Stayed for a week in June 2021 at this local hang-out spot for PP's Thai community. Very calm and friendly vibe, nice staff. Excellent authentic Thai cuisine at great prices. in their "Basil" resto. The room was clean and large, while not ultra-modern but had all the required amenities. Great location to walk to riverside, palace, Ind Monument, BKK, etc. Regent remains a positive mainstay in the ever-changing Phnom Penh.
