Decent hotel for location. I’ve been to this place many times but end up going to either Rosewood or the raffles hotel to eat instead.

Rooms clean but a little on the small side. Had to upgrade as the basic room doesn't have a desk to work at. Really nice breakfast.

The staff is very polite and loyal, it’s just that the room was not so clean and there were no hygiene products, I had to call the reception several times to bring me toothpaste, toothbrush and razor. After several attempts, they brought it only then. But they didn’t bring the razor, I had to buy it in the lower store. And in general, the hotel is not bad, even in good condition. I recommend

Great hotel nearby the old airport. Many food around the hotel but mainly is China food. Room is spacious and service is good. Now is much quiet compare to before when I was here before the Old airport moved. Many choice for breakfast too and up to standard.

Had a business meeting at the rooftop cafe. ☕️ unfortunately at the time we arrived the kitchen was taking a break from breakfast to lunch changeover. So all we could order was drinks. The restaurant employees were nice and helpful.

Nice hotel located on the way from the city to Angkor Wat. Quite good location for visiting temples. Superb breakfast. On the last day the AC in my room broke up and I was provided by another one of better conditions. I liked staying here. Quite hotel and helpful personnel.

We 2 familiies stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in Jan 26. The property is good and great value for money. Breakfast was decent for pure Indian Vegeterians like us. The facilility is very neat & clean and staff very helpful. Only drawback is that it is away from main city hub e.g. old market/Pub Street etc. where there are good Indian restaurants also. Convenient location right next to the Central Market. Bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory but could use some fresh juice options. The midnight snack noodles was a really nice touch with Khmer and Chinese options. With free washing machines available, it makes the hotel a solid choice for a Phnom Penh visit.

Great atmosphere and wonderfull staff but there was a strange man wondering around the lobby in his boxers looking at his phone with what appeared to be a 12 year old boy. When they met he screamed "hello bebe" in a funny accent, complimented the child on his pj's and then they dissapeared in to the lift. Still not sure what to think of it ... Very wierd

No doubt the hotel is at strategic location, near with embassy, safe. First glance into the hotel, reception was spacious and very welcome by the staff. Room as review by other people is rather small. If you bring big size luggage, it may quite obstruct the space. A colonial type boutique hotel located in a secluded area near the royal palace. A beautiful hotel with lush greenery with two swimming pools. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. I am a vegan and they created a special vegan menu nicely typed just for me. That’s what I call superb service.

This place is a serious mosquito breeding ground. Rooms come with repellant. The restaurant has repellant on every table. I booked a private pool room with the intention of hanging out outside.. i had to douse myself in repellant. I stink, and i still have been bitten many times. Even though I only stayed for one night, I could still feel the thoughtful and warm service. The hotel is not far from Pub Street and Angkor Wat, making its location very convenient. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it overall.

I booked three additional rooms at the hotel, but instead of the three twin rooms I originally reserved, they assigned me double rooms. I complained the next day and changed them to twin rooms.

Usually it is a good hotel, but this time they did not respect my requests, I had asked as usual for the upper floor (they gave me on the 1st floor with unpleasant smell, shower cabin really small lack of space (Room 126) check please, Television was not working that I reported, but nothing was done. Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work. Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes. Spa services are there but very expensive compared to outside. Tons of spas and shopping places right outside the hotel.

The hotel itself is quite nice, clean, with new rooms and cozy, but all rooms have a musty smell that doesn't air out. The staff tries to mask it with air fresheners, but it doesn't help. The rooms have balconies, which is a plus! Aside from a few front desk staff, most personnel don't speak English. The breakfast is very meager; the Khmer soup doesn't follow the recipe – it's just broth and noodles...

The hotel facilities are very clean, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent. The bed is also super comfortable, allowing you to sleep soundly until you wake up naturally! Fantastic! 👍🏻

It's our 4th or 5th time staying here, and it is the best! They made our trip more memorable by providing a clean and highly professional environment for the guest. I love how the swimming pool is big and deep enough for a good swim, and not to mention there are 2 of them. The gym gives the best view, covering the vast expansion of the sea.

Good location facing the ocean. But prepare to hear the noises through the night because its very close to the busy road and the door and windows does not do a good job of sealing off the noise. Breakfast quality is average.

The rooms look great. I would still come to this place again next time, it's at a perfect location; close to the beach. However, there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, I believe this is a one time thing and room service took care of that already. Mini bar is a LITTLE expensive, it came with nuts, cup noodles, water bottles, and in the fridge there were sodas and drinks. The bed is comfortable...

Pretty good service with warming hosting.

Excellent host, very friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, shower had a good pressure, and there was a cleaning service every day. On top of that there were complementary bottles of water every day and we could even use bikes for free.

I suspect the rating for this place might be inflated. It's on par with, or even slightly worse than, a typical budget hotel in China, which honestly surprised me quite a bit.
