Can walk to Metro stations within 10 min. Hotel may not be new, but the hardware is well maintained. After checkout, luggage can be temporarily stored at Concierge, whereby space is abundant.

We had to ask where the pool was situated, surely that should be said upon check-in or indicated somewhere in the hotel

Although check-in was a bit of a long wait, the check-in desk staff member was very welcoming, offered a better room with a nice view and even gave a little discount on payment! Food options limited as the restaurants in the hotel were closed, so was the hair salon

Convenient location for the Lufthansa commercial area. We were upgraded to a very nice corner room with stunning view. Staff was polite and professional. All overall a pleasant experience!

The room's AC couldn't be set to cool in winter; you could only set the fan to the lowest setting. Coming into the room from outside, it was really hot, which wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was perfectly fine

Coming to Beijing for Chinese New Year? Staying here is a great choice! This is likely the only Regent in Beijing, and its location is prime, right near the Wangfujing commercial district

The hotel's location is excellent, right by Subway Line 5. The service is great, and the breakfast spread is generous. It's also just a few hundred meters walk to Wangfujing.

The duty manager, to express their apology, immediately brought a small gift (DoubleTree by Hilton chocolate chip cookies) to the room for my child, helped us change rooms, upgraded us to a suite, and even provided breakfast for the next three days

Everything else was good, but there's an open-air walkway between the pool and the hotel. The draft was quite strong, and it got a bit chilly walking in a bathrobe. I've already booked it again for my next business trip

The Changfu Gong Hotel in Beijing has a great overall ambiance and a very convenient location, just a short walk from the subway station. The front desk staff are friendly and provide excellent service

Outside, you have a view of the Liangma River, and the scenery is beautiful. People were swimming and kayaking in the river, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast spread was extensive
