Good service, good location and very nice room with private balcony. Pricing is affordable
Decent and adorable hotel! Affordable.
Very clean hotel, spacious and courteous staff. They offer buffet style breakfast. Free wifi is average.
Just checking 2 amazing pool, they are ready - clean and nice. 10/21. Hotel is totally ready for new level of customers.
Clean room. Good customer service for a good price. I recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Two swimming pools which were unused during the daytime so we took advantage!

The environment is good, and it's relatively quiet.
The hotel is very clean beautiful place. I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely be staying there again.
We enjoyed our stay here. The outside dining area is lovely as is the pool area, this also has a bar.
The breakfasts were good but did not change at all during our stay.
Dinner was good and catered for my wife's Gluten intolerance.
The lobby area is also lovely and has a good gift shop that is reasonably priced.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our only issue was the dated room including the shower...
Very friendly and comfortable stay.
I did not stay at Tara Angkor Hotel. But, I have used their pool many times - you can purchase a pass, of sorts, to use a pool for the day.
Swimming at the Tara Angkor Hotel is always a delight! The pool is very clean, spacious, and comfortable to swim in. Plus, there are some lovely chairs, plenty of nice things to eat/drink, and a lovely washroom.
If you want nice place to swim and relax, I highly...
Even though I only stayed for one night, I could still feel the thoughtful and warm service. The hotel is not far from Pub Street and Angkor Wat, making its location very convenient. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it overall.

I booked three additional rooms at the hotel, but instead of the three twin rooms I originally reserved, they assigned me double rooms. I complained the next day and changed them to twin rooms.
Usually it is a good hotel, but this time they did not respect my requests, I had asked as usual for the upper floor (they gave me on the 1st floor with unpleasant smell, shower cabin really small lack of space (Room 126) check please, Television was not working that I reported, but nothing was done. Weird behavior
Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work. Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes. Spa services are there but very expensive compared to outside. Tons of spas and shopping places right outside the hotel.
Great hotel with very attentive staff and close to the main streets of Siem Reap.
They also prepared a picnic for us when we got up early to visit Angkor Wat.
Staff are great and friendly. Environment is the best and the pool also great. Room service is fast and the food is good. Overall, everything is excellent.
It is my first time staying at Somadevi Angkor Premium Hotel but impressed with their service and staffs. They are friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Raffles Siem Reap with my family and friends, and the overall experience was outstanding. From arrival to departure, the service was consistently warm, attentive, and highly professional. What impressed me most was the personal touch—several staff members remembered my name, which made the stay feel genuinely welcoming and comfortable, almost like being at home.
Our stay at Raffles Siem Reap was the highlight of our trip. The property is timeless, beautifully capturing the elegance of a bygone era while offering every modern comfort.
What truly set it apart was the unsurpassed service. Every interaction was personal and warm, with staff remembering our names and treating us with genuine preferential care — we felt like royalty throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Do get a rate that includes breakfast as the food is really outstanding. Excellent restaurant and lovely pool. Spa massages are very good and highly recommended. The tour the hotel organised was also good and in a very good vehicle.
The only thing id strongly recommend not attending is the dinner theatre / show which is really not good and appears to be something like school theatre...
Even though I travel a lot I was still very nicely surprised by the Raffle Grand Hotel d'Angkor. First, regarding the quality of the service in this venue, the price is a great deal. This 90 years old venue is very well maintained, and the design is unique. The housekeeping is perfect. The upgrade in Junior Suite was very much appreciated. The wonderful Champagne breakfast is a must to have, and the...
From the minute we arrived at the airport the Raffles Hotel d'Angkor was amazing. They greeted us at the airport and and efficiently whisked us away to the hotel with a cool towel and treats in the van. Check-in was easy and comfortable. Everyone on staff was nice and checked on us frequently. We decided to upgrade to a multi-bedroom villa for our family of 6 and was offered a discount. Food was...
The experience was great. The hotel has a sense of age, and the furniture and decoration are relatively textured. The service is of course impeccable. After all, they charge a high service fee. The breakfast and other meals are all in line with my aesthetic taste. I love it very much.

The service was top notch since arrived. Apsara dinner was great experience and the food served was delicious. Especially like the breakfast set up with different kind of activities around.
Beautiful well maintained hotel is signature Park Hyatt. Very attentive staff. I stayed a week. And would go back to stay again. Only caveat is that walls are quite thin so you will hear next door neighbor sneezing and talking. And avoid the high tourist season. But the service and facilities are top notch.
Wonderful place, high end service and meals , sure I will be back
This is most likely THE BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the service is top notch, the attention to detail is unbelievably excellent, the photos online don’t do this hotel enough justice. I am just so in awe of this hotel and the fact that they went beyond and above to make our stay as unforgettable as possible in the best way. I would definitely come back...

Very spacious room with excellent staff , very courteous, friendly and attentive, ideal location for visiting old town/ markets
Very friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile! A rich breakfast served in a comfortable and clean dining room. Clean swimming pools with a relaxing environment and great cocktails. Clean rooms! Keep up the good work! They recommended a very friendly and excellent driver to take us around the area, including to the airport. Highly recommended!
The hotel was excellent! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and the massages were also great. The highlight of our stay was the traditional dance evening – a truly beautiful and memorable experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the terrace was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended!
Excellent experience!
The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff are super polite and professional. Location is great - walkable distance from the central market and pub street. Breakfast and food in general were superb (limited vegetarian options though). We indulged in a spa treatment on the last day of our tour.
Royal Crown is one of the best for value hotel in Siem Reap. Great value for the location. The hotel is tucked away but just minutes from all the best nightlife spots, including Pub Streets, Night Markets, and King’s Road. Honestly expected more from this hotel based off reviews. I will say location and staff are great! Accommodating and helpful. However, cleanliness of hotel did not meet my expectation. “The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and there’s no solution provided for guests. The front desk informed me that the issue is due to too many users in the hotel. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi at nearby coffee shops works much better than the hotel’s. Overall, very poor customer service and definitely not worth the money.”

A quite nice hotel for short stay. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly
At first the place is incredible the staff are nice the lobby is clean checking in was great but when I came to my room 338 there is a air conditioner problem after 1 hour the room was not even cold but when we ask the staff to check it out and I went out for dinner after that the air conditioner is kinda fix but the rest of my stay in this hotel is great.
The room’s space was comfortable. The toilet was clean. Everything was fine except the wifi. It was hard to connect from 3rd floor and the speed was too slow that I couldn’t even surfing facebook.
A very good hotel for a competitive price. Vannchay and all the staff are incredibly gentle, helpful, and professional. Because I had to leave the city late in the evening, they even allowed me to return back for a shower and take some rest after I'd already checked out. What a great service!
