place for adventurous couples.

Lovely place near a hill surrounded by green vegetation. Also rented a moto for our adventure at $6/day. They have a mini eatery and convenience store.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. Great value for money. The rooms are nicely furnished and super clean, comfy beds. A $1 dollar Tuktuk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the crab market. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Resort facilities: 0 points. Scenery: full marks. Too many mosquitoes, terrible internet, and a very plain breakfast. The air conditioning was old and outdated. I stayed for 5 days, and there was no internet for 2 of those days. For the remaining 3 days, the Wi-Fi signal was less than one bar. I highly recommend upgrading the facilities! Ughhhhhh.

The beach and surroundings are peaceful and pleasant. The ideal location for a couple to unwind. However, the room's materials are outdated and some of them don't work, but the service is good. And the room it a little bit small.

Each room is a small cabin, and they all look quite old with outdated amenities. The air conditioning wasn't very effective. The hotel's beach and the commercial beach area are nice, but the kilometers of undeveloped beach stretch without hotel maintenance are quite dirty with a lot of trash.

The layout is well-designed, and even when fully booked, it never feels overcrowded. However, the rooms and the hotel itself are somewhat dated and worn. The proximity to the stunning beach is the thing of this hotel. Orher then that, it is basic and worn. Dont expect luxury service, varied breakfasts, new furniture, not stained or not torn sheets , super clean beach. Enjoy the beach, relax, dont push or demand something, take it as it is, and you will be cool :)

This is a great spot for a satisfying meal. I ordered the all-day breakfast and sampled the pancakes. They were a little eggy for my preference, but still flavorful and filling. The juice was fresh and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal. Service was warm and attentive, and the restaurant itself is clean, well-kept, and inviting. Overall I am happy to stay at LCS because of good services. The restaurant outdoor garden at the back needs to checked, as my last trip, I encountered red ants bitten on my foot. It was due to left over foods dropped on the grass patch. Some part of the grass is uneven also, so it is like rocking..

We stay here every year. The hotel was great when it first opened, but it is starting to feel a bit old and we were given a room with bits of mould and stains on the walls. The rooftop bar is still great and the breakfast is still very good, but the room was a real let down this time.

This is my go to hotel when in Phnim Penh. Clean, hot water for showers and air conditioning. Staff are wonderful. Good buffet breakfast and eggs to order.

The hotel lobby is very nicely decorated, the room was of medium size but with a great view of the river. Shower and bathtub in the bathroom, but be careful it’s slippery when wet. I arrived a day early, so I booked a room near my main hotel. Since I was traveling solo, the hotel pushed the two beds together for me. It's really close to the museum, Pub Street, and the Siem Reap River. Even though it's on a main street, the room was surprisingly quiet. Great value for money!

Everything was good. Just only the hotel need check and amemd their room view desceiption , i booked the room , it stated river view, but ended up no river view.

The receptionist was very busy because it was a public holiday in Cambodia. Yet they managed to organised their thoughts and be very hospitable despite so many requests. The room is big enough for our stay and with the door closed, no noise heard from outside.

We have stayed at Heli Boutique a few times now. It's rare to find a place in Cambodia where everything works. It does here. Nice, big rooms. A good bed and a great shower.

We arrived very early at 5 am but were able to check in snoothly only for a small fee.
