I have been here many times before I stayed at Hilton all the time the room had no cold water could not take a shower. The water is too hot. The coffee maker would not work in the morning. I had a 7 AM flight out of Toronto so it could not shower before the trip No one said anything about the restaurant being closed before I got there. I have a reservation for March there I would be cancelling that reservation for that location. I told the guy in the morning the front desk my problems. He just looked at me with no response. Bad customer service.

Stayed here while working in the area and I'll tell you what the room was extremely clean and smelled very fresh..... specially the bed sheets
The food is very good and worth paying for
If ur in town just working and need some snacks for lunches they have a small little pantry place right beside the front desk which makes things alot easier if ur working the next day
Can also charge it all to your room which is alot easier also
I would definitely stay again in a heart beat

Very efficient check-in. Always treated with courtesy. Room was spacious and updated. Ery conveniently located off the 407, close to airport and extend stay parking. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn.

The hotel was wonderful - clean, good food (both breakfast and dinner) and the staff were courteous and kind. They even have laundry on site which is a great asset for travellers. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

Room side I was amazed that we didn’t get towels or rooms services the next day while gone.

To be honest never tried breakfast but i'm sure its going to be good.

Great staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Only issue was no face cloths available in room. Asked front desk and none available.
Would be nice to have a recycle option in room as well.
Would stay here again.

The door lock for the room was broken and it took them two hours to fix. Then I was charged a room charge and when inquired they stated that there was smoke scent in the room we had our hairs done in the room and no one smokes and the lack of ventilation was very evident
