I can't give any ratings but I have friends stay in there and from what I understand it's set up for long term and pets are accepted so my friends are very happy they have five little Chihuahuas

My stay at this Hotel establishment while in Niagara Falls is most welcoming and accommodating. The owners are wonderful people who are always polite and smiling.
The rate per night is also excellent compared to the other Hotel establishments on Lundy's Lane. My room I would rate a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness because of the fact that my room had a light bulb missing in the bathroom but once I had let the management know I needed the lightbulb replaced, which was replaced accordingly, the rating for this establishment should be a 6 out of 5. I recommend anyone traveling and visiting Niagara Falls to come and lodge here.

It has a very unique kind of Bates Motel vibe to it!
It's a great opportunity to use your imagination as the TVs do not work because it is "too cold outside??" But not to worry, because inside the room is just as cold!
It can be fun for kids to draw on the frost on the back of the door and walls and count the insects in the room, fun!!
Oh and don't worry about having to constantly bother the staff about all your room issues because there is no phone in the room and the office is always closed!

One star is an overstatement.
Do not stay here. Staff is very dishonest. I say this because I booked a room on New Year’s Eve of 2017 for $219 tax included. After I checked out I find that there was an additional of $46 to my credit card. There was no mention of this on the bill of sale or even communicated at the front desk.
If I had known I would be paying $265 for the night I would have got a room closer to the falls where their wifi actually worked.

This was by far this worse place. Were to start. Well, first we asked for a smoking room. Didn't get one. But had to sign a waiver if any pot was smoked and detected, it was gonna cost $500.00 regular cigarettes, $200.00. Ok fine. Now we were asked, do you want TV? Well yes, they might be able to get it working. No they didn't. No radio. No phone. No hangers to hang your coats. No heat in the room when we arrived. It was - 15 outside, heat in room would be expected. Had to leave to let the place warm up. Paint peeling so bad in washroom, didn't even want a shower. Oh and when it came time to check out, well now, they didn't open office till 9:00 am, 9:20 still no one there. So there was a phone number to call. It didn't work either. Had to go to another hotel to settle up. They owed us $100.00 deposit. If you're gonna charge over $200.00 a night, fix up your rooms. Be at the office.
I'll never stay here again. As far as I'm concerned, you owe us a refund for all the inconveniences. And I was told you have 3 other properties. Wow! ?????

food was good. Large portions for a great price. It was very loud and busy in there so it didn't make for a relaxing meal though.

Very Good, I ordered my usual Turkey Bacon Culb Wrap and it came with no trouble. It tasted as it always has, DELICIOUS. Though I didn't get any Italian, the food was great and so was the service. Highly recommended.

Had the all-u-can eat pasta meal. Was disappointed with the quantity of each plate and the cost to add one meatball per refill of pasta. Refills were very small. I would rate it 2 out of 5 stars for food quality and maybe 3 stars for atmosphere. Not the cheapest place but then again it's niagara falls on the strip of Lindy's lane restaurants.

We came last January and we absolutely loved the food. This time...not so much. We both ordered the same dish again but it wasnt nearly as tasty as before. The tomatoe sauce which we loved now almost tastes like Bravo from a can. Perhaps its a different chef? Or maybe because its a Wednesday this time. Our first visit was on a Friday.

Took my husband there for his 60th birthday. His son came up from Ottawa. My family came from Toronto. Waited for 1 1/2 hours for our food, which was cold when it came. Waitress gave us nothing but excuses. Will never go there again. I only gave it one star because it would not let me post with no stars. This experience was "no stars" experience

The last time I was here the restaurant was dirty. The waitress took a long time to take our order & the time it took to receive our food was rediculously long.

Price is not bad. Didn't have to wait to get a seat. Sometimes takes a very long time to get food, especially if you come on the weekend. Staff is always attentive and try to make up for the wait. Also were very good with our kids. Give you crayons for the kids.

Worst experience and worst customer service. We got there and the staff looked like they were lost. We waited to be seated and that took a while. When were finally seated, we waited 10mins and no server came to even serve us. When we approached the staff regarding our concern, the staff looked at us and told us that we need to wait until she is done with another table. The staff were rude. I am extremely dissappointed. Not a welcoming environment.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. We paid over $70 for breakfast for 2 adults and one child.... With the smallest portions I've ever seen and looked less than half the portion advertised in their menu and online. Left hungry and will never return again. The day before we had dinner at Boston Pizza for $60 total (with drinks) less than what we paid here for breakfast.....and this Boston Pizza was located in Downtown Niagara falls and served up excellent portions and great service. We left Boston Pizza full, with food leftover whereas we left IHOP hungry and extremely dissatisfied. Even the quality of our meals were terrible at this place. I ordered the quick breakfast valued at $16.99 and received two of the smallest sausage links I've ever seen, two burnt over medium eggs that looked like one egg in portion, and the smallest portion of hashbrown....served with overdone toast. So basically if you're looking for a decent meal DO NOT go to this restaurant.
