Siem Reap, The Passage, Old Market Area (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The bathroom is not clean. I have requested to change the room and they have changed it for us but Sadly the bathroom still bad.
The hotel is really good, and the staff are polite. It's located right near Pub Street, so there's always something going on around you – no need to travel anywhere. As a bonus, the music is pumping right into your room, perfect for getting intimate with someone.
Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable, everything was perfect. Thank you. I'll be back again, and I look forward to it.
Location is great easy travel around staff friendly and helpful .
The location is superb. I had read reviews mentioning noise due to its position in a bustling entertainment district. During my stay, lively music was audible even past midnight. While this might be an issue for some, I personally wasn't particularly bothered by it; the noise from the room's exhaust fan was actually more noticeable. The price was affordable, and though the room wasn't pristine, it...
Everything you need is within walking distance from the center, but I’m just not too fond of the room. I mean, it just lacks proper maintenance.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Free Tuk tuk pick up from bus station. Wonderful smiling staff. Great location, only a few minutes walk to pub street and night market. Very easy to get a Grab tuk tuk to Angkor Wat, or they offer a package at reception if preferred. Most things in Cambodia are in USD or riel, but I’d recommend getting the Bakong tourist app as every retailer and...
Excellent hotel with a long list of activities proposed. They were so nice even let us take a shower after check out and provided us with fresh towels. It's a must stay and I will go back again ! Thank you so much ! 😊
Uncle Sam Villa was not only reasonably priced but also very clean with all the necessary amenities ( including air-conditioning, coffee and tea, a TV). The size of the room was good and the decoration, even though it was minimalistic, suited the place. I particularly liked the painting on the wall of the lake and the brief description. The people working there are helpful, polite and friendly. Its...
The service was really good. The front desk staff, who I assume was the owner's daughter, always had a smile on her face. However, there were too many mosquitoes. On my second night, just as I was drifting off to sleep, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to get up and kill two mosquitoes before I could finally sleep.
5 minute walk to Pub St. Clean, comfortable. Staff helpful. My second stay here, I will be back.
I really liked Uncle Sam Villa.
Rooms are pretty spacious, clean and tidy.
Staff was very friendly!
The location was also pretty good, around 3 min walk from the pubs & bars street, yet in a quiet place

Being a 74 Year Old retire starting a new life my transition during the 1st few days was made much less stressed thanks to the Kindness, honestly,& general concern for me. The staff lead be a very intelligent and attentive person deserving of praise is Ngen Leaphy Thank God for this assistance
Nice location off the main street
Our stay at Golden Citadel was amazing. The hotel is about a block off the main road but that just added to the feeling of seclusion, peacefulness, and quiet I felt when I walked through the trees hanging over the entrance. Once through the trees, the first thing you notice is the beautiful pool with its infinity edge on three sides. The staff were very accommodating. The food was amazing, though...
I liked the pool, swimming is my thing. They were making efforts with my food: When I ordered pancakes, they bought exotic fruits to try for my, very kind.
The value for money at this hotel is amazing, if there were a few tweaks I would be happy to pay a lot more.
- The customer service was brilliant, they were incredibly friendly, they organised tuk tuks back and forth from beer street and the airport for a very small fee. The manager/ owner has good English so is really easy to deal with.

Very affordable price! The room is nice, and clean. There's also a swimming pool at the front.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Walking Distance to shops and resteraunts. A/C good and pool.
Amazing location, clean big room . The lade at the reception soooo friendly and professional.i booked all my excursions and the airport transfer in very good prices
Nice place. Easy for go round and have restaurants so close 😍
We had a wonderful experience! The location is perfect — easily accessible and close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value without compromising on quality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for convenience, excellent service, and affordability
We stayed here for a week on April 2025 and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean, with a ceiling fan that did a great job keeping us cool. There was an air conditioner available, but it’s an extra charge—we didn’t need it since the weather was nice during our stay. And if it ever got too hot, the swimming pool was a perfect way to cool down—clean and refreshing!
What I really liked was...

Facilities: Pretty average, the room was a bit dirty, and the air conditioning was quite loud.
Ambiance: Tacky European palace style.
Service: The service attitude was decent, they offered welcome drinks, and the front desk staff provided 'kneeling' check-in service.
Super hotel with lovely staff. It's not right in the center, but it's a very convenient 1 euro scooter ride away. I highly recommend it; great value for money.
Excellent value for money. The room is spacious, with complimentary toiletries and two bottles of water. Hot water is available. Everything is clean and convenient. I didn't turn on the TV, and there's no pool. You can smoke in the hallway, but there was no smell in the room. I originally booked for one night but ended up staying for three. Really enjoyed our two-night stay at Sadakham Green Garden Hotel. The rooms were great — clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The location is perfect and made it easy to get around.

Amazing Villa, huge size, great service too.
Tuktuk rides to the main town and "pub street" only 10 mins away and very cheap too.
Sadly no bar or restaurant as parts of the main hotel area are still being built (2025).
Stepping into this room felt like entering a serene haven where time slows and comfort reigns supreme. The space was vast, a quiet sanctuary that cradled me in gentle stillness. Beneath crisp, high-quality sheets, the bed embraced me with a softness that whispered promises of restful nights. Perfect privacy, superb and warm-hearted service, very kind people, it was a dream. Relaxing after a day full of exiting adventures in Angkor Wat or the city of Siem Reap, swimming in the pool and enjoying the "jungle", this would be our first choice next time too.
We spent an absolutely amazing time at Angkor Green Gardens Hotel! From the moment we came, the staff treated us in a very courteous way, they always were in touch with us and helped when needed.
The hotel itself is modern, well maintained, and has a huge tropical garden so that we had a feeling as if we stayed in the middle of the jungles.

Very close to the center of Siem Reap (a short fifteen-minute walk from the heart of the city), this hotel has the originality of having a vast park, with lush vegetation and two swimming pools. We had such a wonderful stay here!! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The spa gave the most spectacular couples' massage, and breakfast was always so fresh and delicious. And the hotel has so much character! Beautiful engraved wood.
Swimming pool is the highlight of the hotel! Rooms are very spacious! The atmosphere around the place is good but need some improvements. The staff were friendly enough since they can barely understand English. Overall it was a good stay.
This place is amazing! It was like walking onto a movie set. The room is spacious with a great comfortable bath on one side of the main room. The large bed was silky smooth and very comfortable. In the bathroom a modern toilet and a large walk around shower. All the stone walls and floors gave a really nice cool and secure feeling.
The main pool was fantastic, warm and visually stimulating.

There are 2 swimming pools and the view is really good. I like it.
Room is also fine but under the bed is dusty and clean (the bed is higher which we can see the space under it.)
Service is also good but I don't much like about it. Why? Because I didn't hang notice tag on the door to clean it but instead, they come and clean. They also throw out the big plastic bags that I used to pack my baby's stuff
Amazing experience.
Every service was excellent.

For 2000 yen, there is a pool, but I didn't bring my swimsuit.
The room is spacious and nice, but it's a little far from the downtown area,
and the sound of the family playing games next door was loud.

This hotel is about 1 km from Pub Street, and I recommend it for those who prefer a quiet location. The floors are white, immaculately clean, and spotlessly clean. We initially wanted to write a positive review, but the last day marred the overall experience. Hide all your cash in the safe!!! We foolishly left 16,000 local riels in our bag (we were in the pool while they were cleaning our rooms; it's nothing, but it ruined our mood). They were cleaning our rooms during the day, and in the evening, I found 11,000 riels missing—5,000 were left for a scam))). So...

The hotel was GORGEOUS and the staff really wowed us. We commented several times how much we loved the place and the staff.
Unfortunately, so sad to to report that that food made us sick every time we ate it. First day just stomach aches and the second day minor food poisoning. So eat the food at your own risk. Otherwise, we loved everything else about the place!
