Hygiene: Extremely poor, there's a smell. The toilet on the first floor wouldn't flush the feces.
Environment: The indoor environment is disgusting.
Service: Evasive and cold responses to everything.
I will not stay here again.

I'm in my forties and have stayed in many hotels over the years. I've seen bad ones, but never one this bad. Calling it 'old, dilapidated, and rundown' would actually be a compliment. And this is in Beijing, in a location within the Third Ring Road? Staying at this hotel was an absolute shock. Forget about the service; just look at the environment. The photos are real – go see room 3806 if you don't believe me. Is this even a hotel? It's more primitive than a basement, an air-raid shelter, or a refugee camp. How can they have the nerve to charge nearly 300 RMB for such a room? It makes out-of-towners terrified of Beijing. The reality is a world apart from Photo 6, which was shown when I booked. If my husband hadn't stopped me, worried about disturbing other guests and given it was late and pouring rain, I would have definitely gone to the front desk to ask: why is it so, so different from what I booked? I also want to ask Beijing's major sales platforms and regulatory departments: are there no standards or requirements for hotels listed for sale? As long as a building has a certificate, can it just be sold for money? Isn't this deceptive consumption? Don't platforms have a supervisory role? I believe I can definitely find relevant departments to defend my rights. And all those good reviews – I have no idea where they came from. What kind of mindset allows them to exploit consumers' money like this? If I didn't have to give a star rating, it wouldn't even deserve half a star.
