We received an excellent massage. We were able to take a shower before and the massage therapists were very kind and professional. The place is very clean and nice. It was really a nice massage experience and we are satisfied.

I won't see anything about this hotel, but I want to say one thing that we met this moment about the way solved out problem from the owner of this guesthouse was nothing and complaint us even this is not our failed. I won't recommended anyone to stay in the hotel if you have a chance to visit in Phnom Penh City.

The room too bad quality while it's 30 dollars/night ,room so dirty and smelly and bathroom look so old style and smelly ,the roof too low make the room even more hot ,the bed to hard hurt my back a lot . I'll never go back to this guesthouse again

Purchase of an hour of massage for 50 minutes of massage performed, no subdued atmosphere in the massage room (powerful lighting contrary to the usual atmosphere), the masseuse allowed herself to listen to music with her headphones while massaging and sang out loud the lyrics of the song she was listening to. Nonsense, salon to avoid. I specify that this massage was performed in a cabin on the first floor of the salon. The masseuse should recognize herself.

In the past 7 years I had visited this guesthouse. It was clean and had good service then. Today, February 6 2019 they are remodeling, we called ahead and asked about room availability and they didn’t mention the remodeling. We arrived and it is very noisy, they said they will put us in rooms of a guest house beside them. The noise is still heard plainly. And the rooms are not clean and the have a strange smell in them. We decided to not stay and they did not give our deposit back. That is why only 1 star. They do speak English.

Pizza had a nice base, neither thick nor thin, but it had not much flavour. My friend had sauteed chicken with very very salty onion gravy. Potatoes were not offered with this Western dish, only a sparse amount of vegetables. Overall disappointing.

Check in and found out toilet with many babies cockroach & a toilet bowl without a cover/sit. Went down to lobby and told staff about it and request to change another room but end up staff gave me a cockroach spray & tell me to do it myself....
If you stay in room 06 during May 2018, maybe u r lucky because I killed all of them already LOL.
I won't recommend this place...

Nice location . Cheap . Matress too old hard flat...air con too weak in 1 room. And 1 dolar asked just to boil water for a tea !!!

VERY VERY B A D ! Not for me!
The rooms are very old (different from the photos here) price need to be no more then $5 a night and they asking for $30 (don’t believe the website)

Mattress are very dirty and broken.
Customer service are lasy to help.
Room are stink from mold and other things.

Also do NOT do a tourist visa, they charge $15 more then every other location and it’s take 3 days!

There are many other places on the street for 12-15$ a night just ask for discount (-;
