The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Horseshoe Falls, and the hotel has a direct indoor connection. We booked a room with a falls view, and it was indeed great. However, the hotel facilities are quite old and dated. The most frustrating part was the parking! We had to park in a small lot some distance from the hotel and take a dedicated shuttle bus back and forth, which was very inconvenient. Plus, it was $45 for one night – absolutely outrageous.

Such a lovely experience here! The staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and the room facing the falls was amazing! We had such a good view. Love that we could walk to the casino area through the tunnel and shop around!

The pool was awesome! Super clean and the water was a great temperature and the hot tub was nice and hot! Only bummer was the family pool and splash pad wasn’t open, not sure why!

We arrived quite late, driving from downtown Toronto. We had originally booked a two-queen room with a falls view, but they upgraded us to a suite, which initially made us happy, but then…

1️⃣ The room wasn't clean. There was used toilet paper on the bathroom floor, and we couldn't find a hairdryer in the room. (Even though they moved us to another room later, it still felt off-putting).

2️⃣ We booked for Thursday night but didn't check in until early Friday morning, so paying for Friday's parking was fine. However, the shuttle driver had a terrible attitude and refused to help us park outside. So, we ended up parking inside, and the parking fee plus tax was C$90… which felt absolutely outrageous, especially since the room rate was only a little over C$200.

3️⃣ Bottled water in the room cost C$5 a bottle (ugh).

4️⃣ The hotel is old and a bit rundown, and both my friend and I felt a bit itchy.

Overall, this was a very bad experience. Absolutely avoid!

The place is great and newly renovated. Our room os so clean amd especially my son enjoyed the whirlpool. If you request from the receptionist, their response is so quick. We highly recommend the place.

Booked the hotel's Twin Falls Suite, but to my surprise, there were no toiletries in the room, not even disposable slippers. That was a bit awkward. The view was good though, and the ****** downstairs was very lively with plenty of food options.

We stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold.
We were in walking distance to a ******, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!

Went for my Valentine's Day Engagement, Room was very Clean, and I mean cleannn ! Windows tub , toilet, bed & whatever you can think of they cleaned it. Staff was awesome, front deck wasn't too much of a wait , only thing I didn't like what the parking situation, I had to park off the property to a secondary location, unsure why but they had shuttle bus. Drivers were cool and helpful with bags and getting in and out of the vehicle. Overall no complaints, definitely recommend 🇨🇦💯

We really enjoyed the view and our room. The acess to restaurants and the casino while being able yo stay inside are particularly attractive for us because we chose to visit in February.

Our room was clean upon arrival and the jacuzzi was great ! We were in a newly renovated room on the 47th floor. It was nice to see the updates done but the workmanship could have been better which is disappointing since it could have been amazing instead of just "nice". I will also say , in February we chose to turn the thermostat off and it was still too hott in the room.

Parking is expensive but if a person chooses to spemd time in the casino the parking can be lessened through the membership program.

We made it down to see the falls this time aswell which was via the lift service outside the fallsview casino.

Overall we had a great time. But there are always things that can be done better.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view from the window overlooking Niagara Falls was absolutely breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our trip. Waking up and falling asleep with such a view was an unforgettable experience.

The service was excellent and very welcoming. At the front desk, we were assisted by Joseph — he was fast, professional, and extremely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

We also ordered dinner to our room. The total for two people was just over $100, and the food was very delicious. The prices felt very reasonable considering the portion sizes and the quality of the food.

We stayed here for Valentine’s Day, and the hotel also offered room decoration services, which made the stay feel extra special and romantic. The room was very clean, and overall the hotel had a wonderful atmosphere.

The nightly rate for a room with this view was around $300, but it was absolutely worth it. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Service here has always been mediocre but it was close which is why we always went. But this time I actually felt the need to write a review. My girlfriend went to grab seats while I loaded the car and despite it being relatively empty, it still took 10 minutes for someone to notice her. After we were seated, no one had approached us for about 15 minutes, no waters or anything. We finally got our food which was another 20-25 minutes or so. When we were finishing up, our waitress (who's name was Madeline) was no where to be found. Needless to say, won't be coming back here anymore.

The menu has so many option I spent half the time trying to decide what to order. In my opinion food was good but I could not find a healthy choice...which I found hard to believe as the menu has more than 100 options to choose. Anyways, if you are looking for tasty food and large plates this is the place. You can expect to spend 20-30 p/p.

Prices were high but better with the $15 off coupon from the hotel. The coffee and tea were both dreadful. The basics, like eggs, hashbrowns, and toast were all good. However the crepes were far too sweet and processed. If there were more breakfast options we never would have gone. Waiter was terribly terribly slow as well.

Good food and service. The prices are outrageous. You can literally go next door and get the same service and good quality for a fraction of the price. 3 people getting breakfast samplers and drinks was over $60 usd even using a 15 dollar off coupon provided by 4 points hotel

Food and service were both good. The pumpkin spice pancakes were delicious. Prices here are outrageous. More than double a regular IHOP. Was $55 for two for breakfast. I asked them to remove the tourism tax that is voluntary (do your homework people) and they did but didn't seem impressed.

We came here on a Sunday night at around 9:45pm because most restaurants in the area closes at 10pm. Surprisingly, it exceeded our expectations.

First, it was patio weather and it was packed, even at 10pm! They have a live band playing some classics and it was great. Secondly, food was surprisingly very tasty. Fiance and I ordered the steak and ribs. Steak was cooked perfectly to the way we liked it - medium rare. The ribs were tender and the meat just fell off it's bones. Sadly, if you don't like seasonal veggies (which were beans), you can't change it to a salad, whether or not you like it. However, you could add a salad on top. Our friends ordered the penne pesto pasta and lasagna which they thought were flavorful. No complains! Lastly, our server was friendly and she looks and sounds like she was happy to be at work. It definitely makes a difference in service.

We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Absolutely AWFUL!! The entire experience was horrible ... service... food...establishment. Our basket of fresh bread was cold ... the Caesar salads come out 1 minute after ordering, plate was ice cold...and the salad colder... our burchetta was Texas toast with some tomatoes tossed on top(served on a bed of old, wilted greens).. then are meals tasted like it came our of cans!! Not once did our server check in on us!! I will never be back!!!!

A very family friendly environment. Our waiter was good, except when it came time to pay he had set the tip to 25% before handing me the machine (this was also mentioned in someone else's review, so be attentive) good thing I noticed. The food was tasty, but nowhere near as good as real authentic Italian Cuisine.

Great location being across the street from Falls view Casino, with a outdoor patio with live band. Friends of ours shared a salad and pizza and really enjoyed it. I ordered the chicken Marsala, and chicken was moist but tasted and looked more like they added gravy then the traditional Marsala sauce it should have had. My husband ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta and did not meet expectations.I was so disappointed more by our waiter..we paid via interact and he arranged the tip and all to give himself 25% tip and handed us the machine that prompted us to ok it....same happened to our friends. In past experiences I was always able to pick our own tip...first time that a waiter arranged it for us.....not impressed.
