Good budget hotel. Rooms are clean and everything works properly (aircon, shower). Internet is unstable and slow. Staff is friendly. The area has everything you might need nearby (grocery store, laundry, coffee shop, etc...). Overall good option if you want a simple functional room and don't care about wifi 👍

Nice, clean place. But good to fix some things
1. I don't have hot water
2. Remote control from ac don't works normally
3. Better to clean ac one time in 3 month
4. Net for Windows was dirty
In any case it's nice host for 18$ but it's could be better also.

The hotel was a good location for restaurants and the city center. The room itself was a little run down and old fashioned! The room looked dirty because if the decor but it wasn't actually dirty if that makes sense? There was a 24 hour reception which was good if we needed something good wifi. Very good price and friendly staff!

Maybe 3.5 stars. So it's pretty cheap, and for that price you get a room equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, fan, hot shower. Our room was pretty small and the window looked right onto the neighbours wall. The room wasn't very clean: the walls were dirty in the room and bathroom, there was chewing gum on the side of the bed, some stains in the sheets. The floor was clean though. The air conditioning worked but only barely, the fan worked but the cords for the switch was missing so it was hard to turn on or off. Tap in the bathroom wasn't fixed properly. Also no musquito net in the bathroom window and we had a lot of musquitos because of that. All in all its not bas value but I think with some low effort measures the rooms would be much nicer. Get a maintenance guy and tell the cleaning lady to be thorough. Staff is friendly and helpful but they failed to inform us properly on two occasions. It's simply not the best place out there, it's not bad either.

We booked a 2 people room for $15.20, but it was definitely spacious. It would not be considered cheap but a decent price for Phnom Penh guesthouses. The room was clean and stocked with water, towel, tooth brush, soap, hot shower, fridge, etc. The bed, pillows, and blankets were good too. The AC was working but not cold enough, but thankfully there’s also a fan. The staff was also really nice, and they even gave us complimentary drinks. Because it’s a clean neighborhood and walkable distance from Orussey market, it was nice to walk around the area.
