Beautiful colonial style hotel. Good value for money thanks to Trip. Beautiful swimming pool! Young, qualified and proactive staff. Spacious room, very comfortable and functional. Only small downside, the wifi connection on the 4th floor but otherwise almost perfect for two days.

The hotel was good in general – tasty breakfast, goof location. For me it was important that the property should not have mosquitos, but I've spotted a couple in my room.

The hotel is build in the colonial style excellently located. The room are very good. We booked a 2 room suite. It had 2 bedrooms one hall and 2 bathrooms excellent for a family of 4 adults. The service is excellent. Waiters are very polite and helpful.

If the mark of a good hotel is that there are other people there, then it was bad news from the start. The fact that we were on the side of a busy main road was its own hint — that price is an unexpected high and not acceptable if compare to its bad location and no car park.

Hotel itself is nice, small. Staff is friendly, speaks good english. Breakfast was good, but until 9:30 and when we came at 9, most warm food was cold and stale, but luckly they have omlett station, also few options of fruit was served. Clean, very cozy, friendly staff. Breakfast is good. There's construction going on, including the top floor, but they let you know about it when you check in. It's perfect for one night. If they finish building the top floor, it would be great for a longer stay. It's quiet at night, and the center and Pub Street are a quick $1.50 ride away.

The best staff, so helpful and kind! They will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are amazing for families. They have a full living room and kitchen. It's so nice to be able to close the door and let the kids sleep. And each room has a huge tub on the balcony that we use as a tub for the kiddos. It's the perfect size for small kids. As a couple from Australia we really appreciated this quality hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good with 2 air conditioners, kitchenette, large shower and cable tv. I really liked the balcony and room service is great value.

A big bedroom and bathroom with a horrible humidity smell. They locked the big bathroom window for security. I couldn't settle there till 5 pm. They were repairing the aircond. The garden is pretty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and green, a swimming pool, and in the evenings a sauna with a jacuzzi. There is a Finnish sauna and a hamam. From the wishes - it would be nice to expand and diversify the menu in the restaurant.

Relaxing resort at Siem Reap A unique resort which offers services not available to most accommodation (dry and wet sauna, spa), friendly staff (needs to be trained to smile more often to enlighten the day of the customers). At first when i checked in i was a little skeptical about the service...but the staff with their helpful nature completely changed my opinion. Rooms are quite spacious, neat and clean. Staff is always present to help. Breakfast choice is not a lot...but food served is fresh and hot. Even d fruit platter served was fresh. Overall i liked our stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel with large and spacious rooms. The only problems were the occasional mosquitos and problems with the hot water in the shower. The location is good but not great. You have to walk 15-20 minutes to the city center or a short tuktuk will definitely help here. The hotel is located on a main street but very quiet at night.

Close to the pub street 08, this hotel offered me a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast and a swimming pool. It's good for a large group of tourists such as familiy travellers or businesses. They have a full service I would say. The bathroom was excellent with sanitary compared to other accommodations in Cambodia.

I asked them to check the cameras and they did but they refused to connect me with the manager of the hotel. Room amenities are so old.
