Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls in Niagara Falls

We were there for one night, arriving on Monday, March 2nd, and staying in room 2003.
The plastic bracelet they provided was ineffective. I had to wait outside, call them and obtain new ones, which they promptly delivered (the staff were very accommodating).
After entering the room, we quickly headed to the water park, which was exceptional with one minor exception: the burgers were bland.
Despite this, we maintained a positive outlook as we were celebrating our daughter’s third birthday, so we continued to enjoy the water park.
After all this fun, we returned to the room to take showers. Surprisingly, after the second shower, there was no hot water.
We contacted the receptionist, who dispatched the maintenance manager to verify the issue. He assured us that a plumber would be sent to inspect the problem.
The plumber arrived and replaced the cartridge on the shower valve, but the problem persisted. He indicated that the pipe needed to be cleaned, as it appeared to be clogged.
However, we had limited time, as it was already midnight and we were exhausted. Additionally, we had to check out at 11:00 a.m. the next day.
In summary, my overall impressionI wouldn’t say is positive. Aside from the water park and the friendly staff, I would consider spending money on food or other amenities.
It is preferable to dine at a restaurant or have supper outside, as it is only a five-minute drive to downtown.
