Beautiful colonial style hotel. Good value for money thanks to Trip. Beautiful swimming pool! Young, qualified and proactive staff. Spacious room, very comfortable and functional. Only small downside, the wifi connection on the 4th floor but otherwise almost perfect for two days.
The hotel was good in general – tasty breakfast, goof location. For me it was important that the property should not have mosquitos, but I've spotted a couple in my room.
The hotel is build in the colonial style excellently located. The room are very good. We booked a 2 room suite. It had 2 bedrooms one hall and 2 bathrooms excellent for a family of 4 adults. The service is excellent. Waiters are very polite and helpful.
I stayed 3 days/nights. Just a recap for future guests:
1. Service: This was my favourite part - all the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. They even surprised me with a birthday fruit salad! Mr. Gold and team, thank you for making my experience at your hotel so nice!
2. Room and amenities: My room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and pillows, it has a mini bar, TV...
Great location in a quiet part of town on the main street out to Angkor Wat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped us arrange transport to the temples and into town, bike hire, and pickup/dropoff at the bus stop. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We had a complementary room upgrade to the Colonial Honeymoon Suite. The room was very luxurious...
If the mark of a good hotel is that there are other people there, then it was bad news from the start.
The fact that we were on the side of a busy main road was its own hint — that price is an unexpected high and not acceptable if compare to its bad location and no car park.

Hotel itself is nice, small. Staff is friendly, speaks good english. Breakfast was good, but until 9:30 and when we came at 9, most warm food was cold and stale, but luckly they have omlett station, also few options of fruit was served. Unfortunatelly they are undergoing renovations. When we checked in staff saud some work with little noise from 8-17, but they started drilling and hammering full volume...
Clean, very cozy, friendly staff. Breakfast is good. There's construction going on, including the top floor, but they let you know about it when you check in.
It's perfect for one night. If they finish building the top floor, it would be great for a longer stay.
It's quiet at night, and the center and Pub Street are a quick $1.50 ride away.
This place is absolutely worth the money. I love everything, beautiful, good vibes, comfy bed, good food. Love it!
The best staff, so helpful and kind! They will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are amazing for families. They have a full living room and kitchen. It's so nice to be able to close the door and let the kids sleep. And each room has a huge tub on the balcony that we use as a tub for the kiddos. It's the perfect size for small kids. We are here easily twice a month and won't go anywhere else
As a couple from Australia we really appreciated this quality hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good with 2 air conditioners, kitchenette, large shower and cable tv. I really liked the balcony and room service is great value.
The hotel is clean and the staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is OK. Their restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is good.
They also have a private tub for each guest on their balcony, I believe. It’s good to chill on a hot afternoon.
Security guard rude and unhelpful. Mumbling unhappily in Khmer when asked to open the gate so that we can park the bike we were renting. Not even bothering...

I really love
areas where I can connect with nature
watching water buffalo roaming around
playing with Dumbo
I've been wanting to explore these places for years, and finally, in this tranquil spot, I spent a day quietly daydreaming. A temple picnic is also worth trying; it's said to be a very efficacious local temple.
Facilities: Luxurious
Environment: Absolutely stunning natural surroundings...
You will not find a lovelier staff anywhere. Kind, friendly, accommodating and always ready to answer any questions you may have.
Our tent was superb: spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and with nice amenities. Our shower was outside, which was a very nice way to see the stars (shower quickly, it’s cold in the evening in December). They also provide little extras, such as a phone with the reception...
The elephant interaction in the morning was really great, and the buffalo were quite interesting too. The tent was also nice, but you have to share it with insects and frogs 😂 The gaps in the door and fabric are a bit large.
The Beige is a stylish and cozy spot that perfectly blends modern design with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a great variety of delicious dishes and drinks, all prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff are attentive and friendly, making every visit enjoyable and comfortable. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual meal, coffee, or a relaxed evening, The Beige delivers excellent...
Most amazing two day stay of my life. Must try for people who want to get away from business of life to just soak in nature. Staff is very professional and kind ..They do their best to meet your needs. limited food options but good food, good spa, speCial shout out to Mollika for making my stay unforgettable
I’ve never stayed at a place where staffs outnumber guests. The service was impeccable in a very laid back and friendly way. The staffs are extremely helpful yet friendly as if they are your friends, unlike those formal straight ups at Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton.
The room was beautiful. But our pool and the public pool may need more routine cleanup. There was some algae and insects.

A truly great stay at Hotel Atelier. The French colonial architecture on the exterior gives way to a surprisingly modern interior with artistic touches. Its location is ideal: downtown, right next to Pub Street and all the shopping and dining, yet the hotel's immediate street is remarkably peaceful and quiet. Note for travelers: there is no elevator, so the third floor (top floor) might be challenging...
Great find for my trip in Siem Reap.
We booked a room with a balcony and had the view of the local temple. No elevators in this building so I definitely got my steps up during my stay. They have one room on the ground floor I believe so that is an option for those with elderly family members or young children.
The room isn't brand new and is a little worn but this didn't bother us. I appreciate their...
From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Nice Room and The Hotel has a great vibe also near Pub-Streets that make us easy.
Had a good experience sleeping at this hotel . So so close to Pub streets and main areas , although it was close but the rooms are so peaceful. However the rooms only have a dime light ( yellow light so its dark) but you can get all the bright light by opening the big curtains. I prefer the low light so i was enjoying it and have no problem. Also a few mosquitoes so be also careful or you can request...

Cheap little hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast wis good, shower could do with sorting out, not much hot water.beers always cold. Can’t fault it for the price!
The staff at the front desk and bar were very friendly, and it was also convenient to Pub Street and the airport bus stop.
Great place for the lone traveler. Big rooms and en suite bathroom. Can't drink the water, so they provide bottled warer. Great hosts! Very friendly and helpful... most speak some or good English...
We loved our stay here, all the staff were so friendly, the pool was clean, the breakfast was good & the beds were comfy can’t fault it :)
At first it was a bit difficult to find it because we couldn't see the hotel name on the street, but once we got inside it was already written. It's close to the city centre, which is both good and a bit bad. The New Year celebrations are quite loud in the room, but not disturbingly so. The room and bathroom are quite spacious and reasonably clean. The internet is fast and the room is well equipped...

This is a pleasant hotel close to downtown on a tuk tuk ride to the city. Oddly, we were the only people staying here, so service was personal. We were here as part of a 17 day tour so I don know about value or pricing. I would...

If you’re looking for a relaxing, tranquil energy this is the place. Spacious, clean rooms with nice lighting and a bathtub! Breakfast is extravagant and staff are super kind!! Highly recommend
What an amazing place. This hotel has charm and character. From the moment you walk through the front entrance to your room there's a magical feel that totally makes you feel like you're in some place in the Mediterranean. The rooms are large and the amenities are amazing. The shower cubical felt like I was standing under a waterfall in nature. It's well thought out.
I spent some time in the pool before...
Love the calming and quiet environment with big swimming pool
A big bedroom and bathroom with a horrible humidity smell. They locked the big bathroom window for security. I couldn't settle there till 5 pm. They were repairing the aircond. The garden is pretty. The breakfast is very bad. By 8 am there is nothing to eat. Staff try to please. Kids screaming in the pool, as early as 6 am. I wouldn't stay one more night neither for free.

This was our first visit to Cambodia and we wanted to make sure that we would be comfortable during our stay. The pictures and reviews looked good for this hotel and we decided to book it. Our stay at the Nita by Vo was tremendous. The location was perfect for exploring Angkor wat, and in a nice quiet location outside the main city but still very accessible. The staff were very welcoming even before we arrived, texting us to ask if we needed any special requests. The general manager, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable about Siem Reap and attractions, and could help arrange anything...
This was a quiet and very relaxing hotel. Although I hesitated when booking because it's a bit far from the center, like Pub Street, you can get there for less than $2 by ordering a tuk-tuk with Grab. Being a bit away from the center was actually nice because it was so peaceful. It's also easy to access the temple complex, so I'd recommend it for those who prefer to explore the temples in the morning...
The service was excellent. The manager and staff were very welcoming. I encountered a problem hailing a taxi, and they kindly helped me resolve it. Thank you so much!
Great location, very helpful concierge, we loved our room (spacious and well appointed).
Must be a great hotel at its prime. It showed its age.
Most disappointing was the lack of basic good services. the booking was for a double beds room. I Dressed in a skimpy crop top there and had tea was cool. Will go again later to work out. And stuff and prolly buy some more tea.
Cool hotel, large and tastefully furnished rooms, comfortable bed. There is tea, coffee, water in the room. Delicious breakfasts. The hotel grounds are beautiful and green, a swimming pool, and in the evenings a sauna with a jacuzzi. There is a Finnish sauna and a hamam. From the wishes - it would be nice to expand and diversify the menu in the restaurant.
Relaxing resort at Siem Reap
A unique resort which offers services not available to most accommodation (dry and wet sauna, spa), friendly staff (needs to be trained to smile more often to enlighten the day of the customers). Surprisingly good gym facility for small hotel. Very reasonable food and drink prices to enjoy by the pool. It is close enough to shopping facility and local bars/restaurants.
When we arrived at the hotel, the reception was very friendly and warm, after a long trip I booked a man massage It was very good, much better than the lady massage, he even massages the most private part of the body . overall I enjoyed the stay

Good breakfast. Clean beds, nice bathroom. Not really anything bad about this hotel.
What an amazing stay! Everything was tidy and clean. A Beautiful room and great service. Highly recommended.
Strategic location, very confortable and beautiful rooms with giant bath tubs, professional khmer massages and the most welcoming and helpful staff. We hope to meet you our next trip to Cambodia. Have a good ride!!
The rooms were quite nice and the showers were great. The real highlight however was the manager, Jackson, who was incredibly helpful and helped us fix any issue we had and made us feel very comfortable! Since there is not a lot of business in Siem Reap, Staff even allowed us to move to a nicer room when our AC didn't work well enough in the first room.
At first when i checked in i was a little skeptical about the service...but the staff with their helpful nature completely changed my opinion. Rooms are quite spacious, neat and clean. Staff is always present to help. Breakfast choice is not a lot...but food served is fresh and hot. Even d fruit platter served was fresh. Overall i liked our stay at this hotel. Its value for money paid

I have stayed here a lot of times since 2017. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very nice hotel with large and spacious rooms. The only problems were the occasional mosquitos and problems with the hot water in the shower. The location is good but not great. You have to walk 15-20 minutes to the city center or a short tuktuk will definitely help here. The hotel is located on a main street but very quiet at night.
Worth for Money -
Located in central place sorrounding restaurants and shopping area, very helpful and courteous staff, good hotel room facilities, early check-in and late check-out without asking any questions or additional money, easy check-in process, Arranges tuktuk/car/Van for sight seeing at cheaper price, Spacious rooms.
I recommend this hotel for comfortable stay.
Very nice spacious rooms with required guest facilities, good and helpful staff available for guest service round the clock. The staff helped to checkin very early and check out late without any questions. Nice location.
The staff help to book local tours very easily.

Clean hotel, but the rooms are old and lack a safe, hairdryer, hair shampoo, and liquid shower gel. They only provide two tiny bars of hand soap. Otherwise, if other more comfortable places nearby are fully booked, it's an option.
