Enjoyed our stay at the Agora Hotel. Staff were great as well as the location.

I stayed for three nights in August 2023, there were a couple of cold nights and the room does not have any type of heating, it does not have air conditioning or stove. In addition, another point to improve are the pillows and bedding, this last point is something easy and cheap to improve.
The personnel is very friendly. The breakfast is correct, not very varied, but meets the price. The hotel is well located, although noise is heard from the nearby premises, the thermopane windows manage to insulate the noise a bit, but in summer with the window closed and without air conditioning I see a not very pleasant stay. Improve these points and you will be a good hotel.

Rooms and bathroom with poor hygiene and no heating, blown hair dryer.

They are old, improved rooms, at least mine was quite comfortable, cozy, never low noise, they have a safe in the room, a minibar to store food, a good idea, the bathroom a little narrow, but it is understandable due to the location.
Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, almost like a homely breakfast, good quantity, 5 slices of bread, cheese and ham, butter, cereal and yogurt, tea and coffee.
Very good and better than other places.
It was on promotion for 40 thousand pesos a night.

A very favorable point is its location, 2 blocks from the waterfront, almost in front of the Viña del Mar casino, excellent for getting to know without having to take transportation.
Very central, by far the most favorable point of the hotel.

I paid 50 thousand for one night, with 10° it is very cold and the room has bad heating (information they gave me at reception), when I call Jorge Arancibia the administrator tells me that for what I am paying I do not have heating and that it is almost a gift the room for 50 thousand; I ask him for a solution for the cold and he charges me an additional 10 thousand for a heater. The bathroom full of fungus. The people at the reception very friendly. I will not go back again.

Highly recommended, with my partner we traveled to the vineyard for a few days and we really liked it, the good reception of the staff stands out, who at all times made us feel in a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel meets the necessary comfort to spend a few good days of rest, around we were able to find everything we needed to eat and drink, facilitating our stay. Cozy room and bed. So I recommend it and I hope we can return soon ✅️🧳
