Great location and really lovely staff. Not enough pool sun beds and air con in our room didn't work well, either on or off to control temperature ( which the staff knew about).
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Hotel and rooms was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. And The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. Thanks so much!
The service was great especially I want to thank Phearun that was very kind and tried to help The breakfast was very good the hotel is very clean and nice The swimming pool was great in the late afternoon to cool yourself. The WiFi was very bad and we couldn’t get in It was nice that at the hotel was a singer But we were 4 nights and every day we had the same one
Nice hotel, which is already a few days older. We enjoyed our stay and the time at the pool was brilliant. The breakfast is varied. The great thing was the people. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not right in the centre, but with the tuktuk you can get to the important places quickly. I can recommend it.
The very best hotel we have stayed at during our trip so far! Total luxury for an affordable price. Large quiet rooms, super comfy bed and attentive respectful staff everywhere. Breakfast is always delicious and sets you up for the day. The best pool we have had as it is huge! A short tuk-tuk away from the chaos of the city centre. We will definitely return. Thanks 🙏
I went to Siem Reap on my vacation and spent 3 nights at this beautiful resort was a truly wonderful experience with a great location and just a 5-minute ride by tuk-tuk from Pub Street and wonderful staff. Great breakfast buffet with many choices. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are at home, Would definitely stay here again.

Decent and adorable hotel! Affordable.
Very clean hotel, spacious and courteous staff. They offer buffet style breakfast. Free wifi is average.
Just checking 2 amazing pool, they are ready - clean and nice. 10/21. Hotel is totally ready for new level of customers.
Clean room. Good customer service for a good price. I recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Two swimming pools which were unused during the daytime so we took advantage!

Honey moon package for couples. It includes 60min. body massage but the massage was not good at all. Breakfast is nice but restaurant staff should be trained. Overall rating is fair.
Very Accomodating Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Excellent welcome and service in a very well located hotel because it is close to the center but in a quiet street. Large rooms, a little old but very pleasant. One downside: average breakfast
Great little hotel on edge of town. Quiet and tranquil… rooms clean either good beds and showers, what make place is the service from check in to check out Anita looked after us superbly. Massages are great and with a la carte break and free tuk tuk I to town it’s all you need.
Great room, superb territory with tons of plants. Nice location not so far from pub street, but in a more calm district
Mane History Lovers is a delightful gem of a hotel a bit outside of the city center. The hotel is decorated with Cambodian artifacts. The rooms are spacious and the restaurant is good, especially the generous a la carte breakfasts. Best of all, guests enjoy the assistance of a personal guest services coordinator. I can not express how elated we were to find this place. It was a wonderful welcome with all of the staff at the front door.  The hospitality at this place outpaces western hospitality 10 fold.  Smiling faces. A relaxed atmosphere. No pressure recommendations for a better stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower is something to call...
Khmer House Resort is very clean and comfortable. The location is superb; slightly away from the busier areas so it is quiet and relaxed. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is elegant and high-quality, with very comfortable rooms and polite, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was also enjoyable. Although the hotel is slightly outside the city center, the free tuk-tuk service makes it easy to get around. We booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be a shared terrace with a single chair at the top of the stairs—not what we expected...
I had a 12 day stay .. relaxing pools ( I prefer the salt water pool ) Great little restaurant very good food and staff. All staff I encountered were polite and professional… Laundry service also very good.
Best quality vs price you will find for your Stay in Siem Reap. Huge clean rooms, perfect bathrooms, but mainly the two beautiful pools. We stayed 5 nights, perfect for relaxing and recharging after few weeks of tiring travel in Asia. Staff is just so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend
We had a wonderful three nights at Khmer House Resort. The resort is stunning. There are two pools and they are both surrounded by greenery, lots of flowers as well. The staff is extremely kind and attentive and everything was arranged perfectly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap and looking for a relaxing stay.

Great hotel, located centrally to the markets, Pub Street, Old French Quarter & Wat Bo. Plenty of restaurants & shops are located in the area. Stayed in a hotel room rather than a villa. We spent 3 weeks in Cambodia. After careful research we booked our own hotels and traveled independently. Most of our choices were great. Sadly our first option in Siem Reap let us down. Cockroaches! Thankfully Reasey Boutique Villa was close by. On every count;comfort, cleanliness, location, helpfulness and value Reasey comes out top for our stay in Cambodia. And a special mention must be made of the...
I thoroughly enjoyed my time here; this little hotel deserves 5 stars. The staff were incredibly friendly with excellent English skills. The manager, Mr. Vanna, was more than kind and always helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean, and there was a small pool – what more could you want? The location is fantastic, central yet quiet, and just a 15-minute walk to...
My husband and I stayed in Seam Reap for 3 nights at this boutique hotel, together with our daughter and her husband. The hotel has a good location, not far from the bar street, and several popular local restaurants nearby. The food is good, and I didn't get diarrhea. Make sure you book the right room type. Except for the small bungalows, none of the rooms have balconies, and some don't even have windows facing outwards. Otherwise, you'll have to go downstairs to smoke. I've been traveling around Asia for over two years and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The value for money is unbeatable and it has everything you could need. Spacious room, comfortable beds... The best thing is the wonderful staff, especially a slim, young woman with short hair who serves breakfast. She's absolutely lovely and helped me a lot. I recently stayed at The Aviary Hotel in Siem Reap for 7 nights (Kingfisher Deluxe Room), and it was an overall exceptional experience. Location: The hotel's location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to Pub Street, local markets, and the riverfront. This made exploring the city easy without relying on Tuk Tuks for every trip. Amenities: The pool area is the highlight, with plenty of sun loungers...
Near pubstreet, really good vibe.
A lovely, modern hotel with beautiful rooms. Due to a bit of a lull they upgraded us, which was lovely. Sadly we were disappointed in the subpar breakfast, for a 4-star hotel especially. Staff were very polite but clearly not comfortable enough with English to give us local recommendations, but did absolutely fine otherwise. Overall, a comfortable stay!
Really wanted to give this place 5 stars but there was just too many things going wrong. 2 pools and the bottom one was out. 2 lifts and only one ever worked. And sometimes none. Electricity kept going off. Having said that... Great location, rooms and service. Happy hour on the rooftop bar is great. I'd absolutely stay here again, hoping the small bugs don't happen again. Visiting New Riverside Hotel Siem Reap felt like uncovering a hidden gem—a refined urban garden retreat where contemporary Khmer design meets heartfelt hospitality. Tucked into the historic district yet just a short drive from Pub Street, the Old Market, and the Royal Residence, it balanced convenience with serenity.
A stunning hotel in Siem Reap with warm hospitality and a beautifully designed space. The perfect blend of comfort and charm, making every stay unforgettable!
Great value hotel, but little bit far from central market area, like 30min walk or 10min by Tuktuk or Car. Spacious rooms, have breakfast facilities, swimming pool, Spa & Massage center (expensive), 24h reception, free parking space.
Stayed here to attend a conference. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. It is not plush 5 star but just a genuinely beautiful hotel. I had a large comfortable twin room with everything I needed. The hotel manager and all her staff were first class and could not have been more helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet secluded area away from the bustle of central Siem Reap...
I bring school groups to Cambodia multiple times each year. For the last 7 years we have stayed at NRH - and with good reason. What matters to us is the safety, comfort and "feel" of the place - which is largely dictated by how keen the staff are to interact positively with our students, and how quickly they respond to needs or requests. Mrs Sotheara always goes out of her way to help us in any way...

Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi at nearby coffee shops works much better than the hotel’s. Overall, very poor customer service and definitely not worth the money.”

I stayed here in August 2025 with my wife and our child (under 3 years old). I booked through Agoda for $27.90 including tax, which I think is a great price considering it also included breakfast. Overall, everything was good. My only small concern is with the water, they provide refillable bottles. Personally, I would prefer single-use sealed bottles for hygiene reasons.
A beautiful and spacious room with wonderful staff. I would love to go back and swim in their wonderful pool. We also had a delicious breakfast. In the afternoon, they have a great happy hour with an excellent bartender.
A quiet place outside the center. Rooms are comfortable and cosy if you’re lucky to get one where everything works. Staff are lovely. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic – you could choose one item from a wide variety of options, and it tasted delicious. I was very satisfied. Regarding the location, it's a bit outside the city center, but it's easy and inexpensive to get downtown quickly by taxi, which was great.
Reasonable price to stay ,good location located along national no.6 . Room acceptable not much clean having cockroaches on bed.

Had the good fortune of having a room with bed-bugs. Fantastic location, and staff assisted very quickly with said problem. Upgraded room as well. Still, never ideal having your arms and legs covered in bite when waking up on a first night in any city. Recommend, just make sure the room is fumegated first.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and spectacular service. The location is excellent, close to Pub Street and the night market. Breakfast is perhaps the weakest point, as there isn't a huge variety of Western foods, but it's still good. Highly recommended.
Very welcoming hotel. Our family room was very large. The hotel is located a few steps from the old market and Pub Street. The pool and solarium are very welcoming and a great place to relax. The staff is delightful.
I was only here for a single night but found the room comfortable and functional. The staff couldn't be more helpful to me and the location seems pretty good. It looks like most of the poor reviews are complaining about the Agoda advert so double check if booking through them. Personally, I would stay here again without a second thought.
Facilities are good and room cleaning is good. Friendliness of reception staff is average. Breakfast options are limited and rice and noodle meals are a bit oily. Dining staff are friendly. A major problem is the slow internet connection in the rooms.
Walking distance to Pub Street, great breakfast, 15 mins away from Angkor temples, Old but well maintained rooms

The place is nice. Although it's not within walking distance to Siem Reap capital, Tuk Tuk ride is easy to find via grab app and is affordable. The breakfast is fine, the area is quiet and staff is helpful and friendly.
Enjoyed very much the stay in this hotel. Will be back.
The Room is big for the family trip who start from 4 pp. and clean. the location bit far away from the city.
The hotel staff are very welcoming and the rooms are large enough.
Amazing good hotel. I stayed in Tanei Angkor e times. For me, there is no other hotel in Siem Reap. Amenities, staff, cleaning, big room... No one bad thing to say.
Best place to stay for long vacation.
