The highlight was the pool :) Comfy bed with decent room amenities
Can walk to Metro stations within 10 min. Hotel may not be new, but the hardware is well maintained. After checkout, luggage can be temporarily stored at Concierge, whereby space is abundant.
We had to ask where the pool was situated, surely that should be said upon check-in or indicated somewhere in the hotel
Although check-in was a bit of a long wait, the check-in desk staff member was very welcoming, offered a better room with a nice view and even gave a little discount on payment! Food options limited as the restaurants in the hotel were closed, so was the hair salon
Convenient location for the Lufthansa commercial area. We were upgraded to a very nice corner room with stunning view.
Staff was polite and professional.
All overall a pleasant experience!
verg good hotel right in the heart of beijing near the shopping district of sanlitun. Would definitely reccomend

Always a satisfying stay! The hotel is located in the most bustling and convenient area of Beijing, with shopping and dining right at your doorstep. The room facilities are complete, and the bedding is comfortable
The turndown service every night is fantastic. All the staff I encountered were warm and polite. The hotel pool is clean and beautiful, and it even has a hot tub
The environment is clean and tidy, and both the swimming pool and gym are quite large, equipped with showers and a sauna, though the overall hotel isn't massive
She was very patient and gave us clear instructions on how to get there, saying it was just a few minutes' walk. Her service was excellent, very enthusiastic and confident, with a warm and incredibly sweet smile
Stayed here for New Year's Eve in Beijing. The hotel is conveniently located right across from a shopping mall. The room was spacious, and the facilities were great. They even sent up some fruit after check-in
I have to commend the service! From check-in to check-out, they helped with luggage and were attentive throughout. The room's bedding was comfortable, and breakfast included freshly made snacks

The hotel's tropical pool and the views from the room are unbeatable – every photo you take will look like it's from a magazine. Special thanks to Anya and Chris for their consistently great service from start to finish
The location is excellent, just a little over a 10-minute walk to Tiananmen Square. The service was top-notch; they even helped me find the 'Temple of Heaven' themed cake I really wanted, which was incredibly thoughtful
They offer a wonderful array of cookies, pastries, light bites, and salads at the Guest Lounge buffet tea break, which includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruits, desserts, cookies, and light salads
I have to commend the hotel on the meticulous details! They provide high-quality tea bags and coffee. The shower has excellent water pressure, which is consistent and heats up instantly
This is a high-spec hotel, with many international guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The facilities were new, and the linens were of good quality
The front desk lady was so thoughtful, arranging an upgrade and bathtub disinfection in advance based on my order notes! Our room for the extended stay was cleaned immaculately

The room's AC couldn't be set to cool in winter; you could only set the fan to the lowest setting. Coming into the room from outside, it was really hot, which wasn't very comfortable. Everything else was perfectly fine
Coming to Beijing for Chinese New Year? Staying here is a great choice!
This is likely the only Regent in Beijing, and its location is prime, right near the Wangfujing commercial district
The hotel's location is excellent, right by Subway Line 5. The service is great, and the breakfast spread is generous. It's also just a few hundred meters walk to Wangfujing.
First, a big thanks to Bianca Hong for handling my check-in, and Amelia Song, who I met during check-out. Both were incredibly nice and professional staff members
The junior suite offers quite spacious accommodations, with a sitting area that's also suitable for working on a laptop
There's even a half-bath by the entrance, which is very convenient. Regent's most famous feature is probably the 17th-floor lounge breakfast. If you have lounge access, definitely don't miss it

**Facilities:** Although a bit old, they are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. **Service:** Prompt and attentive. **Ancient Style Photography | Single Qing Dynasty Costume Experience:** Didn't get a chance to try it
Stepping into a 'Chinese Aesthetic Utopia'! My stay at Shangri-La Beijing was a flawless experience, from the heartwarming service to the culinary feast, I was completely captivated. First, a huge shout-out to Ms
Yuan Xiaofan at the front desk! As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by her professionalism and thoughtfulness. She remembered my accommodation preferences and even sent welcome fruits, which truly warmed my heart
Big thanks to Rena from the service center for all her help! I felt completely at ease leaving everything in her hands, from booking the room to pre-payment and even getting my invoice after check-out
The hotel itself has a charming, antique feel, and we were able to get beautiful photos of our baby dressed in traditional 'gege' attire without even leaving the hotel – so convenient and stress-free
The lady at the reception was incredibly thoughtful and responsible. Knowing I was traveling with a child, she inquired beforehand and prepared a bed rail, a small gift, and a fruit platter for us

They do a universal clean in the morning, which meant that when I checked in, I found a toothbrush cup in my room and a used hand towel
The room was also spacious and clean, and the temperature felt just right – not as unbearably hot as some other travelers mentioned online, and it seemed adjustable. The staff were all very professional and nice
Great location and the staff are incredibly friendly. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained! I've stayed here multiple times and always have a good experience!
The location was excellent.
Landry service was great!
Breakfasts were fantastic.
Only negative point is a refrigerator that was not cold enough.
I saw some reviews before saying this hotel was very old, but when I checked in, it felt quite new

It's super convenient to get around with Guomao Station (Subway Lines 1 and 10) right there, and you can walk straight to Guomao Mall, which has tons of shopping, dining, and a cinema
The lobby has a strong traditional Chinese imperial style, with deep red lacquered pillars and a golden leaf dome that's very distinctive
The lobby was bustling with a festive Christmas atmosphere, reminiscent of the vibrant Chinese New Year scene I witnessed at the China Hotel Guangzhou earlier this year
My friend was very satisfied. The environment is great, the transportation is convenient, and the service is excellent.
In Beijing's CBD, I was lucky enough to get a north-facing room with a view of the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Headquarters Building), which left the deepest impression on my child – a perfect experience! The zodiac ceiling in the lobby also has a very distinctive Chinese touch
The room is a bit dated, but still good quality and offers decent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helped resolve a minor issue. Overall, it was a good experience.

Andy at the front desk was incredibly warm, attentive, and responded promptly to all our needs. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding
The room itself is very spacious with great natural light, and the bedding and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. A very satisfying experience overall ☺️☺️
He's, without a doubt, the most considerate front desk staff I've ever encountered. Our experience was truly fantastic!
The hotel's location is excellent, with the subway right at the doorstep and an unbeatable view from the window 🤩
It's a pretty standard, older hotel. The facilities are seriously outdated. The closet light wouldn't turn off all night; I called the front desk and they said it would turn off eventually, but it stayed on until morning

Great value for money, and the staff were very friendly. Although the meals are simple, they're quite convenient. The location isn't far, but Beijing traffic is truly something else, haha. I'd definitely come back again
I was quite satisfied with both the service and the environment. The transportation is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive. There's a mall, restaurants, and a subway station right downstairs
The environment is comfortable and quiet, the front desk service is attentive, and the transportation is convenient. They even gave me a teddy bear when I checked out 🧸. I highly recommend staying here
I'm not sure if it was because it was a busy weekend or because the hotel sells breakfast vouchers, but the restaurant was incredibly crowded in the morning
Really clean and the breakfast was good. The lovely lady at the front desk was so thoughtful and even gave me a complimentary mini-bar round

Traveling to Beijing with my child, we stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for 5 days, and I have to say, a good brand hotel really delivers a great experience! 👍
The hotel's location is quite good, very close to Beijing West Railway Station (high-speed train station), making it an excellent choice if you're arriving in Beijing by high-speed rail
The duty manager, to express their apology, immediately brought a small gift (DoubleTree by Hilton chocolate chip cookies) to the room for my child, helped us change rooms, upgraded us to a suite, and even provided breakfast for the next three days
Less than 10 minutes later, my child secretly called me, saying someone claiming to be a hotel staff member was knocking on the door. I immediately told them not to open it
While the hotel definitely bears some responsibility for such an incident, their emergency response and follow-up measures were quite thorough and showed their sincerity
I originally planned to go down to the supermarket with my child to grab some snacks and drinks, but since my child was a bit tired, they went up to the room first
I hope the hotel will strengthen its management in the future to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing guest floors and to ensure guest privacy and safety

The executive lounge offers excellent service, and the dining is good (it would be even more perfect if breakfast included some freshly made noodles or other local dishes). Overall, it was a very comfortable stay
The hotel is a bit old, but the room is quite spacious with decent basic amenities. The orientation isn't great, making it a bit dark in winter. The front desk service was good
The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was huge, and the hotel overall felt quite new. It was convenient for visiting clients, and close to Xuanwumen subway station
Nicole at the front desk was very efficient; I accidentally booked a king room, and she immediately helped me change it to a twin room, making check-in quick
Great stay, staff were very friendly, and the room was excellent. I'll definitely come back next time! It was very quiet, and the bathtub worked perfectly.

Great location, very close to the Forbidden City. They gave me a really quiet room. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and patient, and a special thanks to Apple for her help – she was incredibly nice.
The place is very beautifully decorated, has a REALLY nice fitness ccentr and a swimming pool. Really nice staff.
Before my trip, I was a bit worried the hotel might be old, but when I checked in, I found it had been newly renovated. The room wasn't huge, but it even had a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise
While the hotel itself appears a bit older, the room facilities have been renovated and are very new and clean. The hotel can accommodate foreign guests and also hosts large-scale banquet events
Best hotel in Beijing, near everywhere, the staff are awesome very helpful and warm welcome especially Miss Enya in front office. She is very great!!! Thank you so much Enya
The room completely exceeded my expectations; it was super spacious and really nice. Although the facilities show their age a bit, the cleanliness was excellent, and transportation was very convenient. Highly recommend!

I have to say, Crowne Plaza Kunming New Asia is truly an amazing hotel! It was by chance that I booked this place, and from my initial call to confirm the room to check-in, from the comfort of the room to the Executive Lounge afternoon tea, from the hotel's pool and gym to the relaxing spa treatments, from the lavish breakfast buffet to the unlimited lobster dinner buffet on the first floor, and even...
Everything else was good, but there's an open-air walkway between the pool and the hotel. The draft was quite strong, and it got a bit chilly walking in a bathrobe. I've already booked it again for my next business trip
Eric from concierge was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home with his attentive service. Wendy at the front desk was also very friendly and efficient during check-in, and even upgraded our room
I chose this hotel for my New Year's Day trip to Beijing for two reasons: first, I wanted to explore this specific area, and second, because the reviews for hotels in this location were generally positive
The most delightful surprise during this stay came from Xiao Huang at the front desk! From check-in to check-out, her professionalism and warmth made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire time
Her help was greatly appreciated! The enthusiastic service from Mia and Miss Hao truly showed me the professional dedication of Crowne Plaza Kunming New Asia

From the outside maybe a bit brutalist architecture but inside is decorated very classy (just like me). Room 19th floor was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool and sauna also very clean
I'm a regular guest here, and the service is consistently excellent. Just a small suggestion: during my extended stay, the bath towels weren't folded neatly by housekeeping
Whenever I visit Beijing, I almost always stay at this hotel. While the hotel shows its age a bit and has a fairly standard layout, the service is consistently attentive and excellent
Even though we didn't use them, it gave me the impression they hadn't been replaced, but rather just carelessly placed back
I believe a five-star hotel should pay attention to these small details, so I wanted to bring it to your attention

Outside, you have a view of the Liangma River, and the scenery is beautiful. People were swimming and kayaking in the river, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast spread was extensive
The room is quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which is exceptionally large. Mirrors throughout the bathroom make it appear even bigger, and the shower stall even has a stool, so you can sit down
The service was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to just head downstairs for a stroll along the Liangma River
Both the afternoon tea and evening happy hour offerings were freshly prepared and tasted delicious
Cleanliness: Good
Service: Good
Facilities: Good
Ambiance: Good
I'll definitely be back, haha!
Facilities: The facilities are quite dated. I probably won't be staying here again. The pool is absolutely tiny, an irregularly shaped hexagon, and you can practically cross it in just a few strokes – it was truly subpar

The room was very clean and tidy, with convenient transportation. The staff provided excellent service, making for a great experience. Breakfast was plentiful, and the facilities were quite comprehensive
Staying at the East Station, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a more comfortable and clean room. They were also very accommodating and allowed me a late check-out when I requested it
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, and since it's newly renovated, the rooms are fresh with great amenities. The room's cleanliness was also impressive

The views from the 20th floor were stunning. The Business suite on the 18th floor was perfect for casual meetings. Everything about our stay was outstanding. Our Company will certainly use the hotel again in the future.
Exceptional hospitality and the best stay in Beijing!
I stayed at the Kerry Hotel for two nights from January 26th to 28th, 2026, and it was a truly heartwarming experience
I also want to mention the concierge staff—their English was excellent, and they were incredibly helpful not only in calling a taxi but also in explaining how to get back, which made our trip to Sanlitun very enjoyable
From the moment I entered the room, the manager’s welcome message and cookies made me feel genuinely valued. Since I had to check out at 5:00 AM on the 28th, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for us
The staff members positioned throughout the area kept my 7-year-old son safe, and the facility was clean and not overcrowded. It was definitely a highlight of the trip for him!

Exceptional birthday stay with just one minor suggestion!
The Westin is truly the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and featured the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in
They went above and beyond by providing complimentary decorations and a delicious halal cake, which we appreciated so much. The only downside was that the room felt a bit too warm
The location is unbeatable, and the view from our room was simply spectacular. What made our stay truly memorable was how accommodating the staff were for my birthday
A standard Westin experience, everything was pretty good. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around; it's right by the subway exit
They were shouting in the afternoon, still shouting when I got back to the hotel after 11 PM, and then started again around 8 AM on Sunday – better than an alarm clock!
The other thing was that after finishing my meal in the room in the afternoon, I wanted to call for someone to pick up the trays
Even though it was winter, I believe the hotel should still offer the option of air conditioning for guests who prefer a cooler environment

Very nice Westin right in the middle of the financial district. No, this is not The Peninsula, but it delivers very well for a higher-than average, business hotel.
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making transportation super convenient
It's right next to the Financial Street business district and also very close to the high-speed train station! The rooms are clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and the bedding is very comfortable
They even gave two small bear toys to the kids when we checked in, and toiletries for the baby, which was a really nice touch! The breakfast selection was also extensive and delicious
What really stood out was how warm and attentive all the staff were, from the housekeeping team to the restaurant servers. A special shout-out to Grace at the front desk, who was incredibly nice
Diana Song provided excellent service, arranging a great room for me and offering recommendations for dining and attractions nearby. Seriously, if you're ever here, just ask for her

Location: The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for both driving and taking the subway. It's about a 20-minute drive to most major attractions and very close to Capital Airport
The facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, pool, and spa all meeting five-star standards. The environment is quiet and elegant, offering excellent value for money overall
Pretty good! While it's not super new, the room facilities are quite complete and the service is decent. The pool is especially nice – big enough and warm.
Service: For a five-star standard, the service is truly exceptional. Our dedicated butler, Anna, proactively added us on WeChat during check-in, and we could reach out to her with any questions at any time
This hotel's location is quite convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the bedding was comfortable, so I had a really peaceful night's rest
On days with high occupancy, the breakfast on the first floor can get quite crowded, with no seats available around 9 AM. I suggest flexibly opening the executive lounge for breakfast as well
