Even though I only stayed for one night, I could still feel the thoughtful and warm service. The hotel is not far from Pub Street and Angkor Wat, making its location very convenient. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it overall.

I booked three additional rooms at the hotel, but instead of the three twin rooms I originally reserved, they assigned me double rooms. I complained the next day and changed them to twin rooms.

Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work. Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes. Beautiful well maintained hotel is signature Park Hyatt. Very attentive staff. I stayed a week. And would go back to stay again. Excellent host, very friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, shower had a good pressure, and there was a cleaning service every day. On top of that there were complementary bottles of water every day and we could even use bikes for free.
