Service: Excellent, will definitely come again.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the sink and bathroom were spotless. Overall, it was very good.
Environment: The hotel is generally nice. Located at an intersection, it's easy to find. There's also street parking and plenty of nearby dining options, making it very convenient.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even upgraded our room to a small terrace where we could sit and watch the traffic.
2. The central air conditioning was blowing directly onto the bed, with no sleep mode, only cooling or heating. Without the air conditioner on, the room was incredibly hot, and with it on, I nearly died from the heat all night.
3. The price was randomly changed. I had just booked the room, checked in, and entered the room, only to discover a significant price increase. Ctrip's feedback was normal and handled the situation appropriately, but the hotel was far worse. There was no service at all, and they simply said they had checked me in.
I rarely give negative reviews, but this one was enough.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Convenient transportation, many good restaurants nearby.
Service: Sakura's service was excellent and patient.
