I'm very satisfied with the service. The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything to me. They even helped deliver my takeout. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip.

The price is reasonable, but some rooms don't have windows, so check carefully when booking. The lack of an elevator is a problem; it's difficult to go upstairs with a lot of luggage. The room is okay for sleeping.

This isn't a directly operated branch of Xingcheng Hotels; I didn't know they had franchise stores before. After communicating with the hotel receptionist about how to distinguish between directly operated and franchised stores on the booking page, she said I had to call the front desk to inquire. It's vastly different from the directly operated stores I've stayed at before—not even in the same league.

First and foremost, regarding the room, the soundproofing is terrible. Not only is it a single-pane window, but it offers absolutely no sound insulation. With many large vehicles passing by at night, it's impossible to sleep. The room is too small, the facilities are outdated and very basic; it feels worse than a regular budget hotel.

Secondly, regarding service, there's no Xingcheng breakfast service; you have to go to the outsourced restaurant next door. It's not a buffet, but a set meal; the portion size might not be enough for men, but it's enough for women.

Finally, there's no elevator; you have to climb stairs. The entrance is also dilapidated, feeling similar to a guesthouse.

The hotel receptionist's attitude was okay, but the hotel environment is just too poor.

There's no elevator, and the bed is right inside the door, so you can imagine how poor the soundproofing is. The breakfast was even more disappointing; I'll never choose this place again.

The hotel has no elevator, the room is small and smelly. The sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the noise from upstairs, and the bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas. The small room in the picture below is also 518 per night, and this is also Huazhu Club.
