I had a wonderful time staying at JW Marriott Beijing. Room is spacious and lots of space for putting luggage, washroom is much larger than regular hotel ones. Location is just perfect next to a shopping mall. Nothing to complain about and if I travel to Beijing next time I will choose again.

The hotel has impeccable services and they were very careful with food allergies when I ordered in-room dining. The location was convenient and it was 5-10 minutes walk to Wangfujing. The breakfast spread was good with a mixture of international and local fare. I would definitely stay in Regent again.

Very weird that few days before arrival, the hotel and trip.com call me daily to ask for my arrival time. I feel a bit annoyed as I already told them at the 1st call. This hotel is one of the oldest hotel in Beijing, and it is just near to China World, which the location is good. Although the facility is not that brand new, but its not bad and instead its comfortable and still keep its 4 star rate. Price is little bit high indeed, but for business trip its ok.

I arrived late in the evening. My bags were carried to the counter but not up to my room. The receptionist was very quick and efficient. She spoke good English. The room was big and I would stay here again. I cannot comment on facilities (gym, pool, etc) as I didn’t get the chance to use them as I was leaving early the next morning.

I am a happy regular customer.
