Beijing, No.10 East 3rd ring north road (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
verg good hotel right in the heart of beijing near the shopping district of sanlitun. Would definitely reccomend
Can walk to Metro stations within 10 min. Hotel may not be new, but the hardware is well maintained. After checkout, luggage can be temporarily stored at Concierge, whereby space is abundant.
The hotel was supposed to work on its cards closing system every day I had to go to reception 3-4 times to get back to my room because the card only worked once and was very annoying
Good hotel to use the public transpotations
Service, location is fine. Breakfast was too simple for 5 stars
This hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. Exceptional service was not provided and the decoration is everything but modern. The young man that checked us in was friendly but the rest of the reception staff were either on their phone or unapproachable. We had to ask where the pool was situated, surely that should be said upon check-in or indicated somewhere in the hotel. Upon arriving at...

The location is perfect, convenient for both transportation and shopping.
Always a satisfying stay! The hotel is located in the most bustling and convenient area of Beijing, with shopping and dining right at your doorstep. The room facilities are complete, and the bedding is comfortable. The turndown service every night is fantastic. All the staff I encountered were warm and polite. The hotel pool is clean and beautiful, and it even has a hot tub. Marriott is always my first...
Stayed here for New Year's Eve in Beijing. The hotel is conveniently located right across from a shopping mall. The room was spacious, and the facilities were great. They even sent up some fruit after check-in. My only complaint is that check-in at the front desk took a really long time; I had to wait in line for quite a while.
I have to commend the service! From check-in to check-out, they helped with luggage and were attentive throughout. The room's bedding was comfortable, and breakfast included freshly made snacks. The concierge, Alice, provided excellent service. It was a warm and reassuring stay~ A truly satisfactory experience.
The room, while not large, was of high quality. The front desk service was professional and very friendly. The lobby was quite upscale, and the location is very close to China World Mall. It's within walking distance to many dining options. Overall, I'm satisfied and would stay here again.
The location is better than most hotels. After checking out, I asked June for directions to a convenience store. She was very patient and gave us clear instructions on how to get there, saying it was just a few minutes' walk. Her service was excellent, very enthusiastic and confident, with a warm and incredibly sweet smile.

Here, Anya and Chris graciously helped me unwind from my exhaustion. It's more than just a place to rest; it's like a re-energizing station. They offer a wonderful array of cookies, pastries, light bites, and salads at the Guest Lounge buffet tea break, which includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruits, desserts, cookies, and light salads. The location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall...
I have to commend the hotel on the meticulous details! They provide high-quality tea bags and coffee. The shower has excellent water pressure, which is consistent and heats up instantly. These seemingly small details collectively created an extremely comfortable stay, clearly showing Anya and Chris's thoughtfulness and care.
This spacious apartment-style room, at 60 square meters, was incredibly comfortable and fantastic! The service was excellent, and the reception was very welcoming. The location is super convenient, with the subway right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's tropical pool and the views from the room are unbeatable – every photo you take will look like it's from a magazine. Special thanks...
This is a high-spec hotel, with many international guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The facilities were new, and the linens were of good quality. The location is excellent, just a little over a 10-minute walk to Tiananmen Square. The service was top-notch; they even helped me find the 'Temple of Heaven' themed cake I really wanted, which was incredibly thoughtful
The hotel environment is great, the location is excellent and convenient for getting around, and the service is spot on. The front desk lady was so thoughtful, arranging an upgrade and bathtub disinfection in advance based on my order notes! Our room for the extended stay was cleaned immaculately. The food voucher we received allowed us to order pasta for a late-night snack, which my child loved! But...
The crystal chandeliers in the lobby were dazzling, making the check-in experience feel truly grand. Amy at the front desk was fluent in both Chinese and English, and handled issues decisively. She made my late check-out request a breeze. During my stay, she even messaged me about changes in the weather, reminding me to dress warmly. Such thoughtful service in such an elegant setting is truly rare

Coming to Beijing for Chinese New Year? Staying here is a great choice! This is likely the only Regent in Beijing, and its location is prime, right near the Wangfujing commercial district. It's super convenient for exploring Wangfujing or the Forbidden City, and there's a direct subway connection nearby. Regent's service has always been excellent. First, a big thanks to Bianca Hong for handling my...
The facilities are a bit old, especially the shower. The water pressure isn't great, and there's nowhere to put your toiletries. The shower curtain was broken, so you could see right in from the outside. However, the location is excellent, and the service is good. The room gets amazing natural light; in the afternoon, the whole room is filled with sunshine, and you can even open the window, which is...
Facilities: The facilities have a classic, old-school charm and feel very high-quality. Cleanliness: It was clean and hygienic. Environment: The lobby is very grand, and the New Year decorations created a great atmosphere. Service: Elena and Shirley at the front desk provided excellent service.
The room was comfortable and the service was satisfactory. Please credit my member points, thank you.
The hotel's location is excellent, right by Subway Line 5. The service is great, and the breakfast spread is generous. It's also just a few hundred meters walk to Wangfujing.
The so-called Forbidden City view was an absolute scam. I booked two rooms with my child, and they weren't even on the same floor. They claimed they upgraded one room because we had a child. When I expressed dissatisfaction about the 'view room' having no view, the lobby manager didn't show her face at all, was arrogant, and even said if I wasn't happy, they could cancel the upgrade. How strange, I...

Big thanks to Rena from the service center for all her help! Special thanks to Manager Wang at the front desk! They kindly upgraded our room to a new wing. The room layout in the new wing is excellent and perfect for a relaxing stay. I saw some reviews before saying this hotel was very old, but when I checked in, it felt quite new. The room was also spacious and clean, and the temperature felt just right – not as unbearably hot as some other travelers mentioned online, and it seemed adjustable. The staff were all very professional and nice. A really great experience overall!
Great location and the staff are incredibly friendly. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained! I've stayed here multiple times and always have a good experience!
Very very very old 5 star hotel. Need renovation!! Breakfast like in 3 star hotel
The hotel is not new but it I slept in very good shape. The rooms are good sized and well furnished. The breakfast was good. One minus point for us was, that the advertised halal restaurant does not exist anymore. But they have halal food options at the buffets.
I rarely leave reviews, but this time I really couldn't help myself. First off, the number of disposable items you get seems to depend on what the previous guest left behind. Secondly, most hotels don't clean a room on the day of check-out until after the guest has left, but this place is different. They do a universal clean in the morning, which meant that when I checked in, I found a toothbrush cup...

My friend was very satisfied. The environment is great, the transportation is convenient, and the service is excellent.
This hotel is located in Beijing's central CBD, the Guomao area. It's super convenient to get around with Guomao Station (Subway Lines 1 and 10) right there, and you can walk straight to Guomao Mall, which has tons of shopping, dining, and a cinema. The lobby has a strong traditional Chinese imperial style, with deep red lacquered pillars and a golden leaf dome that's very distinctive.
I'm a bit confused. Do I have to pay extra just to chat with the Concierge in the Club Lounge? I saw that arrogant manager circling my table during dinner, greeting everyone else but completely ignoring me. I won't be staying at this hotel again. I used to like it a few years ago, but not anymore. I can really see it's aged, and only its location saves it. The room was incredibly hot with no fresh air. The first day was acceptable, but...
The hotel is located in the CBD, very close to the CCTV Tower. The room offers a city view, which is visible from both the main room and the bathroom – quite nice at night. Andy at the front desk was incredibly warm, attentive, and responded promptly to all our needs. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He's, without a doubt, the most considerate front desk staff I've ever encountered. Our experience was truly fantastic!

The room was spacious and very clean. All the amenities were complete, including a refrigerator. I highly recommend staying here! It's also very close to the subway station. I'll definitely be back!
It's a pretty standard, older hotel. The facilities are seriously outdated. The closet light wouldn't turn off all night; I called the front desk and they said it would turn off eventually, but it stayed on until morning. Hilton is always my first choice because of brand trust. This time, I really hit a snag. I regretted it the moment I pulled up to the entrance. The location is quite convenient, and I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of the environment. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
Great stay, staff were very friendly, and the room was excellent. I'll definitely come back next time! It was very quiet, and the bathtub worked perfectly.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were all very professional. Tiffany and Coco at the front desk helped me get a room with a great view and even arranged a late check-out, which I really appreciated.
My patience completely ran out after dealing with the check-in for the first room, then the second – how can a 'five-star' hotel front desk be so torturous to guests? I had planned a relaxing weekend with my elderly parents and children, but instead, I endured a humiliating check-in process at your hotel's front desk. No matter how good the facilities are, they can't make up for the damage caused...

Exceptional birthday stay with just one minor suggestion! The Westin is truly the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and featured the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The location is unbeatable, and the view from our room was simply spectacular. What made our stay truly memorable was how accommodating the staff were for my birthday. They went above and beyond...
A standard Westin experience, everything was pretty good. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around; it's right by the subway exit. There are also lots of great food options nearby, and a stroll along the Liangma River is very pleasant.
The hotel's location is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. The night view is also beautiful.
Stayed there since 2008 and always my fav place to visit from days to week. And next year their brand will change so enjoy
I was planning a Christmas holiday getaway, but to my surprise, the hotel was undergoing renovations. There was no prior notice when I booked, and I couldn't cancel. The hotel service was quite good though; they upgraded me to a room with a view, where I could see half of the city center. The location is also pretty good, with lots of fun things to do nearby. I had a great time on Christmas Eve. But...
This Christmas, I took my kids to Beijing and specifically booked a hotel near my husband's old company. Instead of their corporate-contracted hotel, I chose a Westin under Marriott, and this time, the experience was really disappointing! The room facilities were outdated. I booked a triple room, but it was just two double beds with a small cot crammed between the desk and the dryer! Basically, we...

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making transportation super convenient. It's right next to the Financial Street business district and also very close to the high-speed train station! The rooms are clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Plus, Catherine, Amy, and Grace provided thoughtful and attentive service with a warm attitude...
Diana Song provided excellent service, arranging a great room for me and offering recommendations for dining and attractions nearby. Seriously, if you're ever here, just ask for her. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Very great, best
Guest Relations Grace provided excellent service, and the room was clean and tidy.
Great location and the room was really nice overall. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional. My only wish is that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied. Hope they continue to improve! I'll definitely stay here again next time.
Traveling to Beijing with my child again, we stayed at the Westin Financial Street. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel's location is convenient for visiting places like the Forbidden City, the National Museum, and the Military Museum – taxis are readily available. What really stood out was how warm and attentive all the staff were, from the housekeeping team to the restaurant servers. A special...
Had a fantastic stay! I mentioned it was my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a cake. I was expecting a small one, but it was a huge fruit cake! The room had a great view too, and plenty of sunshine in the morning. Breakfast was extensive, and the latte was delicious.
