A standard Westin experience, everything was pretty good. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around; it's right by the subway exit. There are also lots of great food options nearby, and a stroll along the Liangma River is very pleasant.

Great location and the room was really nice overall. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional. My only wish is that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied. Hope they continue to improve! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Had a fantastic stay! I mentioned it was my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a cake. I was expecting a small one, but it was a huge fruit cake! The room had a great view too, and plenty of sunshine in the morning. Breakfast was extensive, and the latte was delicious.
