Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Staff are very willing to help with directions or queries you have. Not all staff speak English but they will usually find someone who does

Very satisfied, good hygiene, convenient transportation, and the nearby Chang'an Shopping Mall has supermarkets and restaurants. The lobby is comfortable and has a rest area.

Halls are available for conducting meetings. Bar rooms, dining halls are extraordinary

Can walk to Metro stations within 10 min. Hotel may not be new, but the hardware is well maintained. After checkout, luggage can be temporarily stored at Concierge, whereby space is abundant.

The front desk staff handled check-in with great enthusiasm and thoughtfulness, especially Xiao Zhai. Seeing that we had a child with us, she promptly upgraded our room. All our requests were handled very efficiently

The environment: This time I booked an inner-facing room. The window overlooked the ground floor restaurant, so I couldn't open it, and there was an odor in the room. The room was also smaller than before

The temperature in the room felt well above 25°C, and we couldn't get it to cool down properly. That said, it might have been our fault, perhaps, we just didn't understand how the system works

When my child accidentally left a toy in the hotel, the lobby manager immediately arranged for staff to search for it after receiving our call and gave us timely feedback once it was found

Environment: The hotel's environment is also good, and the transportation is very convenient. The subway entrance is right outside the hotel lobby, making it super easy to get around

The two major brand hotels near the airport are quite old by now. They've each found different ways to cut costs. After closing the lounge, the food quality here declined for a while, but thankfully it has now recovered

Close to the airport, and you can book a shuttle bus, which is very convenient. The room was clean, facilities were in good condition, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. Breakfast also met expectations

I stayed here during a transit in Beijing Airport. Hotel is nice and roomy. Club lounge is wonderful. As a Spire member I got club lounge access automatically. I highly recommend this place.

Regent Beijing was my choice, a hidden gem of a luxury hotel in the city center. It's incredibly convenient, right next to the Dengshikou Station exit on Line 5, where you can spot the hotel's side entrance sign

It's also very close to Jinyu Hutong Station on Line 8, making it super easy to get to popular spots like Wangfujing, the Bird's Nest, Temple of Heaven, Lama Temple, Xidan Joy City, and THE BOX
