The location is perfect, convenient for both transportation and shopping.
Always a satisfying stay! The hotel is located in the most bustling and convenient area of Beijing, with shopping and dining right at your doorstep. The room facilities are complete, and the bedding is comfortable. The turndown service every night is fantastic. All the staff I encountered were warm and polite. The hotel pool is clean and beautiful, and it even has a hot tub. Marriott is always my first...
Stayed here for New Year's Eve in Beijing. The hotel is conveniently located right across from a shopping mall. The room was spacious, and the facilities were great. They even sent up some fruit after check-in. My only complaint is that check-in at the front desk took a really long time; I had to wait in line for quite a while.
I have to commend the service! From check-in to check-out, they helped with luggage and were attentive throughout. The room's bedding was comfortable, and breakfast included freshly made snacks. The concierge, Alice, provided excellent service. It was a warm and reassuring stay~ A truly satisfactory experience.
The room, while not large, was of high quality. The front desk service was professional and very friendly. The lobby was quite upscale, and the location is very close to China World Mall. It's within walking distance to many dining options. Overall, I'm satisfied and would stay here again.
The location is better than most hotels. After checking out, I asked June for directions to a convenience store. She was very patient and gave us clear instructions on how to get there, saying it was just a few minutes' walk. Her service was excellent, very enthusiastic and confident, with a warm and incredibly sweet smile.

Here, Anya and Chris graciously helped me unwind from my exhaustion. It's more than just a place to rest; it's like a re-energizing station. They offer a wonderful array of cookies, pastries, light bites, and salads at the Guest Lounge buffet tea break, which includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruits, desserts, cookies, and light salads. The location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall...
I have to commend the hotel on the meticulous details! They provide high-quality tea bags and coffee. The shower has excellent water pressure, which is consistent and heats up instantly. These seemingly small details collectively created an extremely comfortable stay, clearly showing Anya and Chris's thoughtfulness and care.
This spacious apartment-style room, at 60 square meters, was incredibly comfortable and fantastic! The service was excellent, and the reception was very welcoming. The location is super convenient, with the subway right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's tropical pool and the views from the room are unbeatable – every photo you take will look like it's from a magazine. Special thanks...
This is a high-spec hotel, with many international guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The facilities were new, and the linens were of good quality. The location is excellent, just a little over a 10-minute walk to Tiananmen Square. The service was top-notch; they even helped me find the 'Temple of Heaven' themed cake I really wanted, which was incredibly thoughtful
The hotel environment is great, the location is excellent and convenient for getting around, and the service is spot on. The front desk lady was so thoughtful, arranging an upgrade and bathtub disinfection in advance based on my order notes! Our room for the extended stay was cleaned immaculately. The food voucher we received allowed us to order pasta for a late-night snack, which my child loved! But...
The crystal chandeliers in the lobby were dazzling, making the check-in experience feel truly grand. Amy at the front desk was fluent in both Chinese and English, and handled issues decisively. She made my late check-out request a breeze. During my stay, she even messaged me about changes in the weather, reminding me to dress warmly. Such thoughtful service in such an elegant setting is truly rare

Coming to Beijing for Chinese New Year? Staying here is a great choice! This is likely the only Regent in Beijing, and its location is prime, right near the Wangfujing commercial district. It's super convenient for exploring Wangfujing or the Forbidden City, and there's a direct subway connection nearby. Regent's service has always been excellent. First, a big thanks to Bianca Hong for handling my...
The facilities are a bit old, especially the shower. The water pressure isn't great, and there's nowhere to put your toiletries. The shower curtain was broken, so you could see right in from the outside. However, the location is excellent, and the service is good. The room gets amazing natural light; in the afternoon, the whole room is filled with sunshine, and you can even open the window, which is...
Facilities: The facilities have a classic, old-school charm and feel very high-quality. Cleanliness: It was clean and hygienic. Environment: The lobby is very grand, and the New Year decorations created a great atmosphere. Service: Elena and Shirley at the front desk provided excellent service.
The room was comfortable and the service was satisfactory. Please credit my member points, thank you.
The hotel's location is excellent, right by Subway Line 5. The service is great, and the breakfast spread is generous. It's also just a few hundred meters walk to Wangfujing.
The so-called Forbidden City view was an absolute scam. I booked two rooms with my child, and they weren't even on the same floor. They claimed they upgraded one room because we had a child. When I expressed dissatisfaction about the 'view room' having no view, the lobby manager didn't show her face at all, was arrogant, and even said if I wasn't happy, they could cancel the upgrade. How strange, I...

I booked two rooms and Shao Yang at the front desk helped us check in. The rooms were upgraded and we even received a complimentary fruit platter. Shao Yang was very attentive and thoughtful. We really liked both rooms. The lobby is very spacious, and Shao Yang's warm service particularly impressed me. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. I really like Shao Yang! Alice from Shangri-La Beijing is absolutely amazing! She proactively called us before check-in, and even arranged a lovely setup for our wedding anniversary. Big thanks to Rena from the service center for all her help! I felt completely at ease leaving everything in her hands, from booking the room to pre-payment and even getting my invoice after check-out. It was a seamless, one-stop service that was incredibly thoughtful and thorough. I didn't have to worry about a thing! I'll definitely be reaching out to her again. [Heart emoji]
Special thanks to Manager Wang at the front desk! They kindly upgraded our room to a new wing. The room layout in the new wing is excellent and perfect for a relaxing stay. This is a well-established hotel, and their service is definitely their strong suit – throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and made us feel right at home.

I won't be staying at this hotel again. I used to like it a few years ago, but not anymore. I can really see it's aged, and only its location saves it. The room was incredibly hot with no fresh air. The toilet barely flushed, and the water pressure in the sink was very low. Plus, for some unknown reason, for two days there was a man staring at the floor on our floor. The first day was acceptable, but...
The hotel is located in the CBD, very close to the CCTV Tower. The room offers a city view, which is visible from both the main room and the bathroom – quite nice at night. The room, decorated in a new Chinese style, is a good size at over 40 square meters, though the furniture is a bit dated. When we checked in, my friend had a bit of a disagreement with the front desk staff that wasn't resolved well...
Andy at the front desk was incredibly warm, attentive, and responded promptly to all our needs. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He's, without a doubt, the most considerate front desk staff I've ever encountered. Our experience was truly fantastic!
The hotel's location is excellent, with the subway right at the doorstep and an unbeatable view from the window 🤩. The room itself is very spacious with great natural light, and the bedding and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. A very satisfying experience overall ☺️☺️
The room was spacious and very clean. All the amenities were complete, including a refrigerator. I highly recommend staying here! It's also very close to the subway station. I'll definitely be back!
It's a pretty standard, older hotel. The facilities are seriously outdated. The closet light wouldn't turn off all night; I called the front desk and they said it would turn off eventually, but it stayed on until morning. Oh well, it's in Guomao and cost over 900 a night, what more can I expect? That's just how Beijing is. The bedding was quite comfortable though, and the lobby was definitely the most...
The friendly staff, comprised of excellent professionals who know their job well, have earned nothing but my respect. They cleaned every day, replenished water, and took out the trash. The environment is comfortable and quiet, the front desk service is attentive, and the transportation is convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied. They even gave me a teddy bear when I checked out 🧸. I highly recommend staying here.
Great value for money, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is good. Although the meals are simple, they're quite convenient. The location isn't far, but Beijing traffic is truly something else, haha. I'd definitely come back again.

Hilton is always my first choice because of brand trust. This time, I really hit a snag. I regretted it the moment I pulled up to the entrance. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was huge, and the hotel overall felt quite new. It was convenient for visiting clients, and close to Xuanwumen subway station. There's also a great old braised offal restaurant nearby.
The location is quite convenient, and I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness of the environment. The executive lounge offers excellent service, and the dining is good (it would be even more perfect if breakfast included some freshly made noodles or other local dishes). Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
Great stay, staff were very friendly, and the room was excellent. I'll definitely come back next time! It was very quiet, and the bathtub worked perfectly.
The room was very comfortable and the hotel's location was great. However, the breakfast selection could be improved.
The hotel is a bit old, but the room is quite spacious with decent basic amenities. The orientation isn't great, making it a bit dark in winter. The front desk service was good. It's not far from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, and about fifteen minutes from Beijing North Railway Station.
The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, making travel easy. There's a mall nearby with many restaurants. The beds are large, very spacious for sleeping with children. I have to say, Crowne Plaza Kunming New Asia is truly an amazing hotel! It was by chance that I booked this place, and from my initial call to confirm the room to check-in, from the comfort of the room to the Executive Lounge afternoon tea, from the hotel's pool and gym to the relaxing spa treatments, from the lavish breakfast buffet to the unlimited lobster dinner buffet on the first floor, and even...

You can't go wrong choosing the Crowne Plaza Kunming New Asia, even with your eyes closed. The service and cleanliness, especially, are impeccable. Truly outstanding. There are also plenty of opportunities for room upgrades, and the staff are usually happy to oblige.
Everything else was good, but there's an open-air walkway between the pool and the hotel. The draft was quite strong, and it got a bit chilly walking in a bathrobe. I've already booked it again for my next business trip. The executive lounge was decent too.

Stayed there since 2008 and always my fav place to visit from days to week. And next year their brand will change so enjoy
I was planning a Christmas holiday getaway, but to my surprise, the hotel was undergoing renovations. There was no prior notice when I booked, and I couldn't cancel. This Christmas, I took my kids to Beijing and specifically booked a hotel near my husband's old company. The hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location is super convenient, really close to Jianguomen and Beijing Railway Stations. The room was spacious, and there's even a swimming pool. The view is absolutely stunning, you can even see the China Zun!
Very good, quite nice. The hotel is right next to Beijing Railway Station, which is super convenient. It used to be the Beijing Marriott, so the facilities and everything are great, but the decor is typical dark wood from the 2000s.

The glass top of the indoor tripod coffee table was loose, causing it to tip over and a child to hit their head on the flipped glass, resulting in a large bump. It was a perfect one night stay! I booked only in the morning and put a special request for a birthday surprise, I didn’t expect such a fast response and the bedroom had special lights, flowers and balloons. Thank you!!! Front desk Tom Lu and housekeeper 王晋萍 are very helpful and respectful. As a frequent traveler, I feel this hotel overall delivers a five-star experience defined by thoughtful service, excellent sleep quality, and a refined atmosphere. I would surely return and recommend it to travelers who value consistency and luxury.
I booked a room at your hotel and paid two days in advance. However, this stay was severely below the service standards expected of an international brand. Here are the specific issues: Firstly, the professional conduct of your staff is concerning. When I arrived early to complete the prepayment process, the front desk staff treated me with a cold attitude and eye-rolls, seemingly because of my simple...
This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. Although it's an older property, you can still see the excellent standards of a classic five-star hotel everywhere. The hygiene is outstanding, and the bedding is clean and soft. The front desk staff were also very nice and proactive in helping me resolve issues 💝. I was very satisfied with my...
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, just 500 meters away. The interior decoration is luxurious, it's clean and hygienic, and the staff are warm and attentive. It's a fantastic choice for any trip.
Very nice hotel and very clean! All the staff and the workers who worked inside for giving the best services! Special thanks to He Cui Xia, one of the housekeeper for tidying up my room very clean and tidy! Very satisfied with how the hotel is!
Nice hotel. Great service. Nice cafe/coffee shop desert spot that stayed open late.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite must-praise. Even a standard room is 50 square meters, which is incredibly rare in Beijing; the spaciousness made for a very comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, and I want to specifically commend Ella. Before I even arrived, she arranged for my pre-sent package to be delivered to my room, making the entire process effortless...
The concierge service at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful! Leah handled the check-in process efficiently, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage, introduced the hotel facilities, and patiently recommended local attractions and delicious food. Their attitude was gentle and enthusiastic, with attention to detail evident in everything they did. Our stay was fantastic!
This was my second stay at this hotel and it was great! Leah checked me in this time, and she was not only efficient but also proactively helped me get a quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is clean and tidy, the bedding is spotless, and the environment is refreshing. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the subway station. Overall, the experience...
A friend of mine stayed here before and said it was okay, so I didn't hesitate too much to book it. When I arrived, I found it was indeed pretty good. You can tell the rooms have seen better days, but they're not unbearable and didn't bother me. The soundproofing here is excellent, much better than other places I've stayed. Ella provided great service, but I wish there were better parking discounts
The room was spacious and bright, and the surrounding transportation was convenient, only a ten-minute walk from Metro Line 1 and Line 2. It was very easy to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum. If you want to watch the flag-raising ceremony in the morning, you can get to Tiananmen by shared bike in about ten minutes. The hotel service was excellent. After a long...
Miya at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive, very polite and efficient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and all in good working order. Plus, the location offers convenient transportation. It's excellent value for money, and my overall experience was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The hygiene was so-so, and the facilities were quite old, but the environment was decent and the service was warm.
I stayed here once last year, and this is my second time. I came to Beijing for an exhibition this time and found the location great; it's convenient to get a taxi anywhere. Although the room decor is a bit old-fashioned, the amenities are quite complete.
This hotel has a lot of character and a classic feel. It's incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the subway exit. I'm so used to seeing skyscrapers that I almost walked past it – didn't even notice it until I was right on top of it! They have a really great value buffet for lunch, and for other meals, they offer takeout. The hotel even has a dedicated pickup point for food deliveries right...
My friend and I visited Beijing in mid-to-late November. This is an older, established hotel, very close to Exit B of Subway Line 1. It's about a 2-minute walk straight ahead to the left after exiting the subway, and there's an escalator – definitely appreciate those on the Beijing subway! Don't use Exit B1, as it leads directly onto a road, and you have to cross a non-motorized vehicle lane, which...
Overall, it's an older hotel, but the service is excellent. The environment is a bit limited but acceptable. For kids' toothbrushes and slippers, you need to request them separately from the front desk. The hairdryer is quite weak, and there are no shower slippers in the bathroom, which I hope they can improve.
The hygiene and location are good, and there were no issues with the service. However, the hotel facilities are really old, giving off a vibe from the last century. For a hotel at this price point, I really can't understand this level of hardware.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and overall had a mixed experience. The property itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were beautifully arranged, neat, and comfortable. Room service was also impressive. However, a few areas need serious improvement. The check-in and check-out process was unusually slow, which felt quite inconvenient after a long journey. The reception staff struggled...
the cleaners were nice, rooms were tidy too, but i suggest having more toiletries like shower caps or cotton buds the check-in and check-out progress were bad, took so long, and the receptionists were unfriendly.
The staff is very courteous and helpful. The lobby is large and upscale. The room was nice but a little worn. I guess that should be expected. They have a spa and a fitness center that looked nice but I did not use them. I did use the pool which was spacious and clean. There are a number of shops down the hallway toward the pool/fitness center, mostly clothing. What I got for what I paid was well worth...
The rooms are for the most part clean but a bit run down. There's quite a bit of noise from the aircon units and loud bangs when neighboring doors slam shut. That said, this is my go-to hotel when in Beijing and having spend well over 50 nights here the last year, I tend to come back every month for the selection of different restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The gym is average, but for some reason...
Very convenience rooms, great location , friendly staff in best price! highly recommended in Beijing.
Very nice place to stey and ameneties are better than the European Hotels. They provide varoius dishes from other countries in Buffet breakfat.. The staff is very cordiall but difficult to find English Speaking Staff. AC temp is fixed.
