The location is excellent, conveniently near the airport bus stop and within 2 kilometers of Phnom Penh's major attractions, making it very easy to get around.
The breakfast was quite good as well.
The location should be pretty good, but since I was there for a business trip and was chauffeured by the factory car, I didn't get a chance to explore Phnom Penh, so I can't really comment on the location.
The gym was a bit too small, and there weren't many machines.
