Overview, this hotel is good for who need to stay and sleep. This hotel don't have elevator but furniture is so so. They have buffet breakfast just 5$, the food is good. The tuktuk price from the port to here is 5$

Beside , everything is seem reach my expectation. I will be back for more nights to stay

Travel with my family , location is the best. The room is great however the bathroom nearly same size as room itself. Bathroom is in open air space therefore, the bug and mosquito enter room via bathroom

Rooms are solid and comfortable. It's pretty much the only place left on this, once great cliff location. There is now a road between the property and the sea due to the recent development of Sihanoukville

Can't beat the views (except for the ever increasing amounts of trash floating in from the cruise boats and islands - the staff however do try to clean it up ever day). Staff are friendly and helpful

Location concept: Still Good, in the middle of downtown face to the Sea on the mountain cliff, although it's now block by Beach Road Development by the government, a bit sad to the place

Concept design: Good old town Begalow design with Bar and Restaurant nearby. If you look for premium, not recommended, but if your look for simple one it's best with reasonable price

We love the feeling of sand under your feet, a feeling that follows you from the beach and almost all the way into the room (but not inside, because the staff has put big bowls of water outside of all rooms so you can wash off the sand before entering your room)

Woken up by bird sounds and the ocean across is a bliss. Very nice cottages - minimal but complete in every way - showers bring you back to nature. A must book if you want a real holiday

Good food while having your feet in the sand. Service is fast and attentive. Mango crumble for dessert is recommended. Taking most of our clients to this hotel and restaurant.

Staffs are friendly, but the time I was spending there, they were lesser staffs than I thought. They're no chef so there's no room service. Big bed, comes with sofa and TV. Has a nice swimming pool (for kids also)

The rooms are big (30m2 including beautiful bathroom). The swimming pool is perfect, you can also use for free a kayak and go on the river

The resort is really nicely done with a lovely view and the swimming pool. Great atmosphere along the mangroves, rooms are comfortable. The location is not premium but not isolated

Clean and comfy rooms within walking distance to the beach. There is also an infinity pool overlooking the mangroves. However, the hotel is still under construction

In conclusion I will for sure come back, it's perfect for couples and have peaceful time. Last but not least great thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism

The first front beach restaurant and bar of the area. It's been opened for a decade by locals with the help of a few French people. I use to go there every other year when visiting my family in Cambodia

nice place restaurant, bar, beach hotel with 6 cottages. Roomprizes are depending on the season, I pay 18 USD / day or 72. shower and toilet / doubleroom. Good Internet connection and 20 steps to the water

I never tried the bungalow but only went to the restaurant. Price range from 2$ for snacks to 8$ for meat plate. The owner have changed recently and it's clearly understaffed and food is so so

So it's a great place to mingle with Khmer people and make you feel like you're not in Thailand or some Philippines beach like neighboring bungalow and restaurant

The place is ok if you have no expectations in respect of silence, cleanliness and comfort. It's relatively cheap considering the short distance to the beach.

It you can bring yours and the beers might be all you need. A good place to lay back and the only one on Otres beach that caters to locals

This trip was enjoyable at hotel with good location, however, with next morning , the hotel was inaccessible with fresh water due to damage of the pipe tube. All in all, This trip was good .

The bar and pool on the top floor are also quite stylish. The rooms are spacious and nice, but the downsides are the unreliable Wi-Fi connection and the lack of disposable slippers. The staff are all very friendly

A nice hotel, comfortable rooms, very central and good location, therefore in the center of the noise, but that's very normal in this city. Breakfast was adequate but not wow! You choose from a menu, not a buffet.

This is a Japanese-owned hotel located south of the Lion Statue roundabout in Sihanoukville. It's in a great location, just a few minutes' walk to the beach

The entrance is a bit *unique*, but unlike some Chinese-owned establishments, the atmosphere isn't bad. Breakfast is à la carte at the restaurant next door, and it's delicious

The service is average, the room is smaller than expected, the best thing is the location is OK, the price is not high, the price is a bit expensive, the biggest problem is that the air conditioning is not cold at all, especially at noon

Forty seconds walk to the beach, plus a heated pool outside your room, gracious host, cold beer, and nice food. And cheap, did I mention CHEAP. AWESOME HOTEL.

The pool is beautiful and peaceful (but the water was a little warm), and the beach was very convenient. The room was very nice with comfortable beds

The environment is good, but just the cooperated restaurant “Fat Goose” not worth the price… We ordered 3 dishes for 2 people 60 USD was spent with very simple food quality and taste… It wasn’t that good until me and my partner had to go to another restaurant rather than staying there

The first night I stayed in one resort but besides it was a big resort it was also ****** and the environment was very bad , so the next day I changed the hotel to Chan boutique, and wow thats another story , Chan boutique is proper for renting , the amaneties are beautiful , and it feels like in another city

Upon check-in, there's some durian smell left over from the previous guest. However the receptionist and cleaning staffs took action promptly and the room was given another round of cleaning with doors and windows opened

It was near the beach with a four minute walk. The buffet was alright with an Asian focus. I enjoyed the fish, chicken and omelet. The room was large and beautiful. I would stay here again for a quiet vacation

Thank you for your fast reaction. The room is facing the pool which is quite nice and relaxing. Room decor is a good blend of modern with natural design. Buffet breakfast is quite comprehensive for a hotel of this size

I cannot speak more highly of the 25yr old Sina, supported by Rotha (& Brekky guy Jom) who work for the local owner “Paula”, who’s married to a French guy (who was away in France at the time)

Great place 50 metres from the beach. Clean bathrooms and rooms, priced for the budget traveller. Great little restaurant as sea side bar. Hotel had a swimming pool,exercise room and lounge area

A nice place 50m from the beach, rooms have AC and well equipped with the basics. TV wasnt working meanwhile we were there. Affordable price with gym and swimming pool, i would definitely recomment it to everyone!

Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks. It has a nice pool and gym to use and its a quite place..not a party place. Good to chill just a few metres from the beach too.

With the initial patpat owner and the pohato restaurant very nice lady. You can sleep here have a drink and book tiket for any travel around. The restaurant also open very soon

The location is 2 or 3 km from the center. The beach is easily walkable to. The little swimming pool is a plus if you have kids

Access was slightly difficult, going through some dodgy Chinese shops, but the environment inside was pleasant. The bungalows seems comfortable, and the pool is directly in front of it

There's air conditioning and wifi in a very small room without ventilation so the bathroom smells upon entrance. There's a hostel next door, so bring ear plugs. It's close to nice restaurants and has a pool

The Garden is lovely with pool. Although the room is not spacy, it is clean with nice AC, Fan, a cupboard, a small fridge, kettle, hair dryer, inside bathroom. The location is not far from the beach

The menu is British inspired with traditional meals such as Breakfast bap, beans, pancakes, full English breakfast, French toast etc - they also serve excellent Khmer coffee. The owner is very friendly and accommodating
