My stay at the Hilton Quebec during my first visit to Quebec City was a fantastic choice. The hotel’s prime location next to the parliament made sightseeing incredibly convenient. Walking to Old Quebec is manageable downhill, though returning uphill can be steep—taxis are readily available for those who prefer.
The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, though I found the concierge service less helpful on one occasion, possibly due to language barriers (I don’t speak French). Nonetheless, the overall service was commendable.
The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Quebec City from the hilltop. The hotel’s game room added a fun touch to the stay, and the on-site restaurant impressed with its delicious offerings. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The view was great! I booked a city view room and the night view was beautiful. We even got to see the sunset as our room faced west! The facilities and service were pretty good, and the staff were very friendly. When we ran out of water, we could just get more from the front desk. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great, probably because our room was close to the elevator.

the room was hot as hell. I set the room at 18 when i got here i stayed 3 days. It never went below 22 we were all suffering from the heat.. Besides that the hotel is pretty good.

Stayed here for the Carnival and 10/10 would recommend. Beautiful room, excellent friendly staff. Great location. The premiums we paid for parking (+valet) were reasonable, considering it is so busy in the area. I can't wait to come back and will remember the hotel as an exceptional one.

Some of the best views of old quebec city. Easy walks to many restaurants. Service has been kind and helpful. The rooms are updated and the beds are comfortable. Heated pool and gym are available.

This Thanksgiving, my friends and I came to Quebec to experience a ******* fairytale, and I specifically booked a corner king room to get a 360-degree, unobstructed view of Quebec City's beauty! It was absolutely worth it! Much more stunning than the regular city view room my friend booked! Especially the moment we watched the sunrise over Quebec in the morning 🌅! Amazing!

We stayed for 3 nights and celebrated New Years. The service and food was perfect. The room was comfortable (with big windows) for our family of 3. We stayed in a room with Parliament view. For New Years Eve we could hear the Electric Music Festival and watch the beautiful midnight fireworks from our window. We danced and celebrated while being warm inside (it was -23°F outside that night). The breakfast in the Executive Lounge with the gorgeous view of the city was wonderful and the variety of food was great. The hotel is perfectly located and walking distance for all the city has to offer. We loved our stay and recommend it 100%. Would stay again someday.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick with almost no waiting. They even let us into our room early, which we really appreciated. The location is also excellent; we could walk to all the attractions. This time we booked an executive room, and the lounge was quite good too.

Walking to Old Quebec from here is effortless. The location is excellent, and the room views are stunning. It offers great value for money. If I ever visit Quebec again, I'd definitely stay at this hotel.

Upon entering, the chef yelled "shut the door", as if I was his staff. I said nothing and kindly shut the door.
We were seated and because of the staff's inflexibility he had us reassigned to another table. Absolutely unexceptable.
The staff is RUDE and unwelcoming. Will never go back here.

2/5. If you are into Moroccan food then it's just an average place with mild flavors and spices. nothing special except I found harira satisfactory. Restaurent closed at 12am and we arrived at 10:30pm, pita pieces was cold dry ..upon asking to warm it a bit, server replied she can't as her chef/boss not allowing it coz restaurent is about to close. We were surprised ..since we already ordered the stuff n were soo famished we had no other choice to sit in n eat. I checked google reviews and prefer this one but i must say the food which they provide not the worth of your money.

We come here everytime we are in Quebec City which is at least twice a year. I can't say enough good things about it. The food it's amazing everytime, the owner is always so friendly and grateful. Will always come back

We had couscous with lamb and Mediterranean salad. Both were delicious. Lamb was very tender (small pieces though), and there were well cooked pieces of veggies (carrots, zucchini, raisin, chickpeas) over the couscous and some lamb broth. The service was very slow, but friendly staff. Meat is halal according to the staff.
