Clean, quiet bungalows. Good price. Friendly staff..Also hire motorbikes. The location is 2 or 3 km from the center. Lots of restaurants, shops. The beach is easily walkable to . The little swimming pool is a plus if you have kids. Recommended.

I booked here for 5 nights but ended up checking out in 2 nights. Very small rooms. When it's raining your rooms get flooded in upstairs rooms. Reception entrance get flooded entirely. Garden had rotten rats. Staff including manager i assume are very polite and helpful. Room i was given was from first floor which was far too small. Hand shower was over the sink and you can imagine how anyone can take a shower. I would definitely not recommend for anyone this place if you take room in first or second floors.

One of the first places open in the morning, my friend and I popped in for breakfast at 8am. They are also open for lunch, dinner and cocktails. The menu is British inspired with traditional meals such as Breakfast bap, beans, pancakes, full English breakfast, French toast etc - they also serve excellent Khmer coffee. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Everything was relatively well priced, between $3-5.

The Garden is lovely with pool. Although the room is not spacy, it is clean with nice AC, Fan, a cupboard, a small fridge, kettle, hair dryer, inside bathroom. The location is not far from the beach. It is really easy to find nice restaurant after 5 minutes walking to the main road.

There's air conditioning and wifi in a very small room without ventilation so the bathroom smells upon entrance. There's a hostel next door, so bring ear plugs. It's close to nice restaurants and has a pool

great place to stay staff help when ever asked above and beyond will stay again for more than 18 day loved it the bungalows are roomy and the pool is cool

Access was slightly difficult, going through some dodgy Chinese shops, but the environment inside was pleasant. The bungalows seems comfortable, and the pool is directly in front of it. Don't get the single rooms if you're looking for a comfortable stay. If you're just looking for a place to crash, this would be ideal as there's not much in the single rooms anyway. Overall, it's a decent enough place, don't mind going back if I'm going to Sihanoukville again.
