Very nice experience

2nd time staying here. Will be back next year too. Clean rooms. Very happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The house keeping ladies were fabulous, kept us stocked up. The breakfast ladies were fantastic.
Check in was easy. Front desk staff efficient and polite.
Had a glitch with the key card not working but was fixed quickly.
Enjoyable 4 day stay.

Great stay. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. It’s not 5 stars because the heating and cooling unit in the room was very noisy.

There was no drinking water or basic amenities provided in the room, which is below the standard compared to other hotels. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited with very few items available.

The room was spotless. The amenities were perfect. We were even upgraded because I needed my room earlier than expected. The staff was so kind. I would definitely visit this property again.

Room and hotel overall were very clean. The pool was probably one of the warmest and cleanest pools I’ve seen in a hotel. Breakfast was very good, easy access to highway.

The only down side was the water pressure in the shower, but overall a great stay at a reasonable price!

The stay was relax and did not need to be worried. The check in was smooth, morning breakfast was delicious, and room was kept clean everyday.

Good customer service. But there are 2 issues: 1) nowhere to charge your laptop or mobile device (no electrical outlets), and 2) no padded chairs or booth seats (it's like sitting on a park bench, only good for a few minutes, then your butt goes numb)

Regular Tim hortons branch. Plenty of parking and spacious inside. You might find quite a few students here waiting for their next Brampton transit bus. Have been there twice and no issues at all.

Service here not custmer focused all were servicing drive through while a queue was building at counter they need to serve customers inside first!

Coffe was really good but really only 1 poor lady is working on night shift she is attending in store customers and drive through as well this is the reason that service is really slow but that's really not fair one person is doing a job for 3 people

Tim Horton is always Good, fresh and amazing, enough sitting arrangement, the only bad thing happen to me is when I return my French vanilla due to over sweetness, the employee told me with attitude that this product is sweet only.......well I know it's sweet, I am drinking it since last 10 years.........but there is a difference between sweet coffee and only sugar coffee.........
