The hygiene was acceptable, and the environment was pleasant.

This hotel is located in a convenient place, being close to the Olympic Stadium. A bit of a smell of smoking at first, but it was fine after all.

The room's details were impressive: the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable (I later learned it was a custom Slumberland mattress), the minibar was fully stocked, and the city night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was dazzling. The dual vanity in the bathroom and the rainforest shower were particularly noteworthy, complemented by a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, exuding a sense of quality.

The hotel's dining was equally outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, and the à la carte Eggs Benedict was cooked to perfection. I tried the signature dishes at the Chinese restaurant, which tasted authentic, and the waitstaff's knowledge and explanation of the dishes were professional and precise.

What touched me most was the warmth of the service. Upon returning from an outing on the second day, I found my scattered cosmetics neatly arranged on a velvet mat. When I casually inquired about nearby jogging routes, the concierge not only provided a map but also thoughtfully prepared bottled water and a towel. This proactive service truly demonstrated the hotel's deep understanding of guests' needs.

During check-out, the front desk proactively inquired about my stay and pre-arranged an express lane. Shortly after leaving, I even received a thank-you email from the hotel with an offer for a future stay – this consistent care throughout my visit surpassed many five-star hotels I've experienced.

It's no exaggeration to say that this hotel not only offers top-notch facilities but also created a wonderful travel memory for me with its impeccable attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
