Beijing, 10 North Dongsanhuan Road, Chaoyang (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
verg good hotel right in the heart of beijing near the shopping district of sanlitun. Would definitely reccomend
Can walk to Metro stations within 10 min. Hotel may not be new, but the hardware is well maintained. After checkout, luggage can be temporarily stored at Concierge, whereby space is abundant.
The hotel was supposed to work on its cards closing system every day I had to go to reception 3-4 times to get back to my room because the card only worked once and was very annoying
Good hotel to use the public transpotations
Service, location is fine. Breakfast was too simple for 5 stars
This hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. Exceptional service was not provided and the decoration is everything but modern. The young man that checked us in was friendly but the rest of the reception staff were either on their phone or unapproachable. We had to ask where the pool was situated, surely that should be said upon check-in or indicated somewhere in the hotel. Upon arriving at...

Shangri-La Beijing, Beijing1 / 30

Beijing, 29 Zizhuyuan Road (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This is an old-school five-star hotel with a distinct regal charm. While the style might feel a bit dated, it exudes a sense of grandeur everywhere you look! The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, and the service is excellent. Plus, there's a charming, antiquated courtyard.
When I'm traveling, if I'm ever unsure, I always go for a Shangri-La executive room, and it never disappoints. Shangri-La truly lives up to its name; the facilities are impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail is something you have to see for yourself. We checked in directly at the lounge, where Front Desk staffer Yuan Xiaofan was incredibly welcoming and arranged for an extra bed since we...
The hotel service, as always, was professional and meticulous. The staff were patient, thoughtful, and enthusiastic. Even before check-in, the hotel departments noticed from the booking that there would be children staying, so they decorated the room in a child-friendly way early on, with all sorts of children's amenities readily available, and even bananas among the welcome fruit, which kids love...
The location is great, not far from both bus and subway stations. The hotel itself is very grand, with various sections, and it's a popular choice for many old Beijingers to host wedding banquets. As a long-standing hotel, it boasts an entire back garden, along with options like a Michelin restaurant, a garden bar, and a lobby lounge.
The room was very clean and tidy. Anais provided excellent and enthusiastic service, helping with license plate registration and extending our stay. The executive lounge was as good as ever. I'll definitely be back next time.
The hotel is a bit old and some rooms show their age, but the new wing is much newer. They gave a small gift to my child upon arrival, which was a nice touch. We booked a family room in the new wing, and the complimentary lounge access was a great perk. It was perfect for our little one who eats small meals frequently, as we could grab sandwiches anytime so they wouldn't go hungry. Overall, we had...

Regent Beijing Hotel, Beijing1 / 8

Beijing, Jinbao Street 99, Dongcheng District (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Regent Beijing was my choice, a hidden gem of a luxury hotel in the city center. It's incredibly convenient, right next to the Dengshikou Station exit on Line 5, where you can spot the hotel's side entrance sign. It's also very close to Jinyu Hutong Station on Line 8, making it super easy to get to popular spots like Wangfujing, the Bird's Nest, Temple of Heaven, Lama Temple, Xidan Joy City, and THE...
Location: I was most satisfied with its proximity to Dengshikou subway station – it's incredibly close (in my opinion, for a capital city with lots of traffic control and often no parking near attractions, taking the subway is the most convenient way to get anywhere). The hotel is also very close to Wangfujing, so if you have enough time, you can walk there for a city walk, which is quite enjoyable...
My husband and I stayed in Regent Beijing in mid May 2026 for 4 nights. We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent across all areas—from customer service, front desk to housekeeping. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and very helpful, which made the experience truly enjoyable. A special thanks to the housekeeping team: they found my ring, which I hadn’t realized I had...
The room size was just right, and it truly upheld the quality expected of an established five-star hotel. Many small details were perfectly executed, like the soft, clean, and waterproof mats in front of the sink and toilet. The turndown service was also excellent. Breakfast was varied and featured authentic Beijing specialties; a staff member greeted us at the entrance, guided us to our table, and...
The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation, and the concierge and front desk staff provided great in-person service, which is commendable. However, the online WeChat service from the Regent guest services team was extremely disappointing and disheartening. 1. **Severely delayed service response times.** Upon check-in on the evening of May 2nd, the front desk advised adding...
The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Wangfujing Street and very close to the subway station. It's right in the heart of Beijing, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, the rooms are spotless, and the staff are warm and polite. I'll definitely choose the Regent again next time I'm in Beijing!

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips! The front desk service is consistently excellent 👍 Katherine is always incredibly helpful and enthusiastic! The entire team is wonderful, and I'm sure I'll keep choosing this place.
My experience on this trip was half satisfying, half extremely disappointing. Let's break it down as the platform settings suggest. **Facilities:** Very old and outdated, not at all up to the basic Marriott standard I've experienced elsewhere. The internet was incredibly slow, and the TV was practically useless (I'll elaborate on my TV experience below). **Environment:** The location is decent, with...
Excellent hotel with great facilities and a prime location. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. It's surrounded by famous shopping malls, with both local and international brand stores lining the streets. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is impeccable. It's super convenient to get around, with SKP just a few minutes' walk downstairs. The service is also exceptionally thoughtful.
The service was exceptional, with staff from the front desk to the restaurant offering warm, smiling service. This really shows why staying at a chain hotel is often a better choice—the service quality is consistently high. The location is also fantastic, right next to two large shopping malls.
The hotel's location is great. I booked it for my boss, and he was very satisfied.

Although it's an old house from 1950, it's been maintained remarkably well, and the complete lack of any unpleasant odors is a big plus! However, as an old building, there's no elevator, which can be inconvenient for those with a lot of luggage. Make sure to arrange beforehand for someone to wait downstairs and help you with your bags. Also, a big thank you to Sister Jia Shulan for the complimentary...
The hotel was conveniently located, well maintained, and my room was very clean. I had requested an air purifier beforehand, and it was promptly set up for me.
Great location, and the room was decent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, it's quite expensive. Parking isn't free for guests; it's 8 yuan an hour, and I heard it's 60 yuan for a full day. The mattress was a bit too firm. There's really nothing around the hotel. The hotel's restaurants are super overpriced – 98 for caramelized meatballs, 118 for lamb, and the portions are small...
The room was spacious and bright with a nice view. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very patient during check-in. The hotel has a good location, and this is already my third stay, so I booked it without hesitation this time. 🤝
This hotel's location is perfect for those traveling to Beijing with elderly family members and children. Downstairs, you'll find attractions like the Paleozoological Museum of China (which is open to the public), the main entrance of the Beijing Zoo, the Beijing Planetarium, Old Moscow Restaurant, and the Beijing Exhibition Center. This classic platinum five-star hotel is a favorite of ours. We returned and opted for a suite, which was very comfortable. The service and cleanliness are excellent, and we'll definitely be back.
As a five-star hotel, it absolutely delivered on luxury and offered an amazing experience. The location deserves a special mention – it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Step out of the hotel, and you're right at a shopping mall with so many shopping and dining options it's hard to choose. All your retail...
China World Hotel is truly a perfect hotel! I was so pleasantly surprised to find out it was a filming location for 'The Tale of Rose' after checking in. The environment is elegant and luxurious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable! I'm so satisfied! The lobby also has a stamp for check-ins and sugar painting activities, which all the kids loved!
This old five-star hotel is still well-maintained, but this time, during the May Day holiday, there were so many guests that even the Executive Lounge was packed. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all swamped, which really impacted the stay experience. Also, the food at the Executive Lounge was genuinely subpar, especially the afternoon tea, which has dropped several levels compared to before...
The hotel lobby is still grand and opulent. While the common areas of the hotel feel a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. The breakfast, however, was quite disappointing, much worse than at many other Shangri-La hotels. The live cooking station was a bit dirty, and only offered noodle soup and wontons (which had to be made fresh). For the noodle soup, you could only choose the broth, with no...
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade. The only downside was that without a robot delivery service, takeout couldn't be brought up to the room, so I had to go downstairs to pick it up myself.

Very satisfied with my stay. I was granted an upgrade at check-in. The staff at the East Station were very friendly. There were many restaurant options, and the transportation was convenient.
The hotel's room service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Before arrival, they proactively called to ask about any special room requests. The service at Beijing Hotel was a delightful surprise! The front desk staff proactively double-checked my invoice details during check-out. I accidentally left my diamond ring behind, and Jia Yuxin went above and beyond by contacting me and arranging for it to be couriered to my home. I was incredibly touched by their kindness.
Every time I visit Beijing, I always prefer to stay at the Beijing Hotel. The location is superb, and parking is cheaper than the surrounding major hotels, at 60 RMB per day. For non-guests, it's 16 RMB per hour. The service and hygiene are impeccable, but the facilities are really dated. The main control for everything is this old, rusty box next to the bed. Pros: Excellent location, right next to a subway entrance, and behind Wangfujing Street. Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are within walking distance. The Beijing Hotel truly lives up to its reputation. The room was incredibly clean, very spacious, and they even upgraded us for free to a higher floor room, just as we requested for a south-facing view. The room facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent, super close to watch the flag-raising ceremony, the National Museum, and the Forbidden City. The service was also quite good, and feedback was handled promptly. The rooms are spacious, and the beds in the twin rooms are relatively large.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and although the facilities were a bit dated, the service was good; staff were quick to address any requests. The entire hotel environment is elegant, showcasing the grand luxury of a century-old establishment. The bedding could be improved. Having stayed in countless hotels, this time my main impression was that the hardware has significantly deteriorated. Nice location in Beijing Centre , the subway is super near ,the pool is nice and clean ,less people Air conditioners are too high The room is so big ,but view is nice
The subway is right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and high-quality. The staff were friendly and very professional; any issues I brought up were quickly responded to and resolved! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Beijing for a business trip.
The hotel is right outside the subway exit, about a 30-minute subway ride from Beijing South Station, so the transportation is super convenient. Poly Theatre is just across the street, making it a prime choice if you're attending a show. The environment is great, the service is excellent, and there are many restaurants nearby. Guijie (Ghost Street) is also only about a 15-minute drive away. Overall...
The room isn't huge, but it has a nice feel to it and is very cozy and comfortable. It even comes with an air purifier. We also received complimentary welcome fruit and snacks upon check-in. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall service was excellent. Tammy from the hotel handled the entire process from the moment we booked and checked in with us over our two-day stay to ensure our needs...
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway entrance, making travel incredibly convenient. There's also a wide variety of restaurants nearby. We walked for about 10 minutes to a Siji Minfu restaurant, where we had already gotten a number online. This saved us the hassle of waiting in line when we arrived! It's also not far from Guijie Street and Tiananmen Square. The room itself is...
An established grand hotel with a nice ambiance. The breakfast isn't really worth it if you have to pay extra.

Pretty good! While it's not super new, the room facilities are quite complete and the service is decent. The pool is especially nice – big enough and warm.
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for both driving and taking the subway. It's about a 20-minute drive to most major attractions and very close to Capital Airport. Service: For a five-star standard, the service is truly exceptional. Our dedicated butler, Anna, proactively added us on WeChat during check-in, and we could reach out to her with any questions at any time. The executive...
Service was absolutely perfect 💯, super satisfied 👍! The dining experience at the third-floor Tang Palace was also 100%, truly unforgettable. This was my second time staying at a five-star hotel. A big thank you to Anna AnnaZ, the Crowne Plaza Guest Relations Officer, for her excellent care. I will definitely be back. Here, I marveled at the comfort and wonderfulness of staying in a high-end hotel...
This hotel's location is quite convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the bedding was comfortable, so I had a really peaceful night's rest. Anna at the front desk was warm and attentive; the check-in process was super quick, and she was very responsive to any guest needs. The facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, pool, and spa all meeting...
I frequently stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido. Jennifer's service is always so warm and attentive. She called me in advance to arrange my room and even prepared the latex pillow I usually sleep with. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are quite comprehensive. The hotel environment is also excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Supplies were replenished quickly. Jennifer's service was excellent; she upgraded our room for free and patiently answered all our questions. Highly recommended! Love it 💕

I always choose to stay here when I'm attending a concert. It's so convenient, and the overall experience is great. The room is clean and tidy, breakfast is plentiful, and the service is warm and friendly.
This is my second review. It's the top choice for concerts at the Bird's Nest. The hotel's location, room facilities, and room service completely meet my needs and brand standards. Thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk for the room upgrade! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I go to the Bird's Nest, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.
This is my third or fourth year in a row staying here in May, and it's super convenient for concerts – just a 10-minute walk. Manager Chen at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and even gave us free breakfast, though I was too tired to wake up after staying out late. After the concert, we had hotpot right next door upstairs; everything was just perfect. Looking forward to my next stay!
A 10-minute walk from the Bird's Nest. The cleaning lady was prompt and enthusiastic with her cleaning, and the concierge could receive packages for me.
I chose this hotel for a concert, and it was super convenient to walk to the Bird's Nest. The hotel's common areas and room layout were pretty standard, but the breakfast selection was quite varied.
Came to Beijing for Mayday's 5525+2 concert at the Bird's Nest. Facilities: Everything you need is provided. Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Environment: It's right across from the Bird's Nest, but surprisingly quiet. Excellent! If I come back to the Bird's Nest for another concert, I'd definitely choose this place again.
