Check in was smooth. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Room was nice, but had no overhead lighting. The light switch by the door is barely enough light to be a night light. Once we had found all the switches for the lamps, it was fine, but finding them in the dark with our hands full was a mission. Washroom was clean and the shower was wonderful. I forgot to take a photo but the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was simple but tasty. The small gym was lacking; no free weights or weight machines. Overall, we had a great stay.

The hotel is newly renovated with free breakfast.
Staying 2 nights there with different hot breakfast unlike other hotel usually serve the same.
The staff is 24x7 at the counter.

Location an hr drive to Toronto which is expected but nearer to premium outlet and square one shopping mall.
Free parking.

It was very clean, and the staff were highly professional and kind. In particular, Sheila made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. Her attentive service significantly enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall it was very noisy. Our room (202) was right in front of the door by the stair case so it was noisy throughout the evening and night with folks coming and going through the door with their luggage. In addition, there was also plenty of other noise upstairs above us on and off during the night. Every hour or so we also heard the water coming on (from the toilet?). As such, we experienced a very poor night sleep.

Check in was smooth and easy and the rooms were. I’ve and clean.
The only bad experience we had was the breakfast. No fruit or yogurt both days, and the first day the toaster was broken so it was very limited.

The room was very spacious and well maintained and super clean. The staff was pleasant and very helpful during the whole stay. The continental breakfast was great with a nice selection of food and beverages and well staffed. The value for the room was also excellent.

Yes, very clean. Staff was very friendly.
Air conditioning/ heater was very noisy, had to turn off to sleep.
Need more lights, by table and couch.

Nice room. Good price and close to the venue we were visiting.
Also to mention…..Days inn was a sponsor for the tournament of hearts and we were offered free tickets by the manager. Of course we already had our tickets! But a nice gesture.
