Phnom Penh, Preah Sisowath Quay #10, Daun Penh 🧭 Map
Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and all needed amenities with a nice river view.
Overall I am happy to stay at LCS because of good services. The restaurant outdoor garden at the back needs to checked, as my last trip, I encountered red ants bitten on my foot. It was due to left over foods dropped on the grass patch. Some part of the grass is uneven also, so it is like rocking..
We stay here every year. The hotel was great when it first opened, but it is starting to feel a bit old and we were given a room with bits of mould and stains on the walls. The rooftop bar is still great and the breakfast is still very good, but the room was a real let down this time.
This is my go to hotel when in Phnim Penh. Clean, hot water for showers and air conditioning. Staff are wonderful. Good buffet breakfast and eggs to order.
The hotel lobby is very nicely decorated, the room was of medium size but with a great view of the river. Shower and bathtub in the bathroom, but be careful it’s slippery when wet. Staff was very friendly. Free drinks in the evening on the top floor with great 360 views of the city. Pool and exercize room on the top floor too. Overalll a great value for the money.
Great little hotel, breakfast was good. Would stay again.

The hotel was great and very clean. Had friendly staff and a good poolbbar on the room
Good hotel, within walking distance to the riverside and all the restaurants, spacious and light room , swimming pool on roof , breakfast not that good
The hotel is brilliantly located and has amazing views from the top floor. The rooms are large but with little hanging area. The beds are large and hard but comfortable. Room service and housekeeping is haphazard. Some days your room is serviced other days not.
The staff are friendly, breakfasts are okay but limited choice of fresh fruit and veg. The pool area is crammed with around 10 beds squeezed...
Fine enough hotel in a good enough location. Aircon was good, water pressure could be improved.
Excellent location with warm service. However, it isn’t an ideal hotel location for tourist location where situating near a bin or smth like landfill that with unlike smell. Additionally, the room was filled with ants everywhere. The hygiene condition definitely has room for improvement. In terms of faculties, the bathroom can’t provide hot water with stable temperatures, i can’t take a shower with...
Great place when arriving to the city. Very central with a very local feel. Lovely staff but young. We did not like though seeing some old European males (losers) there with young young Cambodian ladies. Breakfast view is amazing and very nice food.

Fabulous hotel - an oasis in the middle of Phnom Penn.Beautuful swimming pool setting. We had a large room with a balcony waking up to bird song each morning . Tuk tuks outside and a restaurant across the road but just a stroll away. Wonderful service and staff - nothing is too much trouble
A wonderful clean and very comfortable Hotel in central location. Excellent and very friendly staff. We would allways return to this place. Cambodia is great.
We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The amenities were very good and the food was exceptional. As part of the stay we received a free body massage which was wonderful. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel
What a wonderful hotel, lovely room, food and facilities. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Thoroughly recommended
A brilliant experience. Chef Sophen and her team were kind informative and patient. We were well looked after at all times. The market experience added to the whole thing. The food we mage tasted delicious under Chefs guidance. A treasured memory of our trip to Phnom Penh and the fabulous La Rosa Suites.
Took the Banana Cooking Class here with Chef Sophen and it was amazing! Very insightful and very fun! Thank you Chef Sophen!

Nice hotel with big pool and pool area. Rooms are clean good size bathroom and good shower. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was great good coffee and lot of food options to choose from. Would stay again and definitely recommend.
The reception staff were wonderful and the breakfast was really good. The location was an easy walk to Pub Street and the lovely river walk. The room was very comfortable however I didn’t give 5* because there was a lack of drawers for clothes and the hand towels were once delivered hours after the room was serviced disturbing an afternoon rest.
The Aquarium is a terrific attraction along with the...
The hotel is located with a discreet entrance in the quieter part of town, outside the hustle and bustle of the centre and bar street but with everything within a short walk.
The hotel has a delightful pool area open until 10pm where one can relax and swim as the heat of the day cools slightly
Breakfast offers western and local options as well as a good selection of fruit and cereals

Exceptionally friendly staff, good breakfast. The swing in the room is cute and useful :) Central location - within walking distance where are royal gardens, national museum, green bicycle road to the Angkor Wat and so on, and the pub street.
Keep in mind that the hotel is rather worn. The gym is bunch of creaking old metal :)
But overall we enjoyed our stay here (2 weeks!) and would stay more.
I arrived a day early, so I booked a room near my main hotel. Since I was traveling solo, the hotel pushed the two beds together for me. It's really close to the museum, Pub Street, and the Siem Reap River. Even though it's on a main street, the room was surprisingly quiet. Great value for money!
The stay was nice. The breakfast was also good, so we recommend you to try their noodles.
Air conditioner was bit noisy, so better to tuen off.
Thanks

Pros: Staff is really nice, welcoming and helpful. They let me in the room before check in time. My room was pre-cooled, when I entered the AC was working. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices, western and aisian. Food on the rooftop restaurant is also good. Views are nice.
Cons: This is not, by any means 4* hotel. Sheets and pillow cases had stains and dirt on them, they give you 4 pillows but...
The room was massive and nice. Super good view. The pool and rooftop bar were also great. Chilled without the massive hotel vibe. I would stay again.
Really liked it so we booked a second time (picture is from a video)
Clean room, nice sky bar view, friendly staffs, nice food, good location
Good hotel for a two night stay. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Well located close to major attractions.
The room was amazing, clean and big. The reception staff was brilliant. How ever we ran into a problem with one member of staff who was rude ( gave us dirty looks ) after we complained about our food order been wrong. We sent the same meal back 5 times after it was wrong. This was not a language barrier either because we translated it for said person. We told the manager who never got back to us. Other...

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Balcony is very small and not enough space for two chairs. Views from hotel is not great but it is not a beach hotel... Breakfast is limited and not enough. Staff is very friendly but struggling to understand English. (use your translation app if needed). Recommended stay
Superb hotel! Great location, outstanding staff, fantastic breakfast! Beautiful pool!
I’ve stayed in many many hotels in south east Asia but this one is the best!
Even better than the ones I stayed in recently in San Francisco and New York.
I honestly cannot complain about anything!
The price was unbelievably cheap but, this is not a cheap hotel! Far from it, the manager and staff go outta their way...
The Heli BoutiqueHotel is very good Hoter and very clean and comfortable
Gave us a smaller room than we paid for and would not budge. Other than that it is fine.
A gem, with personal & zen-like, meditative pool. Mr. La certainly cares, there's no better hotel manager. Always clean. My Phnom Penh experience goes back 25 years. This is a $100 a night in the US if not $200 spa room, but so reasonable ..with attentive staff, professionals. I've been everywhere like Johnny Cash, and their hospitality feels great - when walking in there whatever hour of the night...
We have stayed at Heli Boutique a few times now. It's rare to find a place in Cambodia where everything works. It does here. Nice, big rooms. A good bed and a great shower.

We booked a swim-up room. Everything was fantastic. Any small imperfections didn't bother me. The food was delicious, and the housekeeping was superb. Many thanks to the staff.
I absolutely loved my stay at Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area, yet still very close to the city center and Pub Street.

Breakfast is very average but for the price that we paid it is good enough.
We love that on our 4th night they switch to the breakfast into the order breakfast and still have some buffet options

Resort facilities: 0 points. Scenery: full marks.
Too many mosquitoes, terrible internet, and a very plain breakfast. The air conditioning was old and outdated.
I stayed for 5 days, and there was no internet for 2 of those days. For the remaining 3 days, the Wi-Fi signal was less than one bar.
I highly recommend upgrading the facilities! Ughhhhhh.
The beach and surroundings are peaceful and pleasant. The ideal location for a couple to unwind. However, the room's materials are outdated and some of them don't work, but the service is good. And the room it a little bit small.
Each room is a small cabin, and they all look quite old with outdated amenities. The air conditioning wasn't very effective. The hotel's beach and the commercial beach area are nice, but the kilometers of undeveloped beach stretch without hotel maintenance are quite dirty with a lot of trash.
We traveled as a family and stayed at Sok San Beach Resort for 3 nights.
The resort is situated on a beautiful beach. The layout is well-designed, and even when fully booked, it never feels overcrowded.
However, the rooms and the hotel itself are somewhat dated and worn. The air conditioning in the room works only moderately well, and some of the ceiling fans are broken. The room isn't sealed properly...
The proximity to the stunning beach is the thing of this hotel. Orher then that, it is basic and worn. Dont expect luxury service, varied breakfasts, new furniture, not stained or not torn sheets , super clean beach. Enjoy the beach, relax, dont push or demand something, take it as it is, and you will be cool :)
The room was clean and hygienic, and it was right by the sea.

The apartment is fully furnished. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly.
The rooms were very spacious and staff were attentive and very helpful!
The room was nice, but the balcony had a door, and the floor was too low, so I felt a bit unsafe.
It's so good for multiple people to use, it's spacious and comfortable. The location is also good, so if you have a schedule in BKK1, I recommend it. But there were cockroaches, so please note.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom.
Pros: Overall nice hotel. Location was great for us. It's literally right across the street from 7/11. Staff was super nice. Pool was nice, not crowded.
Cons: There is a strange smell coming from the pipes. I bought some spray disinfectant from 7/11 and it helped a bit to mask the smell. Also the washing machine had some mold in the part where you put the washing liquid...

This hotel is an oasis of calm in the near central area of Siem Reap Pool is amazing .Service amazing Nea and Kim being the one's we remember doing a fantastic job..

Rooms are very comfortable, great air conditioning and cleaned perfectly every day..
The bathroom could benefit from better lighting but that's being niggling .
Would come back in a heart beat
A nice enough resort located just a short tuk tuk ride from the centre of Siem Reap. The rooms were a good size — not much natural light, but that was fine as we spent most of our time by the pool or out exploring. The main downside was the really low water pressure in the showers (I see from other reviews this isn’t a new issue). The staff were friendly and helpful, and since we visited during the...

Very cozy and nicely decorated boutique hotel with very friendly and mindful staff. Situated just on corner with the Pub street it still provides you felling of peace and privacy. Room is well equipped and spacious enough for two guests, has a balcony with a pool view. You’ll be treated very carefully during all you stay.
One of the best hotels we have ever been!
First of all, the staff is super lovely, very dedicated. Service is amazing, we had welcome juice upon arrival, and any time we stepped in they welcomed us with refreshing towels.

Love this little hotel. Great location, big bright rooms, good AC, great shower and the service was amazing (way better than found at home in N America). Beds are comfortable though a little on the hard side which is better than the soft side. We had a dinner table poolside...
This hotel is very good, a very central but quit location. Everything is on walking distance.
Rooms have everything, spacious, a balcony etc.
The breakfast is à la carte and buffet style.
But what is most amazing the people they prepared a really good welcoming drink and some snacks.
Every time you enter the hotel they offer cold water and a cold towel.
Sophie and the rest of the team are amazing.
We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were so attentive and went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Cool face cloth and cold water on arrival. We had an early morning start for our trip to Angkor Wat and they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take away. They really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

A bit pricey for what you get. A lot of the pictures they show online aren't even for this hotel, they are for a sister hotel on another street. The breakfast was very good.
Very good services from all staff. Helpful and polite as well. Room usually well kept clean and maintain as daily do make up room service. Restaurants and foods stalls are all very nearby. Furthermore, it close by to the highway to the airport. Last, Naga is 15 minutes of walk from hotel, if you are searching for wealth and fortune!
The hotel is wonderful. Big clean rooms, air-conditioning (a must in this heat).
Excellent breakfast (food and service). You must try the porridge (rice) with dry fish.
The only disadvantage is the street..... unkempt and chaoticall. Obviously, this is not something that the management can control.

The immediate location is not great - not many dining options and the road is quite dirty. However it’s a convenient location for the river, casino etc.
