The front desk staff were rude and had a poor attitude. We simply asked a question about parking, but they seemed unwilling to help or provide any additional information.
The hotel itself was also very noisy. There was loud party music playing until 3 AM, and construction noise started as early as 6:30 AM, making it impossible to get proper rest.
Additionally, the bathroom ceiling was dripping. We called the front desk and were told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

We loved our stay. Everyone who works here was really nice to use, and we had a great view of the city, which fun to watch the world go by. It is right across the street from China Town, and an easy walk to the Old Port and the water. Highly recommended. :-)
We said “average” amenities because it was average. Nothing over the top, but what we looking for a nice place to stay near the Old Port. We loved it!

The location is excellent. It’s like walking distance to everywhere in downtown. In my three days trip, we barely take any transport when we’re roaming around in downtown area. And the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again next time!!

On Trivago, your hotel shows up when you filter for free parking! Except when you select your room, there's no indication that parking is free. It's only during the reservation process that you mention parking costs $35 + tax. Please change this; I find it unprofessional!
Oh, and please select a better range of beds! The bed had a very deep dip in the middle, it might be broken!

Next to Chinatown and metro station for quick access. Rooms are dirty and there dust in the ceiling just on top of our bed. Cheap, but expect it be old. Good thing, is that it's not that noisy

the room was not as the pictures advertised. the bed was lumpy. I was very disappointed that what was advertised was not what i received. I was also charged for having wifi in the room and was told upon check in that wifi was free.

Offers great Dim Sum, a very popular destination in Chinatown. Often packed on weekends for Dim Sum, this ensure freshness, and shows how many people appreciate the food here!
Equally good is the A la carte dining outside of Dim Sum hours. Portions are generous, and the food delicious. A good selection of most popular Cantonese dishes, as well as some other styles of Chinese cuisine.
Also a popular destination for various banquets, given the size of the restaurant. So be forewarned, don't be surprised to see a large banquet happening here if you show up on a Saturday evening to grab a bite. It sometimes offers some interesting entertainment while you eat!

Neat place for some busy lunchtime dimsum. it was crazy hectic both times I was here, but that didn't slow things down too much. The food was quite good but there were very limited options for vegetarians. If you're a meat-eater, then you should be well-served at least.

Tucked away on a side street, but well worth the visit. Authentic Chinese food. Dim Sum till 10 pm. Come with a Chinese speaking friend, and ask for their Chinese menu. Special bargains there. But even without, the food is good, and the price is even better. If you go while they have some kind of banquet function going on, you can get free entertainment as well! We came for dinner, and had a good time. Hey, Michelin-rated it is not, but if you want unpretentious authentic Chinese food, this is a good spot.

Dishes were dirty, and food wasn't tasty. Waiter asked for a larger tip (were giving about 10% but wanted 15) even though the service wasn't good. Don't even know why we left one.

Acceptable overall. Chicken feet was really not flavourful at all. Other stuff we had (dumplings, ribs, congee, etc) was quite alright. Price was good too, much cheaper than Kim Fung. But I’d say food at the other dim sum place is probably better. The place was a little untidy, but not disgusting. Service is mediocre, but not unacceptable.
