Good for budget guesthouse, comes with breakfast. Location is perfect as it is close to some major attractions, shops, and restaurants. At night you are within walking distance to see performances by Cambodian Living Arts, ticket prices are reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. They can help arrange for tours and transportation.

I stayed here as a solo traveler. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning could be adjusted in 0.5 degree increments, making it comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was also very helpful. The staff were all very polite, and I would definitely stay here again if I come to Siem Reap again.

The food is delicious, the place is clean, and the receptionist is friendly. However, the TV and air conditioning remote don't work. Otherwise, everything is great, a very cozy hotel in an old European style.

Normal hotel for its price category. Everything is nearby. The bus from Siem Reap brought literally 50 m. from the hotel. The embankment and the monument to durian are 5 minutes away. The seafood market is 1 minute away. The staff is attentive, we asked for hot water for coffee, they brought a kettle. We did not take breakfast.

Stayed for over a week span. Look, the guesthouse is on a prostitution street. Its noisy throughout the night. The neighbors are also loud and arrogant type, as well as the police being the neighbors of the guesthouse. Due to that I did not bring any guests back because I was constantly being looked at everytime I entered in. Half of the staff is great, though beware ms. Smiley... who can't stop laughing...

Overall, a normal hotel. We stayed for one night to "get by" after the road. But we were very tired. The toilet door did not close (not very convenient for a couple). You could hear as if you were outside. And there was a lot of smoke (in the hotel corridors). But it's good that there is parking, a security guard, hot water!

It’s a simple  no frills guest house right in town . Near to markets and eateries . Kampot river is a 5 minute walk to the River front .  Come with a simple breakfast of eggs and bread or fried rice with tea and coffee .

I and my family loves this simple and yet functional hotel for its excellent rooms and windy location with a great view of Bokor mountain .  It’s near to Kampot market with many cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the riverfront . One can try Kampot durians when in season or savour fresh and cheap oysters from the market .

It was acceptable one place where very convenient nearby Orrusey Market and grocery store too. The hot water and a/c were good well-maintenance, staffs alternative and quiet place. There were lots taxi ( PassApp) nearby. We were satisfied overall.

Good location easy travel from airport. Good restaurant and shops nearby. Riverside bars a good walk but only 2 dollars motorbike or tuk tuk. Stayed 6 days and 5 nights very good room, friendly staff however no attempt was made to clean my room, change the towels or replace the water. But would strongly recommend it for the budget traveller.

The most fairly priced private rooms in Phnom Penh! $10 for a single and $12 for a double. Air Conditioning and WiFi is always working great! The rooms and facilities are a bit old, but works just fine.

Value of price! There’s a lift which is easy and also nice and comfortable room. Very Safe area & helpful staff. There’s also Tube coffee infront easy for my morning coffee. It is in the City center and many foods around this area. Very convenient to travel to places. Tuktuk only cost $1-$2 to city attractions. Overall, recommend this place to travelers and business travelers.

Sky Park Hotel is basic but offers good value at $15 a night. The rooms are simple and clean enough for budget travelers. Be aware that Wi-Fi can be very weak in some rooms—if strong internet is important to you, mention it at reception or check the signal as soon as you arrive and ask to switch rooms if needed. The location is excellent for visiting Tuol Sleng Museum, which is definitely worth a visit...

Housekeeping staff were friendly but the guy receptionist wasn't maybe because of the language barrier. Never mind the tv and the channels, the thing that matter is my son enjoyed

I have been traveling to Cambodia so many time every time I’m in Siem Reap this the only place I check in reason being because it cheap nice clean place center of a town and a good customer service.

The light is not enough for reading book. The service is so slow. There is a small kitchen area that is well design, good for cook if come in family. It can be used for hand laundry there. Toilet is clean and the stairs is elderly friendly but the free water seem not safe to drink.

If u want safe Clean simple smart staff good location and your own room yes. A bit tight with door times and not giving a key to the guests and motorbike parking is inside the garage so if you like to go in and out often let them know such.

The property was very close to a central area. The room was spacious, but it was noisy in the property, especially early hours.

The Guesthouse is in a good location and close to lots of things. The owner was very helpful and kind. But, the guesthouse is noisy - from traffic & pubs/restaurants outside, and from guests inside.

Guest house, overall good for this price. You can extend on site cheaper than online. If you exclude the water heater and air conditioner, the room will be another 2-4$ cheaper. TVs in the rooms do not work.

Perfect location—super convenient for travel and shopping! The room is spotless with no weird smells, and the bedding is so soft for a great night’s sleep. Our room was clean and we had amazing views. I would definitely recommend breakfast at the restaurant attached. They also have free bicycles for guests to use, which is very handy. They also have the nicest dog!

Simple and clean guest house, lovely owner. Quiet. Confortable bed. I really appreciate that they offer water refills and the little kettle in the room. A bit out of town but with a bike/bicycle it's no problem to get around. Not far from the Crab market. My only criticism would be that the fan is a bit noisy.

Stayed for a few nights recently. Really clean comfortable rooms. Good value. Slightly far out from Kep town and the beach, but there are free bicycles to use and I believe you can also rent scooters. The restaurant upstairs is also nice and good value.

We absolutely loved our stay at Khmer House Guesthouse. The family that runs it are so lovely and helpful. Food is good and you can rent really good scooters for a good price. We can’t recommend this place enough!

We received an excellent massage. We were able to take a shower before and the massage therapists were very kind and professional. The place is very clean and nice. It was really a nice massage experience and we are satisfied.

This hotel was fine for the price. The location was okay, but not the best. The mattress was not in great condition, but the room was clean and it was nice and quiet. The owners were very lovely people and even opened the gate very late at night for my arrival.

It's not often I leave a review within the first few minutes of arrival. The place is an amazing deal for how nice and clean it is. The bed has a soft mattress. The family here is very welcoming and nice to foreigners. They spoke English with me to walk me through everything.

The bed, the bath, the room are great. Just so the mosquito get in a lot to the room. No matter how much you killed them there's always 2 or 3 around.

The room is average, the floor is too high, the stairs are narrow and it is difficult to walk. The boss lady is not kind to people. She runs a restaurant on the first floor and sells drinks. I feel that the boss lady is not very kind to people.

Great family owned business, I had a room on the 4th floor. Great location and view on national museum and locals . Removed one star due to lack of air vent in bathroom, odors come up from sewer. There are no P trap in Cambodia so all the smells come back up ,this is a fault in construction.
