Great stay. Well cared for and very clean hotel.
Very nice on site restaurant and gym. Also has an outdoor pool and heated hot tub (which is very nice in the Canadian winter).

Room is spacious with a very comfy bed and very clean bathroom facilities.

Great central location, particularly for sporting events and restaurants.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay overall. The hotel was excellent and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, where service was a bit slow, so allow extra time if you’re in a hurry. Still, the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The stories about the service are true. We had unbelievable service, especially on Wednesday when checking in. I think their A team was working that day. You won't get better from a 5k+ per night hotel.

It's right in heart of downtown, close to library and stadiums,Yaletown etc very walkable for whatever your needs.

Rooms were clean and quiet and beds were comfortable.

This is the kind of place if I was putting up my mother or someone I cared about I'd put them here and I also wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice and very usable even when 0 degrees outside

Yes parking is a problem. We drove around block twice before I got out and walked to hotel to ask where to park. There is this tiny pull in area in front of hotel between bike lane and street and even though it's supposed to be for valet parking people park there and I think hotel doesn't really know what to do about it. There's a sign but it's not prominent enough.

Also when we got car back we did notice that there was a scuff on front like either was driven into a bumper or backed into by another vehicle wherever they park it.

Hotel ideal if walking up from skytrain or taking cab etc

Speaking of signs just FYI if you are fine taking stairs like I am, if you try to use the stairway on the far side of lap pool area you can go in but you can't come back as the other side of door is key access only. Your hotel key card will be useless. Which is what lead me to eventually walking out onto the streets of Vancouver in barefoot and robe as I had been trying to get to the pool.

So that's a huge oversight not having a sign clearly stating no re-entry for hotel guests. Luckily outside wasn't covered with ice and snow and garbage at the time.

Shower heads in bathroom are pretty low. If over 6 ft you're probably crouching but rooms are nice.

If they had better parking, signage and great breakfast included they'd be a 5 but a very solid 4 beautiful little boutique hotel with great service in heart of city. It doesn't get much better especially at those rates.

All of the team members at the hotel that we encountered gave us exemplary customer service. Incredibly friendly, very attentive, proactive and accommodating. We genuinely felt like it was there pleasure to give us the best experience possible. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a lovely suite with a balcony that had a large bathroom, a living area and bedroom. Their pool and spa area is wonderful. The location cannot be beat. You can walk everywhere from there and you’re close to the skytrain. Will definitely be coming back.

I have stayed at this hotel for years unfortunately not as good as it used to be. The hot tub was cold and food was terrible. I used to love hotel

An absolute please to stay here. The staff was wonderful and the rooms large and well appointed. The room service was excellent. A great value for an elegant downtown hotel.

The staff were polite and professional. This is my third stay here and it’s been great, every time. My go-to hotel in Vancouver.

Friendly staff, decent food, and decent prices. The atmosphere is more geared toward the “hipster” trend. The biggest downside we found was the seats are WAY too close to each other. Every time the server for the next table came around, she constantly bumped into me while I was eating. Simply spacing out the seating area more would have solved this problem. It was also impossible to have a conversation as we felt the tables on both sides were a part of our group. This was a huge annoyance that would deter me from coming back in the future.

It took me 3 time to finally try this brunch place. I don’t really like to wait so I decided to go when they open. People were already on line but we came in pretty fast. The restaurant is really nice, we like the decoration and the inside is pretty comfy. We order waffles to share and two dishes. Unfortunately waffles arrived after our food but our server noticed and went check with the kitchen before we have to say anything. Everything was really tasty and fresh. Staff is great and we both really enjoyed our brunch. I’ll definitely come back and bring friends there.

Great breakfast spot. It is very busy so expect a wait, but not too long of one. They have a bunch of different food choices. There are healthy options and waffles with chocolate sauce so the menu here runs the spectrum of what you might be in for. I wasn't disappointed.

Very delicious food with a great atmosphere. The waffles can sell out early so order right when you sit down. We used to start with the waffles but now finish with them. The frittata with goats cheese is so tasty. Be warned the wait times can easily be 1hr+ on weekends or holidays. Put your name down and then go for a walk...but the wait is worth it.

Great brunch but you will have to wait in line. I went on a Wednesday at 1030 and waited for an hour.
The food is fantastic though. Great options, great with allergies. Mediterranean fusion food ( great for vegans!).
Cocktails are fantastic, staff is very good.

Nice staff and well priced menu.

Went for drinks and had a great time. Three things stand out about this place - 1) the wonderful ambience and atmosphere - cosy and comfortable, with a couple of fireplaces; 2) the beer collection - quite a few beers both bottled and on tap - haven't come across this kind of a collection at too many places; 3) probably the best part - the servers who are very friendly and helpful.

Glad I came across this place, would definitely re-visit.

The people are really awesome, pretty standard beers but the local seasonal beer was amazing, we thought it was strange edamame was on the menu, but I'll be honest, best edamame I've ever had. And the nachos were ENORMOUS. Overall vibe of the place was just really nice laid back pub. Tvs everywhere for watching the game too!

Yummy food for decent prices. Good selection of items, friendly staff. Uneven flooring makes it hard to walk if you're not careful. Very hot downstairs, no fans or airflow but a nice ambience.

It's a sports bar with good wings. What more do you want.

The food quality is good, they have a great beer selection and the staff is always pleasant. The Quattro Formaggi pizza is the best pizza I've had in Vancouver.
15.11.2017 Nathan
Don't watch a ufc fight here. Not because they charge $15 per person, or because they have terrible seating arrangements for events. Because the manager organizing the seating is completely incapable of doing a job as a HOST. He was telling people they have to wait for the whole party to arrive before being seated, while seating others just fine. Creating a huge traffic jam in the entry way. Terrible customer service and an over all rude demeanor. Thank God for the servers though. They apologized, even though I didn't feel it was their fault. Embarrassing. I'd sooner go to PHAT or Doolins. :(

Great people, great food, amazing prices! Totally recommend it
17.10.2017 David
Went for a 10am NFL game on Sunday. The eggs benny was absolutely terrible in look & taste. Did not finish it. Service wasn't special either. The place itself is nice enough for watching the game but you can probably find somewhere better to watch.
