We LOVED our stay. We had never stayed at this hotel before and we came to celebrate 2 birthdays. They gave us a free room upgrade over looking the falls on the 17th floor!!
Marissa checked us in and was beyond helpful the entire time, even going above and beyond and printing colouring pages for our children. She was very knowledgeable and so so helpful. They gave us coupons for attractions around the Clifton hill area as well.
The pool was great and both times we went we were the only family there and had a blast swimming.
Hotel was very clean, everytime I went anywhere in the hotel someone was cleaning and it was so refreshing to see. I could go on and on about how much we loved our stay. We will most definitely be back again!!

Very safe and secure with security visible. Beautiful lobby with a cute place for quick bites. Front desk check in wasn't the friendliest but check out was for sure. Rooms were comfortable with what seemed like brand new sheets. Great location and loads of parking

Read reviews for hours before booking this one. I had 2 kids with me, room was clean, amazing views, pool was awesome!
Only downfall was parking at the hotel was $35 for the overnight. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. You can walk to the casino which has tons of restaurants and it's all walking indoors!

We just got back from an incredible vacation at the DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in and were greeted with the famous warm chocolate chip cookie, we knew we were in for something special.

The rooms were spacious, super clean, and beautifully appointed – we had a stunning view of the American Falls that took our breath away every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt modern yet cozy with that classic lodge-inspired vibe.

Service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Check-in was quick, everyone smiled, and they even gave great tips for exploring the area.

**Location** is unbeatable – just a short 10-minute walk to the Falls, Fallsview Casino, Clifton Hill, and all the main attractions. We loved being so close to everything without the chaos right on top of us. The peaceful setting made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We spent some time at the indoor saltwater pools (so refreshing!), the hot tub, and even treated ourselves to a little spa time – pure bliss. The on-site dining options were solid too, especially grabbing coffee from the lobby Starbucks.

This was our couple's getaway, and it exceeded every expectation. If you're planning a trip to Niagara Falls, book here – you won't regret it! We'll definitely be back. ❤️

I am a dimond member of Hilton, and typically happy about Hilton. However this is by far my worse experience in Hilton in terms of Managment.. and customer caring

The first issue was related to a mis undresnderstaning from my end that there is a parking fee of 35 plus tax ! Regardless of the source of issue, The manager was so careless about my concern forgeting I am the guest and she is the host and was not able to resolve her loyal customer' concern in a caring level.

The second experience was related to pool.

The best attraction of this hotel is supposed to be their pool and spa area... the spa was disgusting ( not clean) the floor is slippery, the area noisy, crowded and not relaxing and kids at all ages , all under 12 years are in the spa, and pool with no supervision.. kids were diving to the pool which was the violating both safety of themselves and also comfort of other guests...

I brought the issue to the attention of the manager on duty ( 8 pm 1/10/26 ) , her response ..." all guests need to enjoy and she can not monitoring them... ) my response " you set the role ( of no diving and age limit) not me and if you can not enforce it, this reflects your managment...: to me this pool should be closed till meeting all saftey protooles..

When did Hilton Hotel start to ignore saftey? And also ignoring the confort of its guest? Safety sholuld always first and customer' confort should be next

By the way the breakfast is not included in the rate. Something different than other Hilton hotels

The location was fantastic. The bath quickly warmed up, allowing me to thaw out from the cold. It was easy to get to Table Rock, Rainbow Bridge, and the fireworks display area.

The hotel looks like a fancy mountain lodge. Everything was very clean and the room was incredibly spacious. 15 minute walk to the incline railway down to the falls. Excellent on site restaurant.

High prices for a server who took our order rudely and didn't bother asking for drinks either. I had to walk up to them at the counter across the room to ask for drinks even after they brought the food. Also while ordering he couldn't even describe the dishes in any detail at all. I was left guessing and Googling things on my own. Being an avid sushi lover I enjoyed the food, however it seemed quite dry. The rice was cooked well, to their advantage. Servers switched during our meal, maybe he could tell our displeasure in our treatment, acting as tho he was busy when we were the only table there at the time. Would not recommend to anyone.

Sushi wasn't good at all. We went around 8pm and were the only ones there. It seemed like we got the left over sushi. It wasn't fresh and the price was too expensive. Much better places around Niagara Falls for cheaper.

This is the worst sushi place in town. Please don’t waste your money. Don’t be fooled by the ratings It’s all a LIE!

Speaking the truth: I will never recommend this place to anyone. Over priced and bad service. The quality of food is really poor. Unappetizing food. It made us hate sushi for a while because of this place.

This restaurant was clean and inviting. The buffet was fresh and hot. I loved the sea food salad. Nor was it expensive. Our waitor, can't remember his, was very attentive and polite. I would definitely go back there on our next visit to the Falls. ?

There was a long line to get into this buffet, so we thought let us find out if it's worth the money and effort. I must say we had a very satisfying breakfast with loads of options to choose from, all fresh and piping hot. I recommend this place!

I had dinner in this place a few years ago. Food was delicious and they had a huge variety. What a disappointment to what it has become. Variety is not there anymore, nor is the quality. The only thing that increased is the price. I'm very generous to give two stars - basically because of their staff. There are better places for you to eat in Niagara.

Great buffet place. You get what you pay for. If you are expecting to be treated like royalty you've chosen the wrong place. This place is great for the low budget trip to Niagara falls. It's usually busy on weekends so plan ahead. Staff is friendly and food is really good. Since the buffet is not expensive they charge a little more for drinks. No big deal, drink a little extra before you go, or just spend the $3 and get a drink.

Very tempting to go there when you walk down the street. The sign says "All you can eat breakfast." We gave it a try, but did not like it.
Very limited options, this is just a bit better than a continental breakfast at a hotel.
Coffee is not included. Also they don't serve water, you have to buy a bottle.

Poor business skills!! I wonder if Head Office knows what’s going on at this location. I’d rather starve then be ripped off by 241 !

From my wife:
I walked in yesterday and asked for a veggie slice. The man behind the counter who
was the manager I believe, put a slice into the oven and I payed by debit after he was done. While I was waiting for the pizza to warm up, I noticed he only had one pair of tongs for the pizza. I asked him if he used a separate one for the veggie slices. He said no I use the same one. I further explained that he should have separate ones as many people who eat pizza are vegetarians. He replied "why should I care?". I walked out of the restaurant to get my husband. When we returned 10 minutes later, another worker said he went out and would be back in 10 minutes. That turned out to be untrue as he was hiding in the back because when we returned to wait in our car behind the restaurant, the man peeked out the door to see if we had left. We went back in and my husband asked him if he uses the same tongs for veggie and meat and his response was "yea so?" He said that there's no law where he has to use separate utensils for veggie from meat, nor did he apoligize for saying "why should I care", nor did he refund us our $3 when we asked. While it may be true that there's no law for that, for the manager to say "why should I care?" like that show's how little they value their customer. I normally don't write such a negative review but I strongly discourage others from going here.

I haven't even tasted it yet, I just order. But I paid $25 for ONE MEDIUM PIZZA! No damn way is that reasonable! It's also TWICE THE PRICE ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE!
If I ever come to Niagara again, I will never be back here!
