Reviews
I would not recommend this place.
Storage of the luggage is extra fee
Using gas stove extra fee
No complimentary water every day you must buy it yourself
No toothbrush or toothpaste, no slippers.
Coffee machine you need to press the button all the way until coffee machine is working it's like one and a half minute of pressing the button.
Kitchen has microwave teapot and toaster . All are a bit old.
Outlets for charging it's not convenient are in not convenient places.
On a good side wide room and has knife and kitchen supplies in the kitchen but no plates or fork and spoons.
The check in was very slow and confusing, but they were training a new person, so I wouldn't fault them for that. But the key card did stop working on the second day and we had to get a new one.
We read lots of reviews about the micro charges so we were just really careful to not use the stove, not get anything on the towels, and really scrub any dishes used.
Worth the price, definitely not high quality.

Housekeeping does not a good job. Didn't even tidy my bed.

If arriving from Vancouver Island, the hotel is conveniently located just a five minute Uber ride from the Hullo ferry terminal.
Upon arrival the hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The penthouse suite had a private bedroom including a balcony with a beautiful view of both the ocean and Robson street, great for photography.
The cost of the suite was also quite affordable. I would definitely stay here again and I’d highly recommend it to others.
Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off.
There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated.
Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.

Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
We never even got drinks which were simple and easy to make. When we did get our food, one of our orders were wrong and the soup in the noodles smelled way too fishy for our tastes. We didn't finish our food and in the end, paid $70 for something we never finished and left unimpressed. Overall, this restaurant had terrible service, crappy and not authentic food, and overpriced food. Not recommending this to others and definitely not returning. If I could, I would have given this place 0 stars.
