Bali hotel is my family as I stay here ever month when business trip in Phnom Penh. Their Pest Control is good and hygiene standard is meeting standard. The hotel staff is helpful.

The hotel is quite far from the city's main airport (about an hour's drive, which is lengthy) and is also a bit distant from the main street and the flower market.
Otherwise, it's a very pleasant resort. I enjoyed the spacious room and the lush greenery surrounding it. The breakfasts were fairly good, though they could use a little improvement. All in all, a decent place.

Clean, peaceful and great amenities. At first, the reception assigned me to a room that could not be opened by the key card so I had to call the attention of the hotel staff and I was assigned to another room. Accuracy of room assignment from the receptionist is important specially that guests are tired and inpatient to wait. But overall it was a great stay.

The hotel's location, ambiance, and views are all excellent. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, and the service is great. Most importantly, the price is reasonable, and the room hygiene is good. It's my top choice when visiting Phnom Penh, highly recommend!

The Bali Hotel is like a sanctuary in the middle of the city. Once you enter the premises, you forget that you're in a city. Although the surrounding neighborhood is not a tourist neighborhood, it is near the airport which makes it perfect for business travelers such as myself.

The hotel is close to the airport, has a nice interior, looks like real Bali, however they could have had some delicious food in the restaurant instead of Chinese cuisine.
The room was quite nice but close to the room where the staff keep all the things for cleaning, early in the morning they were very noisy in the corridor close to our room.
