I checked in on the 28th, but my reservation was made on the 27th. The front desk staff told me that my special offer room didn't include breakfast. However, when I checked my booking confirmation, it clearly stated that two breakfasts were included. This led to me missing out on my rightful breakfast on the morning of the 28th. After realizing the error, I spoke to the front desk again, and this time, the staff member claimed they had told me breakfast was included during check-in. Now we're at a standstill, and I just want a clear resolution. I requested to review the surveillance footage to ascertain the facts, but the front desk kept making excuses, either offering me a HUAZHU Hotel Group membership or stating that only the manager could access the footage. I'm not interested in their excuses; I just want a definitive answer.

First off, I paid for an upgrade at the front desk (though I overheard the next guest getting an upgrade just for a good review, which was a bit annoying). Getting to the seventh floor by elevator, I found two security doors: one leading to a fire exit, and then another to the room corridor. This was really inconvenient. Inside the room, I noticed hair on the bathroom floor, indicating it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The soundproofing was terrible; even with the window closed, I couldn't sleep a wink on the last night due to loud conversations from the next room. During the day, I like to open the window for fresh air, but I found the small ledge below completely covered in cigarette butts. I hope the hotel can clean that up when they have a moment. The service was good, though. Because of the room layout on the 7th floor, hotel staff brought up every single one of my food deliveries. Before I left, my phone died, and the front desk staff kindly charged it for a long time, which I'm very grateful for. However, when I've stayed at other Ji Hotel branches and used the self-service laundry, the staff would fold my clothes and bring them to my room. This time, even after they promised to bring them up on the second day, they didn't. I had to call to remind them, and they only brought them up much later, unfolded. Of course, this is because I'm comparing it to previous experiences, but I'm still thankful they brought them up. There was still some in-stay service, but compared to other HUAZHU hotels I've stayed at (even other branches of the same brand), this one fell quite short.

The transportation around here is quite convenient; it's an 8-minute walk to Jiaomen East subway station. The front desk staff are very welcoming. They even offered warm bottled water when I left, which was a thoughtful touch. The hygiene is good, and the environment is nice.

Bed was very comfortable but the room was tiny! Not much space for bags. Hotel was clean and shower was good. Breakfast wasn’t good and had no coffee at all and hardly any seating. Location is ok with mall and dining place just down the road. Not very close to the train station as name suggests and it’s a little confusing with maps as the address takes you elsewhere sometimes. Would stay again without breakfast for a one night stop.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was immaculately clean, and although I originally booked a 15m² room, the staff graciously upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost, enhancing the comfort of my stay.

The staff's service was good, always friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to the subway and a shopping mall nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its good service and convenience.
