Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff are very helpful. Pool is clean.
I highly recommend staying here. The staff are exceptional at the front desk, the hotel is incredibly beautiful, the restaurant is great, and I had a lovely stay. The hotel is well cleaned and decorated very nicely. I wish I had spent more time there!
Service is amazing however the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are needing some updating. Every time you use the shower it floods the whole bathroom and the water isn't directed to the plug hole on the floor so it just sits there.
It's not big hotel, but it's very comfortable. Rooms are very clean, with nice stuff. Air condition in the rooms works very good. If you need quite large room, comfort, and silence you will find it in this hotel. Another thing is hotel service. People who work there, are very, very nice. They are very helpful and hospitable!! It was very nice to stay there!
Our first adventure to Cambodia. A country of deeply embedded cultural heritage and customs. Our stay at Sokchea Angkor Hotel has been an enjoyably unforgettable one. From the moment we arrived late on our first evening,we were welcomed like family memberscreturning home! The staf are very professional and friendly, whixh made this bunch of weary Aussie travellers transitionninto our accommodation...
Had the best time in this hotel. Such a great staff members, so friendly and very welcoming. Very clean room with a beautiful view. Management should be very proud of the amazing staff.

Great service and excellent customer service
The hotel is very nice, located in the city center, and very clean and hygienic. There are many restaurants nearby.
The location is impeccable. The canal running through Siem Reap is right outside the door, and just a few hundred meters across the bridge leads to the night market and bar street. The hotel is small, shaped like a U-shaped structure with a central green space. There's a small swimming pool on the second floor, but the lack of a gym is a minor drawback. The rooms are clean and the facilities are...
The female that took me to my room was walking a mile ahead of me. She remained silent as i asked her questions. However....I like the room and the place is relaxing with a great location. I love how they manage to jeep those mosquitoes away.
The team is one of the best in the have ever come across. The friendlyness and professionalism is second to none. This model of hospitality from arrival, rooms, breakfast, minibar, pool and restaurant is absolutely amazing. They have their own Tuk Tuk bad mini Ivan drivers. One of our group had to get medical attention and the team at Treeline Urban couldn’t do enough to support the process. The manager...
Very well located and super organized 5-stars hotel. We spent two nights here to combine with a visit at Angkor Wat and we enjoyed a lot. Deluxe room very well sized, bed super comfortable, nice amenities such as a yoga mat, and a big bath room. All super clean. The service is super nice and friendly. We can definitely recommend this place!

An absolutely wonderful hotel! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, spotless, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. But what truly stands out is the exceptional service. Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, the staff greeted us by name with genuine smiles. The stay was great and the staffs were all attentive and kind.
I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a...
Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, it's actually not that far to get anywhere by tuk-tuk, though the immediate surroundings are a bit desolate. The service and facilities are great, and there's a good variety for breakfast.
The room layout was thoughtfully arranged. The front desk and restaurant staff (Kimyean, Neth, Mon, Neng, etc.) provided excellent and attentive service, including welcome drinks and refreshing towels. They even remembered guests' names and greeted them proactively. My experience was perfect.
We stayed for few days here. The location is not the best but the attentive and friendly staff and the positive atmosphere at the place made it up. May Phat and his team special service at breakfast was extraordinary. We definitely come back.

Good hotel tucked away but close to downtown. Nice pool and great breakfast. Can't imagine anyone finding fault with this hotel.
Super good breakfast and all staff are very friendly. Room are nice.
Excellent service, good breakfast, so so dinner
The hotel was amazing with beautiful interiors and setting. The rooms were good and service was excellent. Food also very good
We were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly. The food was also good and just as expensive as outside. Unfortunately, the soup was brought to me at the same time as the main course, despite having previously asked for it to be served as a starter. But that was the only negative thing this week. I would gladly go to this hotel again.
WoW! What a hidden gem - the Saem Siemreap hotel is close to everything. From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team. Thanks everyone a Saem for making our stay in Cambodia absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely amazing exeperience. Great location, great service, great rooms. After 5 days here I felt like home, and I didn’t wanna leave :/
I'm guessing the amenities have changed since COVID (as admitted by staff) - meaning some were reduced and have not been reinstated. I had relied on reviews from others, which mentioned amenities that are not current. This is not the fault of the hotel, but knowing that they've been reduced, the hotel should make a better effort to state all current amenities to avoid disappointment. Still a very...
The quality is average, it's more like a four-star hotel. It's much worse than before.
A good hotel, exactly as advertised. Large pool, and we dined at the hotel restaurant two evenings; prices were about the same as on the main Pub Street. We read the reviews and did the same: we asked for a tuk-tuk ride around the Angkor Wat Circle for $25. The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of variety and choice, delicious, beautifully presented, and excellent coffee. I recommend this hotel...
Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned/ made every day! The lobby on the forth floor did not have any air circulation and was hot. There was no separate help desk on the privilege floor. They mentioned 20% additional discount on the current spa treatments but refused to add that/ honor that for the treatments that already had some seasonal discounts for anyone. The breakfast had very limited options...
The rooms and the hotel as a whole are very stylish, featuring lots of wooden furniture and Cambodian-inspired decor; highly recommended. The only downside is its location a bit far from the center of the city, making dining and shopping less convenient.

The setting, room, food and service were all outstanding. Chef Kim is an inventive chef who uses the local ingredients in delicious ways. The pool was a relief from the hot sun and the staff could it have been nicer or more attentive.
Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable. The grounds are stunning too. Everything about this stay was perfect and I’d absolutely go back when visiting Cambodia.
Thanks to the team for the truly wonderful stay at Phum Baitang. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special! The setting, the atmosphere, and especially the hospitality of the team made our time in Siem Reap unforgettable. It was the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty and calm of Cambodia. We’re incredibly grateful for the special care shown throughout our stay. 💚
The property is fab. The staff are brilliant - so helpful. The tuk-tuk arrangements are great. We used Mr Same (Saim?) and he was excellent. Food was also awesome. Wonderfully relaxing - love the fact that iced water was always available as soon as we finished swimming. The packed breakfasts were really good too. We felt warmly welcome.
The hotel is rustic and elegant, with rooms exuding a natural fragrance that promotes restful sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the sounds of frogs croaking in the rice paddies add to the relaxing atmosphere. The front desk service is attentive; upon departure, they even gave us beautifully packaged, locally grown rice. A truly unforgettable vacation experience.
Very interesting and special resort. The villas are beautiful and most have private plunge pools. In the hot, steamy Cambodian weather, you will appreciate the cool waters! The staff and food ( 2 restaurants) are first rate. The Spa is also fantastic. If you are visiting Anker Wat, this is a great place.

One of the first few hotel in Siem Reap. Central, elegance designs, continental breakfast, deluxe bedroom, most affordable 4 stars hotel.
Cheap, staff are nice and helpful, room are very large and have nice view, swimming pool also large and so blue. Feel more relaxing. except I must minus one star because the breakfast buffet are not much, second, I don't know that my phone not working or there is no wifi here. Even the main hall wifi still not working.
I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week. To my delight, they had a western style bathroom! The beds are large and comfy. The rooms are nice, big, and very well air-conditioned. The shower pressure is good and the washroom for my suite was very clean...
This hotel is clean, quite comfy, has swimming pool, but old, old like 90's room decoration. I had CRT television on my room and my friend's room.
This hotel is one of the best hotels in Cambodia. I stayed with my PhD friend, Nguyễn Huy Cường, in the same room.

Room cleaned but has smell, location best
The service in this hotel, the receptionists, the doormen even the car parking attendant was the best I have ever received. Everybody was amazing. Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options. Apart from that everything was great.
2nd time staying at this hotel and once again very happy with the stay. The location is perfect with Pub Street right around the corner but also very quiet from the noise. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfy. Highly recommended.
It is walking distance from pub street. Hotel is good. But they have two buildings. One building has swimming pool and gym and restaurant. I was in other building. That was the only negative point. Staff is cooperative. Good worth for money
The hotel is very clean, spacious and staff is accomodating and friendly. The location is also near to everything! Would definitely stay here again.
The location is very closely to the Pub street and easy to find local foods but the heat water is not working.

There are flying insects in the room. It is far from the city. The environment is good and the service is good. The room is large, but the lighting is dim and the air conditioning is not easy to adjust. Everything else is good and there is a wild feeling. Free daily afternoon tea: good. Daily special lunch: good.
Wonderful calm and peacefullness with the fully in Wood Blockhouse Made my time of Recovery from West. Greatly mindfull staff and vast selection of Gourmet goods with in a short pleasant stroll along a Lake. Very very Special Location. Thanks to Mrs Mane's stylish comforting style
The whole hotel is like a resort, in the suburbs, quiet and original. If you like shopping and lively, choose it carefully. Compared with the city hotel I stayed in before, the waiter was very shy and only kept the necessary communication. For example, I didn't ask to pour me some water, but asked me to order drinks directly. There were seasonal fruits in the set meal, but I didn't ask and pretended...
This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the sense of space after a few days staying in the centre of Siem Reap. We were staying in a family villa with pool and it was great. We enjoyed cycling to breakfast and to the pools, and the kids took kayaks out on the lake too. It is located a way out of town, but the hotel provide a daily complimentary tuk tuk service so we used that to travel in for dinner...
Traveling with friends, I was worried that the hotel was in a remote location and prone to mosquitoes. When I arrived, I found that the environment inside and outside the hotel was super good, and the food was also very special. I noted the insect removal when booking, and it was very considerate to meet my needs.
This place was magical! The venue, the decor, the staff. Everything was perfect. This is by far the best place I’ve traveled to. We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed here for 6 nights. They helped us arrange bikes. Everything was clean and there was plenty to choose from for breakfast. Swimming pool was also nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only suggestion I would give is the option not to change the towels every day, as that is really not necessary for us.
We had a fantastic time here. We got upgraded to a family room. Everything was clean. The gym was out of service when I was there so they sent me in a tuktuk to their sister hotel. There is a grocery store beside the hotel though it is a bit pricey.
Excellent stay! The service was outstanding—staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, making every morning enjoyable. The hotel also offers a beautiful view, and the swimming pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable...
A nice property, rooms are good, service impeccable, location is convenient. Could have included the breakfast in room tariff, but they don’t charge for drinking water that’s a plus point. The restaurant has sumptuous breakfast spread in the morning. The restaurant is not exactly open for lunch or dinner, but the kitchen is, you get a la carte food either at pool side or at the lobby restaurant.
The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is nice, and the breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options. If I come to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay here. ห้องพักสะอาด บรรยากาศดี มีอาหารเช้าให้เลือกมากมายและอร่อยด้วย ถ้ามาเสียมราฐฉันจะพักที่นี่แน่นอน
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would like to praise our driver, Tey, who took great care of us. He was very professional, punctual, and helpful, always knowing exactly where to take us and where to pick us up. He also made excellent suggestions and knows the roads like the palm of his hand. The hotel was great and we really appreciated hotel staff's hospitality. Their heartwarming welcome and service made our stay truly comfortable. Breakfast was also amazing, we could choose dishes out of many options and they were all tasty. We will definitely choose the hotel when we come back.
The room was very clean and spacious. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and there’s a good variety.
It was perfect in every way. From the food, to the pool, the room and the staff. Good soundproofing, nice environment, and not many bugs during the dry season. The service was also decent. I have to say their noodles are really good; the other breakfast options weren't great, but it's not a deal-breaker. Second time staying at this very good hotel. Rooms, staff, service ...everything up to standards and never disappoints. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. The hotel has a nice pool and is also very quiet. This will be my home base when I return to Siem Reap.

The location is a bit off, but overall it's very good. The service is very good and satisfactory. The hotel has free activities every day, and I was given a ticket to the Ferris wheel next door when I checked in. It was good to stay for 2 nights.
Cons: The twin bed in the room was too small. The shower with a bathtub had poor drainage. The bathroom exhaust fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even with earplugs, and it wouldn't turn off. The pool water was salty. The breakfast room was full of flies. The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations, but the facilities were very old. The gym had a strong smell. The location was also bad, with...
A bit disappointed. The hotel looks a bit old. When booking, Ctrip said that we could check out at 4pm. When we arrived, the front desk said that we could only check out at 2pm. It took a long time to finally agree to check out at 4pm. I was woken up by the sound of a gecko when I was sleeping at night. I called the staff to see that it was on the beam outside. # Siem Reap Anantara Review This time in Siem Reap, I experienced the world's smallest Anantara Hotel (only 39 suites). This resort was a key part of my Siem Reap trip, Breakfast is rich and authentic, Location is unbeatable—peaceful yet convenient to town. If possible I’ll definitely come back for a longer stay.

Fantastic hotel for the very reasonable price that we paid. The staff are really friendly and accommodating to your needs. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in south east Asia for value for money and what you get in return. The rooms are really big and modern and so are the bathrooms. Extended here a lot!
Not really have responsibilities for the room hope will update more on service
