I booked this hotel because I was taking an exam at Renmin University. I had asked the front desk beforehand for a quiet room, and they gave me the quietest room possible! There was absolutely no noise! The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. It felt just like being at home! The cleanliness was also top-notch. It's the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at!

Environment: The hallway is exquisite with a pleasant incense scent, and the room was larger than I expected.

Facilities: The wet and dry areas are separate, but perhaps a bit too far apart. I wish there was a hook in the shower for clothes.

Service: Excellent. They offer a fruit plate upon check-in. Great experience!

stay was excellent as usual ! second long stay here ! Thoroughly enjoyed the services. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful. When the food robot is overwhelmed with orders, the staff will hand deliver the food to your doorstep. If this is not excellence, i dont know what is. Every needs of ours were met. They are very gracious with their warm water.

The service was incredibly attentive; even with a late-night arrival, check-in was quick. The room was clean and odor-free, and the breakfast offered a wide variety, making us feel right at home.

The location is great and easy to find. The hotel itself is very new, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, yet still quiet. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. They even gave us a free room upgrade, and the window view was beautiful!

Facilities: Relatively new, and the robot delivery service is fast (it doesn't ring the doorbell, so it's not noisy, and the brief voice prompts are easy to accept). The TV is quite new, and all video apps can be cast. Casting TVB Anywhere to watch "The Queen of News" on it was absolutely delightful!

Environment: Located in Zhongguancun, it was very convenient for our trip to Yuanmingyuan, quite close.

Service: The front desk staff were friendly and kind. They even gave us two bottles of warm water to take with us after check-out – so thoughtful! The parking ticket system is also well-regulated; temporary parking spaces can cover the duration of your stay.

I would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the facilities were complete and in good working order. The front desk service was attentive, and the surrounding amenities were excellent. It was a very comfortable stay and great value for money! 👍 Absolutely loved it, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel was exceptional - the room was impeccably maintained, the staff were courteous, and the amenities were excellent. What surprised me most was the fully booked Japanese-style toilet - a detail I didn't expect!
